it’s not the entire site settings that resets.
It’s just the custom single post that reverts to the default single post template.
I always have to go back and set the back to custom. That’s all the issue is.

Hi,
We have several posts authors on our website. In the list of all posts, there is a column showing the number of views of the posts. I don’t want all authors to see these numbers. Is there any way to turn it off?
I have seen theme authors’ posts about the possibility of introducing an option to disable this column in the future. The posts were from 2016 and 2017, but I don’t see such an option roght now.

Ajax request are not blocked as that same page makes several successful ajax call to the server as seen from the attached picture. its only the ajax call made whenever i want to save any edits I make to the fields in the ads section that fails.
Maybe if you point me to the direction the ad data is saved I can hardcode it in.
As seen from the image above, a previous successful ajax requestwas sent to ajax-admin.php with the same get parameters as the failed request.
the ajax request only fails and returns with a 404 error when its been initiated by the save button.

If you want to hide the Single Post Views and Single Post Comments Counter for a specific device, you hidden from CSS tab, select device -> element -> CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/dBVQ24FZ, or if you want to remove them you select the elemnt and with a right-click you can delete => https://www.screencast.com/t/6WnNGq6NFx , or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
2.Please make sure you have set the youtube API like in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ and check after if the problem persists.
3.tagDiv Composer is a page and cloud builder, it can be used only for pages and cloud templates, therefore you can use it on a single post template from tagDiv cloud library to adjust the layout, but not to write the post content, for this, you need to use the WordPress editor.

I have the Zodiac Pro demo installed (http://p7d.d80.myftpupload.com/) and am trying to customize some options using the Theme Panel, however they are not displaying when I refresh my site (I am clearing the cache). 7 days post sorting shows nothing

and it says “Note: To use this feature please make sure your view post are active because the sorting option will pick posts that are popular in the last 7 days, ordered by page views. 7 days post sorting will not work if the page view is deactivated.”
But what does that mean, or where is the setting for it ?

Hi I wanted to hide the POST VIEWS on my website, I have tried using the toggle button fuctionality availed in the theme panel but it seems not to work, this let me to the forum and through my searches I found alternatives of using custom css to hide the same but still to no avail.
This is the custom css tried:

If i embed anything youtube video or instagram post it shows the url to the embed as the text preview unless i write a short description and put that above the embed. is there a way to disable to url from displaying as the post preview?

I hide one of my columns in the Footer while working on the Mobile Viewport by mistake and now I can’t find a way to unhide it. It is still visible in the other views.
Unfortunately this method didn’t solved my problem because I have disabled Facebook like button, posts views counts and author box on desktop so I can’t see them in mobile view. But they are visible when page load on Mobile device.
I suggest you to add this feature to future update so we can customize Mobile theme from Theme Panel.
I tried to use css to solve the problem.

It solved the problem of posts view count and Facebook like button, It also solved the Author box problem but this css code hide Author box from all the pages, So Author box is hidden even from Author page. I want to display Author box on Author page and hidden only on single posts on mobile theme.
I have standard pack activated, but SHOW POST VIEWS were disabled, because I dont want views to be shown anywhere on my site.
I tried to activate this option, but then hide it with display: none; and it shows for one second then it dissapears which I dont like.
For now I am using wp popular posts widget on my homesite, but I would rather use some block from newspaper theme.

I run a multiple author website, and I set JetPack only for Administrators and Editors. So I was sure that only Administrators and Editors were able to see stats.
Unfortunately, I discovered that in any case all users can see POST VIEWS COUNT on back-end dashboard.
I really cannot show this sensitive data to authors and collaborators, these are for me non-disclosable information.
So I pray you to support me in making proper changes to avoid that authors and collaborators can see Post Views Count on back-end dashboard. Only Administrators and maybe Editors can see them.
If not possible, I can also accept that no one can see Post Views Count (I can use Analytics, JetPack stats, etc), but it urges for me to hide these non-disclosable information.
