Thank you for the quick reply.
I was not clear. The problem is that on your Preview Item, Default Magazine, there are more options of “skins” for the Homepage. One is missing in the actual download. Named Clean. Please check it here: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/homepage-clean/
That is the one configuration that I need and made me buy the theme.
I was surprised not to see it included.

Hi Josemf, let’s see if I understand correctly the situation, you use Newsmag theme and you installed the Magazine prebuild website -> https://i.imgur.com/EEeSTVt.png, but the homepage is empty without articles. In this case it can be only two situation:
1. During the installation of prebuild website you got some error messages and the installation was not completed.
2. Is possible to have selected this option -> https://i.imgur.com/WgahJ2c.png therefore, only the prebuild websites settings will be display and you’ll need to make your own posts and add theme in homepage blocks using tagdiv Composer .

Ive used newsmag but last night i switched to newspaper.
I’ve disabled all plugins while still on old theme, uploaded and activated all new plugins from newspaper.
Everything went kind of smooth, i’ve set up homepage and edited whats needed but few issues occured:
1. Memory usage is 30mb [ opposite of 3-4 on newsmag ]
2. I cannot activate theme since after pasting envato purchase it wants me to make new acc for this forum which i already got [ since i had newsmag theme ] . How can i activate if i am already user ?
3. Opening “Cloud templates” makes browser hang for some reason, memory peak jumps super high [ and its default number of templates there from your theme ] so i cannot edit any template from that menu.

If you don’t want to display the latest posts on your homepage, then you need to change this setting from WordPress -> Settings -> Reading and set it on A static Page and assign a homepage => https://www.screencast.com/t/3TJobUsqOYyn

Mobile theme error Please solve it, all 3 new themes that I bought are errors on my mobile. I’ve asked for a revision for over a month, but I still can’t solve it due to slow response and lack of understanding by the person in charge. I’ll fix it at least at the expense. Three of my homepage are not operating normally. And since I’m an agent, I have to buy more than 3 more, but if this doesn’t work out, I can’t buy more. Please fix it as soon as possible.

Hi, I’ve got a trouble with the top of the Homepage on https://kjfjckk.carnewschina.com (testing website).
There’s a top post (block). Then there are two other blocks below (Hot from IV and Hot from ICE). Below that there’s a box Latest News and below that there’s a post loop with pagination and rest of the posts.
What I’d like to have is following:
- There’s always the newest post in the top post block.
- There’s always the newest post of category EV (red box), same for ICE category. However, if the post in top post block belongs to EV category, there’s second latest post in EV box.
- In the latest news the upper three posts are excluded (note – these posts don’t need to be the latest ones).
- In the post loop below the upper three posts are excluded also.
Is it possible to set everything like this? I’m pretty sure it will require some PHP code.

Hello Vlad i try this:
#1 – Deactivate, delete, clear cache and re-install the TagDiv Composer Pluing (Nothing happend)
#2 – DEactive plugins (Nothing happend)
#3 Im not using child theme
#4 – I create 3 new HOMEPAGES working first time, save, close the tab, open again and error appears again.

I have the homepage enable unique article, there is one block that I want to have its posts sorted with the latest post. How can it be done? I don’t see any setting to exclude the category from the unique article and want to show the duplicated post on the page.
I know I can make it works by using the offset setting, but it doesn’t always get the count correctly.
How do you offset with the block that has multiple categories?
Example:
1st block set to show 10 posts with these categories ( Fashion, Music, Arts, Movie)
-for instance,
– day one, I have 2 posts for Fashion, 3 for Music, 3 for Arts, and 2 for Movie
– day two, I have 4 posts for Fashion, 2 for Music, 2 for Arts, and 1 for Movie
– day three, I have 3 posts for Fashion, 1 for Music, 1 for Arts, and 5 for Movie
2nd block is Fashion
3rd block is Music
4th block is Arts
5th block is Movie
So if you use offset (3) for Fashion on the 2nd block, one day one the Fashion category will have a missing post.

I can update the background now, but the homepage isn’t full width now. How can I change this back?
Also the blocks/rows stay white. When changing the individual background colors of the rows, the margin-bottom stays white and can’t seem to be changed?

Agreeing with howard576, this definitely came from the developer side. We updated and our homepage address STILL directs to that license page. It’s affecting all newsletter links and our customers are complaining by the minute.
Punishing legitimate paying customers is really bad just to catch a few theme pirates.
About a month ago we upgraded our theme to NP 11.1, and our site has never been the same since. When trying to visit the homepage, whether logged in or not, we either get this “Error Too many Redirects” error message with a blank screen, or it redirects to our “author archive page” with no way to get back to home.

The weird part is it will do it sporadically throughout the day, so if you’re visiting the site right now it may or may not give you the error… which is the most frustrating part of it all making it very hard to track down.
We’ve done everything on this checklist below for fixing redirect issues and yet still nothing has changed after close to 2 weeks.

We use Sucuri for our firewall and have all our traffic redirected to https through rewriting the .htaccess file. We’ve made sure everything is uniform and in the https:// format, including in the wp-config folder and in our wp general settings. I am pretty much at a loss at this point and am assuming there must be some bug in our theme’s code.
We have so far been unsuccessful in finding anyone else experiencing these issues, so if anyone has some advice or thoughts on this issue it would be greatly appreciated!!

I have scouted the forum for a solution, which I didn’t find.
Problem: I have used the dedicated tagdiv mobile design tool to create a mobile page for 2 pages on my website (wwww.chemindecosse.com). But the homepage (https://www.chemindecosse.com/) doesn’t load as expected on a mobile device, it shows the desktop layout. The other one (https://www.chemindecosse.com/excursions-au-depart-edimbourg/) shows an old version of the mobile layout, but not the one with the latest modification.
I am aware that sounds like a cache problem, and I configured the wp supercache just as it was mentionned in numerous post in the forum but it still doesn’t change the issue.
For your information, I can get the latest mobile layouts updates when accessing the website as admin, but the problem appears when I use a private navigation.

Unfortunately I don’t quite understand what text you are changing, or what you would like to do exactly.
You mentioned that you are changing some text on the homepage, but the text should change in the whole website. Then you provided an image of a form. Based on this information I have no idea how I can help.
Please provide a link to the website, where the text appears. Then please mention the text you are referring to. That will be a start for further discussion. I will try to help once it is perfectly clear what you would like to do.

@ToHoBe So what are the remaining problems now? I believe you mentioned an issue in another topic, with the cloud templates. Do they work now? This is somewhat confusing.
The cloud footer template do not have the edit with composer option https://i.imgur.com/N8L7U1C.png
They can be edited from where they appear. So for example if you have a footer template set globally https://i.imgur.com/qHWbO1m.png then by editing the homepage for example, you can edit the footer https://i.imgur.com/vKps2Ms.png -> https://i.imgur.com/8EhVt77.png
So basically the footer templates are the exception, they are the only ones that cannot be edited directly with the composer. They can be edited from a page or another template where they are displayed.

I have just bought the newspaper theme from ThemeForest, and I have installed it and also have increased the system memory limits.
