Hi, our site is running very slowly to the point that the homepage times out sometimes. The hosting company has confirmed there’s nothing wrong on the server or Cloudflare side. Is there anything we can do to fix this from a theme perspective?
I’ve sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com with the login credentials.
Url: medibulletin.com
When TagDiv composer is installed the website is redirected to some SPAM website. Therefore i just uninstall the pugin, now homepage is showing some codes, the site is not working properly.
Please provide comprehensive solution of the redirection issue.
Hello,
I want to experiment with building a new homepage by using different homepage templates and headers. What is the best way to experiment with different templates without changing my current website? Do I need to use a different domain? Thank you.
Hi,
My site was originally setup using the TagDiv Standard Pack. Now want to transition entirely to Cloud Templates but unsure of the process. Is there a tutorial to guide users through this?
Questions that come to mind:
- When the site was first created, we used a prebuilt demo as a foundation to work with. Should that demo be uninstalled?
- Creating new headers and footer cloud templates – is there a way to import the standard header and footer as we have them configured, or must we start from scratch?
- Page Templates (Homepage and Page) – are these necessary if the pages are already built manually using composer?
- When a cloud template is imported, it automatically scales to fit the width of the site. Is there a way to change that width site wide? I assume the width is derived from the original installed demo.
Thank you for any guidance.
We’re having problems displaying the mobile homepage of our site (www.lascimmiapensa.com), and the following error is generated:
td_res_context->get_att(margin) Internal error: The atts are not set y et AKA: the render template method was called without atts)
/home/lascimmiapensa.com/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/td-compo
ser/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_css_res_compiler.php
How can we resolve this?
Hello,
Is there a way to add pagination in the category pages.
The only way I saw with Newspaper is with javascript… but it stays on the same URL…
Ideally i’d like to have page numbers at the bottom of my category pages (1, 2, 3… 19, 20)… and maybe on my homepage too…
Exemple here of what I currently have and don’t want : https://byothe.fr/intelligence-artificielle/
Thanks
Hello,
Today I tried to add new blocks to my homepage human360.life. Unfortunately after using drag&drop function the new block doesn’t appear. The area where it should appear isn’t even highlighted when I try to drop the new item there.
Please let me know about possible solutions.
Regards,
Oktawian.
Hi guys,
We’re having some issues with the newspaper pro templates.
1. The footer, we changed it. Problem is that it works on all pages. But only on the homepage and mobile view, it shows another or old version. On all other pages and screen sizes It works. We cannot find how to fix this.
2. The product images at woocommerce product pages are not shown as they should be. I’ve tried to use a new template from you but then it also does not work. The thumbnails are not working as it should. They are shown as big images below the main image.
3. At the archive / category pages we’re using a different layout on mobile. Quite simple with some changes at the CSS tab to show other blocks with different order. The tag div builder does show me the correct view. But when I check the page it’s not showing how it should be. How to solve this?

Hello,
Did you have made a mobile page? If yes, please disable it from here -> https://i.imgur.com/w3eIOix.png
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!

thank, we found what was causing the error on the homepage, it was WordFence.
Which is very strange, wordfence works very well with Newspaper.
However we turned it off and we were able to get in to composer on the homepage.
Hello @Filmac!
Yes, by using a custom module template: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/
Create a new custom module template from Cloud Templates -> Modules. Add the element you need for the block and use this element: https://app.screencast.com/v4d0JKmETKcOX
On the homepage, you should add this element and select your custom module created from this dropdown: https://app.screencast.com/HkE4twhMYIwel
Thank you!

Hello,
Currently the mobile version of my website does not look ok at all – Homepage, categories, single post…
Pages are not shown at all (Example: https://tretavazrast.com/cl240423/за-рекламодатели/).
When I edit mobile view with TagDiv from frontend it looks ok.
I do not use custom mobile templates.
Installed and activated: tagDiv mobile theme, Official AMP for WP, WP Super Cache
USE MOBILE THEME FOR: Mobile
I have deactivated all non tagDiv plugins, nothing changed.
I have created a clone for my site for testing purposes: https://tretavazrast.com/cl240423
Please advise.
Is there an easy way to remove this white space from my homepage?
Hello,
I’d like to add a custom shortcode content to my homepage created with Composer.
What’s the best way?
Hello,
Currently, we are using the Big Grid Flex 4 by TagDiv Composer for our homepage (https://app.screencast.com/sxkUH6neupvay), and thus far, we are very satisfied with it. However, we would like to modify how the title, tag, and time are displayed within the image. We prefer these elements to be positioned outside of the main image, similar to how they appear in Block 1 (https://app.screencast.com/ffKsLtWZLXIRB), but maintaining the image dimensions of the Big Grid Flex 4. Is there a template or simple CSS solution that we can implement to achieve this?
Hi there, I’m currently using the Blockchain theme for my website. However, I’ve encountered a significant bug with this theme on mobile browsers. When loading the homepage on mobile devices (I’ve tested on various browsers on both Android and iPhone), the first row appears beneath the header. I’ve attempted several methods to resolve this issue, but… You can also observe the same problem on your demo website at https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blockchain_pro/. I hope you’ll address this problem promptly.
Usually, on the top right hand side there is “sign in/join”. I tried with my regular username and password and after that I cam edit my website using tagdiv composer but now the website or homepage opens but the tagdiv or edit features are not available. Why? This happened two days ago. Before that it is normal.
How to change categories in homepage of ‘NewsWeek PRO’
Hello Calin,
I appreciate your assistance. Unfortunately the last article you posted assumes that it works as it should, but it does not. The proper authors are appearing in the post editor, but this is not displaying on the home, archive page or the post page.
So, according to your input, I have added the code prescribed on the post exactly. (Following https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/regarding-adding-multiple-authors-on-newspaper-theme/). Pasted code into child theme function.php. Added code to loop-single-2.php and single_template_2.php which is the primary template.
Again, this did not impact the homepage, listing page, or the post page:
See staging site:
https://nondoc1dev.wpenginepowered.com/category/sports/
This page has posts attributed to guest author Jeremy Cowen in the editor:
https://nondoc1dev.wpenginepowered.com/2023/12/23/big-man-on-campus-ryan-minor-made-memories-at-ou/
This shows all posts attributed:
https://nondoc1dev.wpenginepowered.com/author/jeremy-cowen-contributor-in-chief/
I have cleared caches. Do I have any recourse?
Thank you
