Hello, dear support team!
I couldn’t find such option for Block 12 in the post presentations on the page https://prostobzor.com/ :
1. How to set color for hover css settings ? https://prnt.sc/ut0kee
Right now I can see only this one as default – https://prnt.sc/ut0mbr
2. I found some blocks, that it was possible to set width and height for post featured image
screen – https://prnt.sc/ut0mxf
how to set sizes for block 14 in this case?
thanks for your time ? !
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, then you need to enable in theme panel > block settings > thumbs the “265×198” and the “741×486” thumbnail sizes in order to show the featured images properly.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
All images are the same size (150px-50px) but the elements are different sizes. Please tell the solution.

Hi Support Team,
1. H2 and H3 issues After enabling smart list 6:-
Sir, I have tested by changing the H2, and H3 size on the Theme fonts in the Theme panel – it only works for the Normal post, but not changing and not working on the smart list 6 option.
Actually on my Post the H2, H3 sizes are perfect in Normal post before enabling SL 6 [ https://prnt.sc/uibn40 ] but when After enabling the Smart list 6 the H2, H3, H4 sizes are changed [ https://prnt.sc/uibp84 ]. SO I like to have the exact H2, H3, and H4 sizes as like the Post after enabling the SL 6 option. Please give me the individuals codes for all these two headings H2 and H3. [ For Your Ref:- changing H2 & H3 on Theme panel option is not working for the Smart list 6]
2. I’m having Adsense based website. Actually I don’t know what is the exact width and stretch of my website. so please suggest me good looking width and stretch [ also better resolution] of my website in all the Devices like Desktop, PC, Laptop, and also in mobile. please tell me the exact settings and also I don’t know where to change this option in the Newsmag theme. so please let me know the steps to implement it. Share the screenshot.
3. IMAGES placement issues in Smart list 6:-
when I created the Post the IMAGES I have placed in between the content is perfect before enabling Smart list 6 [ https://prnt.sc/uiaudd ], but after when I enable the smart list 6 option the IMAGES automatically come before the content. my query is when I enable SL 6 the IMAGES automatically moves upward like this [ https://prnt.sc/uiawk9 ] and not the same as in the exact position while I created the post before SL 6. so I like to have IMAGES in-between content after enabling the SL 6 option.
Thank you so much! Please Reply me for my Query 1, 2 and 3.

Hello!
So I’ve downloaded and run Regenerate Thumbnails, but still having problems. It’s like thumbnails aren’t being generated at all. I’ve tried regenerating individual photos, but I keep getting an undefined error (seen here: https://imgur.com/DEMVZwF).
Any ideas? All images sizes are active on Thumbs on Blocks/Modules. It mostly seems to impact the images in Big Grid 2 here: https://www.tcu360.com/
Thanks!

Dear Staff!
Simon C. directed me here.
We have also an extrem cpu usage problem.
Previusly:
“Dear Tagdiv Staff!
We have a huge problem what must to solve please.
We have a news paper theme and it’s reached the maximum limit of server processor.
The entry process number reach the 2000 and more … this is an extremly number and the server has crashed many many times.
We switch off all plugins except Tagdiv composer and other Tagdiv plugins, but the processor usage don’t fall.
After we turn off the theme and change it to another, than the resource usage going down. The first time when we detect this problem the lastest newspaper update. Before, we haven’t got any big problem, but yet, it is horrible and haven’t any idea about the solution. There is the latest wordpress info:

Hi,
Flex block is not available for main page, and thumbnails image sizes not changing, I want to use full size image in existing thumbnails. please guide me.
In Gourmet Pro, I want to change the picture of the “book” … it’s one of the blocks … it’s an image of a book.
I downloaded the demo image of the book and followed the dimensions and positioning of the book exactly when creating my own book image in Photoshop.
However, when I upload it to the site, the image of my book becomes much smaller. I’ve tried uploading a larger image but once placed into the “inline single image” block that is there, it automatically makes it smaller again. I’ve tried several sizes of image and every time I do it, the image becomes very small.
It looks like the inline block is only allowing a certain size image.
The default image that came with the demo is displaying much larger.
How to fix this?
Hello !
I have removed the text and added the image, but the size cannot be adjusted. When I add a width, it does nothing and when I return to the page it has defaulted to ‘auto’. When I try to delete an element in the header that I don’t want (eg the social icons), the screen goes dark and opaque and freezes, nothing is deleted.
This should not happen, there may be a plugin conflict on your website. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Can you provide a screenshot of your editor and show us what you are looking to change and how?
On posts you will have to use cloud library templates that are fully editable using tagDiv Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/ Once the templated installed you can open it using tagDiv Composer and remove the feature image element ( right click on it and delete )
You can import multiple templates and design each one to fit your taste. Each post can have only 1 design and it has to be set manually as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/emXJrV3dO
For sidebars you can follow our guide here that will help you find lots of informations about how to use the tagDiv Composer more advanced: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU&t=14s
The recommended image sizes are 800x600px or 1920x1080px this will create the image ratio that is needed.
That can be found in the ROW layout as you can see here:https://www.screencast.com/t/BVfRiPkUBAz
I hope this was helpful !
Hello,
I am using “Single Post Template 12”. But there is an image problem.
I want my images to be displayed in full width, but this doesn’t happen with any settings. I tried any aspects and sizes of images, any scales etc… Also there are some settings with bugs. Not working.
How can I use full width in-content images in Single Post Template 12?
Here is some screenshots:
Thanks!
Hello!
Obviously I am uploading it in full size.
But when you open the image in a new window, you can see that the site does an automatic resize of the pic.
See the URL here: https://i0.wp.com/column.hu/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/legjobb-elektromos-rollerek-2020-teszt.jpg?resize=768%2C358&ssl=1
This is the image in the article that I’m talking about. It has never happened to me with any themes, only with Newspaper. Any idea why it automatically resizes it?
Kind regards,
Daniel
Hi Calin.
I followed your guidelines but I still cannot see the background image correctly.
I prepared a 1851×600 image capture.
As seen here (https://snipboard.io/YV51Qf.jpg), at a wider screen resolution, I can see the full image background.
But here (https://snipboard.io/f02aQ8.jpg), the image is wrapped.
Here you can see the settings (https://snipboard.io/6WrszY.jpg).
What can I do in order to fit correctly the background banner to all screen sizes?
Thanks in advance.
Thank you Calin. I had already tried what you suggest, but thumbs were still always cropped, less or more.
I found a solution though for images whithin flex blocs. In case someone has the same problem, just add this to your CSS:
.td-thumb-css {
background-size: contain!important;
background-repeat: no-repeat!important;
}
But I still have the problem with the images which are not within flex blocs (for example in “related articles” or “more stories”)
I installed the plugin “Simple Image Sizes”, set all thumbs to “not crop” and regenerated all images but this still does not change anything.
Could you tell me what can be done?
Thanks!
Hello!
I just encountered an issue on my site where if I post an article, and put images in it, the site automatically resizes these images to 768px, but it fact these images are set to full size (1100px). Can you please assist me with finding out what the problem is?

Am I missing something? A setting maybe?

From what we can tell, for every one image uploaded, the theme creates another 38 which is using up a great deal of media library storage. Questions:
1. How can we limit this to only those sizes required? We only need one for the single post big featured image and the thumbnail image.
2. How can we eliminate the extra sizes previously created by the Theme that we do not need?

Hi,
I have just opened my hosting cpanel and I have seen this bandwith spent (see attached image). All this only by editing the home section with 10-12 different grids… It’s possible that the template charge all the images (different sizes), not using cache and this is what is making this horrible spent???
I’m very worried, I have been just editing!!! This huge spent is in the hours I was working with template…. 33 Gb in 5 days!!! I have 200 Gb of bandwitch and I’m going to waste all just editing!!! My website is not opened yet but 20% of my bandwitch gone!
Another question, pagination precharge? I mean, when you active pagination for a grid to show another “page” of post from the chosen category, the thumbnails are opened or not? I supposed not to, also the same with mega menus that I haven´t.
Sincerely, I think the problem is that editing all the images are opened and that´s the clue of spending so much… I just want to cry!!! hahahaha (just joking but worries me)
Hi,
On Flex Block 1 I selected the image size Medium (696×0) but on the front end the full image is used. I have tested with trying different [no crop] images but they keep loading the full image size. All these image sizes are enabled in the theme panel. How do I fix this?
Hello !
We recommend using 1980x1080px or 800x600px images. This sizes are the perfect fit on all the layouts / blocks and other elements where the featured images are rendered.
Thank you !
i want to insert custom image ads.. (images that will be sent to me to post by local businesses.)i have read everything on the site and it says i can do that but doesn’t really explain how (unless they are adsense/google ads etc) for someone who is new to this.
i asked you how to add ads without them affecting the row and you replied that it’s not possible however the site states: “Keep the ad in its own separate row” – how?
the site says: “by hosting local businesses’ ads” – this is what i want: small image ads from local businesses linking to their sites. i do not understand how.
“The new “Ad Box” element added into the tagDiv Composer makes it easy for you to copy-paste the ad codes straight on the front end. What’s more, you can even use this shortcode to display local business ads.” – i would like to know how to do this.
“Sample image ad with different images for each device: This is just for custom ads. ” – where do i get the codes? how do i set the size? (i see where to set adsense sizes but that’s all) i would like local business ads to be in aprox. 95×300 rectangular boxes one below the other down the right column/sidebar and in another area of the homepage i would like a row of them 125×125 across. (i have tried every way to get ad boxes across including creating a row with 3 columns and inserting an inner row to each that has 2 columns… otherwise ads placed just go below and not beside each other – if i don’t put a row it doesn’t work – i know this is incorrect but i don’t know how to do it. ) how do i create a template with the set sizes so i don’t have to do it every time?
(if i can figure it out i would like this to be added to all other pages but for now i am trying to do it on the homepage.)
i am not understanding so if you could please help i would very much appreciate it.
thank you.
I have set the featured image size to be 696×395 by editing the cloud template, yet the images on every post are of different sizes. What should I do to make them the same size? The size of the featured image on Demo Tech News is fine for me.
site – http://www.wikiwax.com
Hi. I have read all documents about image size and related to that. I still can do nothing with my image sizes. I made all images the same size, uploaded all images again, regenerated all thumbnails. Nothing. No cache. No browser cache.
For example, this post https://otea.net/best-and-most-useful-teas-for-immunity-boosting
In the post there are a few images + featured image (I turned it off). In block editor I set the images size as 600×450 but it doesn’t display this size on the screen. I see all the images much lager. Also I tried to reduce image size in post template. The same. Nothing work.
Please, help me find the way how I can control image size. Thanks

4. I have clear the cache several times
5. I have enabled all images sizes via the theme panel

Hello.
I set featured image to each post of my website. To do that I used uploaded images from media library. As the result, in the home page (where all the posts are visible as image+heading + author+date), I see images in different sizes (not the same – rectangles) like they all weren’t crop or resize. I can’t find in theme options anything about sizing.
How can I make them the same size in height and width without editing and reloading them?
and how to remove author from the visibility?
Thanks
