Please provide more information regarding no your own content….what does means this? Your own content means that your content is created from scratch or the demo content has edited with your content? So, please notice that if you created your own content from scratch, it was loaded on your database and if you want to switch your actual demo to another, you will not loose your data. It seems to have a problem with your frontend. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is Newspaper 7.5 and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Make sure that you have updated the Visual Composer to the higher tested version with the theme ->4.12.1. Notice that the theme is fully compatible with the VC and until now we do not have any bad reports in this regard! If the problem is still there, please try making a new fresh install from scratch via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I notice that you are using the W# Total Cache as the caching plugin which is not compatible with our theme and which can create a lot of unknown issues. Please keep in mind that the theme was tested with embedded method and seems to work as properly until now. Try to make a new clean install from scratch, install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme, uses only tested plugins and check the results.

It seems to be a strange behavior which can be generated by your untested plugins which are used by you. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Please keep in mind that the mobile theme plugin is fully tested and compatible with our product and it seems to work as properly until now. Try my advice and check the results.

I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, regarding on your loading font, right? Firstly is loaded a default font and then will appear your custom font, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code. Please notice that the CSS are working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css. If you want to make deeper changes in this regard, you should check the td_config.php core files and from here you should change the default theme fonts which are Open Sans and Roboto with your desired one, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/YXUNUqxE.

If that tab is not present in the theme panel, it means that the mobile theme is not active. If it is, then please clear all caching and cdn network if you use it.

Visual composer is getting updated very often from last 3-4 months. Could you please tell me the easiest process to update the plugin. What I was doing is downloading the newspaper theme from theme forest, deleting the plugin from site and then installing plugin which i have downloaded. But, some times still the latest version is not available there and still its asking to update the plugin. So, please help me to update the plugin whenever there is an update.

Just installed newspaper health & fitness on my blog. The home page is showing [/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column] all over the page. My domain is http://dailyhealthstudio.com/
Login via FTP and disable all plugins by changing plugins directory to xplugins;
delete all themes except the default ones.
This will allow you to login.
Once logged in, go to appearance, themes and change to “twenty-sixteen.”
Rename xplugins back to plugins; Then turn back on only those known plugins which are good.
Then properly install the NP theme, plugins, and then activate again.
Theme does not control account login in any way for the admin user.

Hi, have a huge problem. Bought the theme, but I´m not able to install it. Every time a get a message from WordPress saying “Are you sure you want to do this?” Well, yes, I am sure, but the only option I have is to go back. Honestly I never had that problem before with any other theme. I can also install every other theme, but not this (and yes, I unzipped it before, just remaining with the 8mb Zip file). So I uploaded it via ftp in the right place. But still can´t see it in my list of themes. What can I do? Or can I give you a login, so that you can take a look?
