Please let me know what prebuilt website do you have installed, if you have a Standard Prebuilt Website you can change the fonts from Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts => https://www.screencast.com/t/y4NljP3w2uao but if you have Pro Prebuilt Website, then you need to set the font with tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI
Please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin updated and activate from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/6uPEwLE7u, from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.

Delete and re-install the TagDiv Composer plugin.

Usually, this problem is when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, then you have a cache conflict, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache for wp rocket if you want to use it.

Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activate, when you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results

I am getting this error

I have tried to uninstall the cache plugin and all other plugins as well but still getting the same issue, and if I try to add Google AdSense code in header.php file it is added successfully but when I tried to see it on the home page it isn’t showing.
I had free NP4 and NP6 on my WP theme page.
I bougth NP11 on themeforest and installed NP11 from archive according to instructions.
Then I put my code to Activate page.
None of NP11 was installed and applied to my WP.
As a result found there is no any NP11 theme in my Theme list. NP4 and NP6 remained. Cannot delete in on WP Themes page.
Probable my activation code applied to my old NP6 theme.
Probably NP11 installed to my NP6 folder but didnt renew it.

I’m having a lot of issues on creating mobile pages. I’m hosting the project with wp.com, and I been testing with an other wp.org installations, where this feature seems to work fine. Do you thing the hosting is an issue?
The problems:
1. Mobile page doesn’t shows as I updated in the editor.
2. Right now the mobile page is a dynamic page (I suppose, because is a default setting as I can tell).
3. With an installation on wp.org, I had no troubles, but I need to use wp.com
I don’t know how but I found it on the right.
Now I have installed the plugin for the mobile theme, I added it to the sub footer menu with the pages, but when I open them are they empty?
What happened after upgrading to version 11.2? Did all the design parameters fly off? Does it also prevent you from entering the theme panel until you install plugins that I don’t need? What kind of discrimination is this? How to make it work fine with this theme, so that without installing plugins I don’t need? Before that everything worked fine !!!

The error is related if you use the single template 11 from the tagDiv Standard pack, and is possible for this plugin to be deactivated. Please re-install and activate the tagDiv Standard Pack Plugin and clear all cache.

1. disable tagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) tagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install tagdiv Composer
5. activate tagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache (browser, server)

I Purchase the newspaper theme yesterday, but I encountered the installation problems. When I first upload the theme zip file, it is successfully installed, then I further install plugin such as tagdiv composer, there was a warning about PHP version problem. Afterwards, a serious problem occur and I no longer enter the wordpress panal.
The wording shown on the screen is
Parse error: syntax error unexpected
My IT Colleague claim this problem is according to PHP version problem, since our company web server version is only PHP 5.6.40.
Is there any solving solution?

I have 3 licenses from Newspaper and 2 of them run flawlessly. On the 3 installation, these errors suddenly appear when I click on the articles. Reinstalling the theme or plugin did not help.

Otherwise, add a flex block, go to the filter tab of the element’s settings and from the dropdown category filter you can choose between: Single – More from author, Single – Related by category, Single – Related from tags.

I have just installed the Gossip Pro template and found that the Header Main Menu shows very briefly and then disappears. I have not changed any default settings so I am not sure what is causing this. The menu I used contain direct links to categories.

There is a plugin conflict between some plugins you have installed, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If the problem is still there, then please make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and Cpanel access, so we can investigate this issue and let you know what can be done. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.

Please check what version of PHP you have, we recommend version 7.3
Please make sure that the theme install was done correctly

Also, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all lower requirements, and follow all steps; make sure that the theme is activated.
Also, if you have other plugins activate, please disable them and see if the problem persists.
