Hello,
the new WordPress 5.5 comes with build in lazyload for images. For performance reasons: is it better/necessary to disable the lazyload option of Newspaper when Worpress 5.5 is installed?
Trying to activate the theme via key, but it won’t let me. Says 403 forbidden. and the plugins updates failed.
I am unable to activate the theme, it just loading and nothing happens, tried different browser didn’t work. even the demo installation also not working properly.facing overlap menus.

Please try the following steps if you are using Newspaper v10.3.6.
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
If the problem persists, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there are still some problems, let us know!

Hi, I am unable to install one of the required plugins after installing the Newspaper theme. Every other plugins were successfully installed except the ‘tagDiv Composer’ plugin.
When trying to install, after the ‘Unpacking the package…’, I get an error message “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”.
I’m using a test platform for my development and I don’t know whether this could be the problem. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.

The font that is loaded as capital letters can be an individual setting -> https://i.imgur.com/INs4HMF.png a general setting in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/wM9lmau.png or it can be from the extra class that is using some demos in theme panel -> https://imgur.com/eX5F0uI
Also for the theme updates, please try the following:

Just make sure that if you are using a cache plugin, you are using one that can see the mobile thee plugin and desktop version, we recommend WP Super Cache with these settings -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hi martol, indeed the cloud templates for the Five Newspaper New PRO Demos are not available for the moment in tagDiv Cloud Templates and can be use only if you install the demo. These templates will be add in cloud library soon, there are only few templates that need to be set and will be updated in cloud library.

I have the Tagdiv Commposer Ajax-Error issue on initial install. All other work normal.
I tried to install manually, made all remocomended changes in the php files as instructed.
Already contacted the Host provider who didn´t find any problem from their side in the firewall settings.
Is there any chance somebody can look into this case?
I run out of idaes, instructions, or ways to make this work.
This happened since the last Theme update btw.

I would like to install the new Newspaper Lifestyle Pro Demo especially as my home page and I would like to use this theme’s header, footer, fonts and colors throughout the site. However I want my TagDiv Cloud Templates to remain in order to use with some future posts. I would also like to use my saved blocks in the TD Composer in the future.
Also I want to know if I need to install the slider for the Lifestyle Pro for the home page slides.
Please let me know if this is possible and the best way to do it.

I believe your right I have not done those steps; however in my screen it does not show me any of the the options such as activate theme or install demo etc. It only shows under the Newspaper dashboard 3 tabs Welcome, Plugins and Support. So I cannot activate or install the demo. Thanks

Hi GalHad, the share are still showing at the top of articles because you are not using a standard post style and you are using a single post templates from tagDiv Cloud Library (most probably you have a pro demo installed), these need to be edited using tagDiv Composer an you can use the right click to remove the top social share -> https://i.imgur.com/g7e662x.png -> https://i.imgur.com/o00nXIY.png

When my website infotonline.com is open in mobile, it loads the Desktop theme even though I have installed and activated Mobile Theme plugin. I have assigned AMP+Mobile Theme on Theme Panel.
So, how can I fix this issue, get back to AMP theme by default for mobile ?

That website is using this demo ->https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blog_fitness/ but has more changes made on it.
You can achieve that layout using tagDiv Composer, but for this you’ll need to lear how this is working and what you can do with it, the most easy and fats way is to install a demo, you can see here all demos that are available -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper/?utm_source=live_preview&utm_medium=click&utm_campaign=demos&utm_content=demos_button#demos
Also if you do not what to install demo you can import cloud templates and pages and blocks from tagDiv Cloud library after that you can edit theme using tagDiv Composer.
