i purchase this them yesterday after installing few hours later it’s started showing issues let me tell you one by one
1. Post creating time it’s show JSON Error
2. on Desktop mobile version theme are opening
3. and now it’s shows everything deleted but its not deleted

what i do now can you guys return my payment because i don’t like you support system if you can’t help so please stop this thing and return my money i will choose some other service

I am trying to make my website secure. I have installed the “Let’s Encrypt” SSL certificate from cPanel and installed the WordPress plugin “Really Simple SSL”. I’v also added a Rewrite rule to .htaccess to make all links from http to https.

However I still don’t get a secure padlock on the home page (which is designed with TD Composer) although the other pages (without TD composer) are safe.

Does this mean TD composer does not support SSL? Is there a way to enable it?

I have installed Newspaper 10.3.4 version, each time I try to install de demo I got the same error message several times:

“tagDiv detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo after you click ok on this dialog.”

Steps to troubleshoot:
– Check the permissions on your upload folder
– Please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false in wp-config.php
– Contact our support via email contact@tagdiv.com (please provide your product license key)

Permissions and WP_DEBUG seem is ok

Hi, we just bought the theme and I’m trying to create a page with Tagdiv composer but when I add a element, it’s loading infinitly, same as if I save the page. Another question is about the demos templates. I installed a demo to try but the home page is with shortcodes and when I try to edit with Tagdiv composer It say that this page hasn’t beed created with this, then I don’t know how to do.

The previous one is when I install WPbekar Page builder & if I use custom post template then sidebar not support perfectly. Its show below the post! In mobile view, it’s even worse

I have found another problem today when I update the theme. I use the WMPL plugin to my site for English & Bengali Language. I use different post page templates for English & Bangla but after today’s update, it shows the same template! It’s a big issue for my site. I am using the (Social Counter) on my front page. The subscriber count is 0. I doubled checked that I have the correct (Youtube id) filled in for the (Newspaper settings-> Social networks-> YouTube API configuration-> API key).

In the (WordPress-> Appearance-> Widgets-> Newspaper default), I use the [tagDiv] Social counter. In that widget, I display the YouTube subscriber count. This widget is not used on the front page. It displays the correct count.

I can see this issue on both Firefox and Chrome. I have Newspaper 10.3.4 installed. All my plugins are up to date. I have tried clearing my cache on both Firefox and Chrome without any luck.

I’m not sure why the front page tagdiv element doesn’t work while the tagdiv widget does.

I just updated and still getting the notification to update the theme via WP-admin/update-core.

I’m using the latest version, how to remove the notification?
I tried clearing the cache.

I have installed a demo for the newspaper pro theme.
I have two queries:
1. In theme home page there are categories listing has shown right next to the title.
Please check this image:
But on my website, I can’t see it in the home page.
Please let me know from where I can set the category there.
Where I can find settings to set category?

Hi, I have installed the theme, when I try to see the preview in real time I have the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /web/htdocs/www.gazzettinodelgolfo.it/home/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp-booster/tagdiv-wp-booster-functions.php on line 240

I opened the file .php but it all seems correct:

if ( false !== $response ) {
$zip_resources = json_decode( $response, true );
$latest_version = [];
$versions = [];

I installed the AAWP plugin for Amazon Affiliation on my website http://www.multimetrodigitale.it, but AAWP doesn’t work with the AMP plugin.

It used to work before with TagDiv AMP but now, after the theme update and the release of the new AMP plugin, AAWP it’s not working anymore.

I contacted the AAWP customer service and they told me that “our plugin does not support the ‘Transitional’ mode in the AMP plugin”.

Is there anything I can do? How can I switch from “Transitional mode” to any other mode?

I’ve been using Newspapper theme for a while now, amazing theme. I used it for a website called http://www.GoudaFm.nl. We started a new website for a different city and we bought a new licence for http://www.dichtbijhetniews.nl

Now here’s the thing. I have been working and updating the website. I see the changes when i am logged in and even when i log off. However, when I look at a different PC/MAC and smartphone, i see no changes. Only when i first installed and changes some things.

I have cleared some cache but nothing happens. Do you guys have a idea?

Hi, guys:
I am running a few sites on Newspaper 9 and I see that you have come up some time ago with v.10.
I didn’t see any specific instructions on migration from 9 to 10 and I was reluctant to do it, due to the fact that if I install another theme, the previous content gets wiped (BTW, why didn’t you release it as an update to 9?). Also, please let me know if you have a version higher than v.9.7.2

Yet, I am running now into some problems, such as misalignment of objects in the page (in the composer I place them in a certain location in the tagDiv composer and they show up somewhere else on the live page), as well as page changes failing to save (I only get the message that the header changes have been saved, not the page content changes).

What do you suggest?
