Hello, I’ve bought Newspaper theme and I have installed it on my website say tagdiv.com. Now, Can I install my same theme at forum.tagdiv.com? Let me tell you that I have taken a regular license.

First of all, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing your data. After you have made the update, you should install the theme via FTP way, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/

I installed the Newspaper Tech-News Theme….. and I changed the Categories in the td-demo-header-menu. Suddenly the Preview Pictures to the articles in the Menu bar when you slide the Mouse over it were gone…. What have I done wrong. Because the articles are rightly placed in the categories I defined.
P.S. I menaged to properly install update theme, everything looks great but.. I can’t find Multipurpose Shortcodes in TD Composer.. only extended..

Only one demo can be installed at a time, choose the one you like and install it in the theme panel

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, remove all untested plugins and check the results. Remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way to another sub-domain for testing and check the results. Or pages with content that was not added with the tagDiv composer.
Additionally you can test with all plugins disabled, except the theme plugins.

Most likely, this behavior happens due to your additional customizations or untested plugins used by you. I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch via FTP to another sub-domain for testing, without using untested plugins, clear all the caches and purge CDN file and check the results. 1. I’m developing the site on a local server (WAMP) so can’t provide a link at the moment. But generally if you create a new page, and add a row to it. Then give that row a background color, there’ll be space above and below the row. those are the spaces i would like to get rid of.
2. Cant provide a link because of the reason mentioned above. If you can create the social icons on a clean install, then you can give me the steps. I did not use any demo.

I have newspaper 8 installed. In “appearance” I get this message: New version available. Update now. ANd when I click on “update now” I am just redirected to the themeforest.net home page. May you help me understand how to get the new version? thanks

Firstly i updated everything to the latest version and installed a child theme.

I have the errors when i go into the panel and try to change something.
Then using the experimentally way, I came to the fact, that this is happen because of the child theme. (This is nonsense, this should not be) If you have the opportunity, please contact technical support. Ask them to look at this problem. Maybe they will prompt a solution.

It turns out the problem was with the W3 Total Cache plugin that we had installed, it had been caching the old, insecure web links on our site. We’ve emptied the cache and the site is now working fine 🙂
If you install a demo without content then only theme panel settings and custom design will be imported.

I have just used FTP to update to newspaper 8.6 and I have also updated the plugins that followed with the update, but “tagDiv Multi-Purpose” does not work at all, so I need some help getting it to work.
It is installed and active, but does not show its functions in the “tagDiv Composer!”.

If the theme is uploaded properly there should be no problem. The most recommended method in the matter is by FTP

You could try to reinstall the theme, reinstall all theme plugins from the latest theme package. The error seems to point to the tagDiv composer, deactivating it should have an effect.
If possible try deactivating all other plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Clear all caching after doing this and check the results.
