The Visual Composer is fully tested with the theme and should work as expected. Also, notice that the multisite is just a WordPress functionality and it can be done in a lot of ways. For more information about this implementation, please check here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network We recommend using the way of multisite when you have to create a new install for each subdomain and then you can make a redirect between them.

All the plugins are provided in the theme package. After extracting the theme package archive, there will be a folder called plugins

There you will find the Visual composer plugin as well. The folder you are mentioning would be inside the theme itself

Visual composer can no longer be installed from there.

That is unusual. Maybe the theme did not install properly. Please try and reinstall then theme manually

Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentions in this guide if necessary

You could ask your hostingn provider to make them for you, they might have a recommended method for this. Then check if everything works as intended.

Please keep in mind that before that the latest version of the theme to be released, it has been fully tested and we have not encountered this kind of error, sorry! Most likely, this errors happened due to a bad installing of the theme, sorry! Try again to re-install the theme via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using something like this and check the results.

First of all, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot say anything. Also, if you like and if you want to use that demo, you simply import it from Theme panel, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ Also, if you have your content you should import it without dummy data because the theme will recognize all of your content which has been loaded into your database. Before each theme install or update, the full backup is fully required to be made to avoid losing your data.

Make sure that you have downloaded the latest theme packet from Theme Forest and also, ensure that theme has been installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/. The theme has been fully tested and we do not have encountered this kind of issue. Try to make a new clean install from scratch, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hello bdpras,

The theme does not have any such a button which allows you to deactivate the license. You should simply remove the theme from the old domain and install it to a new domain and that’s all.
