First, make sure that tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library are removed. After that, go to Newspaper > plugins and try to install teh plugins from there.
If the problem persists, disable all plugins and try again after that to install the theme plugins; sometimes there are extra plugins interfering – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/

As I mentioned in my previous email, please check for tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, and tagDiv Opt-in builder. From your screenshots, the problem is clear: the plugin tagDiv Opt-in builder is not installed or activated. Please install it and activate the plugin after that, then clear the cache.

Thank you for the help but all plugins are updated and activated.
I also tried deleting the plugins manually and installing them directly from the download folder. I tried reverting the theme back to the old version and issue persists.
This only happens when I’m logged in. It goes away when using the site as a guest.

The acf plugin can be installed from Dashboard> plugins search for acf https://prnt.sc/jdsAWnj2lmpG. With this plugin, you can create anything you need, CPT’s, taxonomies, custom fields …

Please do a test install teh classic editor and disable the one you use and see if the problem is resolved, also make sure that all cache on your browser has been cleaned.

Switching from child to main theme and then deactivating, deleting and reinstalling each plugin helped me to solve the issue.
The tagDiv Opt-In Builder is now correctly activated also in Newspaper 12.7.5.

Please do the following: disable all theme plugins you are using, delete the theme, and reinstall the theme plugins from Newspaper > Plugins one by one.
Also, you can make a test using only the theme plugins. In case you are using a child theme, please set the main theme during the tests.

It is not necessary to install any additional plugins. A well-structured and visually appealing design will be sufficient. For this purpose, you can use tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library. You may select and customize one of the available Cloud templates, modify the existing theme templates, or create your own templates from scratch to meet your needs.

I’ve just updated Newspaper to v12.7.5, and I’m hitting a wall with the tagDiv Opt-In Builder. The update fails consistently through the Theme Panel.
I’ve already gone through the “manual update” ritual as described in your documentation (https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/), but no luck. While the plugin installs, it refuses to activate. WordPress throws a Fatal Error every time I try to toggle it on.
What I’ve tried so far:
Manual update via FTP/Plugin upload.
Complete removal of the plugin folder via FTP followed by a clean install.
Downgrading the theme to the previous version (the issue persists).
I’m currently stuck with a broken opt-in system. Could you please look into this or provide a fix for this specific version conflict?

I think that you misunderstood the answer. If you have that option selected, you should also have that plugin installed. If you do not want to use that plugin, use the them post view – https://prnt.sc/2mbk4vuEuf01 then make sure that the ajax view count option is enabled – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/ and check the theme panel option – https://i.imgur.com/hj8PThf.png

Normally, this should not be a problem, but if you want to use WP Rocket, then make sure the settings are as mentioned in our guide. Just make sure that you do not have any old cache or object cache on the backend.
Another approach is to disable the theme plugins, delete the theme, and reinstall those theme plugins from Newspaper > plugins. By doing this, you’ll ensure the theme plugins’ files are clean and have no changes.

The file mentioned is not part of the theme itself, it’s part of an extra plugin that can be used with the theme, the Opt-in builder, this plugin can be deleted from the section plugins and reinstalled from Newsmag > plugins – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-opt-in-builder/ the mentioned file is in the plugin on the path wp-content/plugins/td-subscription/assets/js/tdsLogin.js

Hi,
Since installing LiteSpeed Cache, my website has been very slow when clicking on any page or post.
I tried going back to WP Rocket, but the problem persists. Interestingly, when I disable the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin, the site responds normally again.
Has anyone experienced this conflict between LiteSpeed Cache and tagDiv Cloud Library?
Is there a way to use both without causing such slow performance?

I bought the NewsMag5 theme on Themeforest. I have a problem with login and registration. I am missing a .js file that I did not receive after Download.

registration and login are not working for me because of tdsLogin.js ? Can someone send me that file or can I find it somewhere. I have checked several times, deleted and reinstalled the Theme but there is no file.

This is not related to the theme updates, the file was made in 2021, and the last edit was in 2022 – https://prnt.sc/QCO_ijN0bNjc, so if the problem appeared only now, it was related to something else if the problem started just 19/02, maybe the amp was used without teh tagDiv Mobile theme plugin and only after your last update you also installed the tagDiv mobile theme to use it for amp?

– EWWW Image Optimizer for image optimization and WebP creation
– WP Rocket
The question arises
how to properly configure WebP
and which module should integrate WebP into the template and which of them should properly load images?
1/ Who should properly load images
EWWW Image Optimizer or
WP Rocket or the template itself?
2/ Integrating images into the template
include them in the site theme and include them in
EWWW Image Optimizer?
3/ How to properly configure all 3 modules for correct operation, especially if all images are in R2 to speed up site loading

It appears to be the mobile theme on desktop. Did you install the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin? If so, please disable teh plugin, clear all cache, and teh responsive version will be used on mobile.

The mentioned theme files are free and are provided with the theme. Those can be installed from Newsapper > plugins > dedicated plugins for prebuilt websites (those were made for a few demos we provided before the theme compatibility with the ACF plugin to be at the level it is today – https://forum.tagdiv.com/introduction-cpt-acf-newspaper-theme/ , using those plugins means to make the edits inside the plugin’s files – https://forum.tagdiv.com/edit-modules-flex-block-x/).
Now my recommendation is that you can use the acf plugin to create the CPT’s, taxonomies, and custom fields you want to have, then you can use the module builder to create the blocks you want to have and Cloud templates to create the templates for your taxonomies and CPTs – https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/
