(i) tagDiv Composers and (ii) tagDiv Social Counter.
I wish to install Page Booster and Mobile Theme plugins. But can’t find these plugins. I am using Newspaper theme.

Please make sure that you are using only TD COmposer or Visual Composer. If you are using the both of it simultaneously, notice that you can bring some errors with the theme and it’s not recommended this thing. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. If you will need more assistance, in this case, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.

Hello,
Please also test without plugins as there might be a plugin conflict. The demo can be installed with or without content. If you need just the homepage, install the demo with content, edit the homepage and copy the content from the back-end on another page. This way you will ensure you do not loose the page when uninstalling the demo. Now, uninstall the demo and install it again without content so you do not have the extra posts and content.

Thanks for your reply. I have done that (edited the tittles) with theme builder, and even designed my site to my taste now. Yet, it is not reflecting my designs. It is still showing the preinstalled default demo even after save success. Could it be network or is there anything else I have to do so that it will reflect? Please, since 24hrs now, I have been working on this. Thanks once more.

I installed the Mobile Theme zip today and as soon it was activated “500 Internal Server Error” appeared on mobile. I followed all the tagdiv-forum instructions but could not get it fixed. In the end I chatted with my host wordpress.com and they figured out this:
PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/wpcom-129080905/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/mobile../td_deploy_mode.php’ (include_path=’/:.’) in /wpcom-129080905/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/mobile/functions.php on line 11

Please keep in mind that our theme has no infected with malware. To be sure, you should re-download the latest theme version for Theme Forest and make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the subject theme method in this case.

I searched to see if anyone else recorded this problem but did not see it, so sorry if this is a duplicate.
Since installing WordPress 4.9, the image captions are not being controlled/restricted to the Medium (300 pixels wide) size that our photos are.
Going forward we are using the Full size image and the photo captions are not looking bad, but this is a big problem for the 11,000 articles we have published in the last 9 years.
Is there a Theme PHP fix that can be made, or some automated process we can use – or do we need to start going back manually entering line breaks to make sure the captions wrap?
Hello! Want to install the demo version on your website. It already has about 100 articles with pictures. So I don’t need pictures and the lyrics from the demo. When you activate the demo I am getting only the header like in the demo, and my texts are in one row.

Здравствуйте! Хочу установить демо версию на свой сайт. На нем уже есть порядка 100 статей с картинками. Поэтому мне не нужны картинки и тексты из демо. При активации демо я получаю только заголовок как в демо, а мои тексты идут в один ряд.
Как сделать, чтобы расположение блоков после инсталяции демо на сайте был таким же, как в демо? То есть, блоки были также размещены на главной, а не шли сплошной простыней статьи.

Notice that our smart list features are too sensible and if you have some untested plugins or if you made some additional customizations, it’s possible to break them. To be sure, remove all of the untested plugins, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, remove all the custom code which can affect this, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, you should try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results.

This seems the theme was not installed properly.
Please use this guide to properly install it via ftp and follow each step properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
If the install was done properly, there should not be any error. If there is one, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Also try to resave permalinks and uninstall and install the theme demo again.

First of all thanks for this wonderful wordpress theme, i love it ! 🙂
But i have a problem with my blog (culturezvous.com) since i’ve installed Newspaper. the outbound connections have increased enormously (from 2 to 25 per minute!). My host (OVH) informed me that there were many connections to the Facebook API and thus blocked my outbound connections which is very annoying.
OVH asks me to identify the plugin causing this problem. Maybe this can be related to tagDiv Social Counter. What do you think ?

We know of 3 possible causes for this issue.
1) The wp super cache setting to cache page. Please only use these settings in wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use any other cache plugin, make sure you do not cache pages for known users or for logged in users depending on the plugin setting.
2) Do not use this setting in seo by yoast: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh
3) Editing a page that was previously built with another page builder.
You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with. Do not edit a page with tagdiv composer if it was not originally built with it. If you created your page in visual composer and then switched to our own page builder, you will have to re-create that page
Please test this on a brand new page with no existing content.

If your site shows the mobile view on desktop that is a clear indicator of a caching issue. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use cdn, please only use cloudflare and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
If your host provides a hosting side cache, please contact your host to disable it.

To find the VC/WPBakery installer – you need to look in the ‘all files’ download, not the single theme download from your ThemeForest account 🙂

Where do I find the file to install – I dont see the VC file in the theme download
I just installed this theme and created a new page, but I can’t add a row or any other element. They simply do not drag out of the sidebar. I have disabled all other plugins. Problem is there on Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

That’s what I did, I went to “Install demo” option and clicked on “Install demo” for gadget demo, I did it without content because my site is already live and getting traffic so I can’t get that demo content.
but this was not working for me so I had to create another page and set it as homepage, I edited that new page using the tagdvi compose and this is what I made, check it here and let me know if there is any mistake that I did, so that I can correct it.

The best thing to do is to install the Gadgets demo because if it will be installed, the theme will be fitted with the layout style of this demo. For more information about how you can install the demo, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ Also, for beginning, I suggest you importing the demo with content to make an idea about the used blocks in this demo and then you should create from scratch your own posts to populate the website with your content. Please do not edit the dummy data content posts/pages because when you want to change the demo with another one, all of your data will be lost.
Please keep in mind that the demo should have to be installed with success if you will follow all the required instructions. Also, if you do not want to install the demo, notice that is not an easy way to achieve the same layout with the demo because required to do some customizations. Use the demo because this is created for customers! It is just simple.
