This could be a caching issue. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ For a cdn only use cloudflare and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Hosts also provide caching solutions that most of the time users do not even know about. Please contact your host and ask for the removal of any caching solution from the server side.

Please notice that if you want to achieve best theme results you should have installed the latest theme version from Theme Forest. So, I recommend you to make a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way, remove any of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues.

Unfortunately, please notice that is not a natural theme’s behavior. Check again your plugin’s list and your customizations because all of these may be the main reasons for these errors, sorry! Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

Also, if you are using the child theme, switch the theme to the main theme version, remove all of your additional customisations and check the results. Notice that if you are using some untested plugins, most of them might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues.

Sorry for the delay, we do not work on weekends.

We know of 3 possible causes for this issue.

1) The wp super cache setting to cache page. Please only use these settings in wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use any other cache plugin, make sure you do not cache pages for known users or for logged in users depending on the plugin setting.

2) Do not use this setting in seo by yoast: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh

3) Editing a page that was previously built with another page builder.
You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with. Do not edit a page with tagdiv composer if it was not originally built with it. If you created your page in visual composer and then switched to our own page builder, you will have to re-create that page

Please test this on a brand new page with no existing content.

Please make sure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install to a new sub-domain for testing and check the results. The theme should work as expected.

Also, ensure that you do not use both page builder simultaneously as TD Composer and Visual Composer. You should use only one of them. Automatic updates are a bad idea. You should never allow automatic updates for anything. Not wordpress, not plugins and not themes. You should have the chance to create a back-up before any update. The speedbooster plugin has nothing to do with the wp automatic updates however. It is complicated to install as it’s meant for advanced users.
