Hi, I don’t like the mobile theme, especially the top, because there is no logo shown.

But I just can’t find the place where I can change the design.

Thanks for picking this up but I have found the answer. It was not obvious that in composer you have to switch device view in order to see the template used a different logo. So simple when you know!

If you are using a cloud header, then you can adjust the search layout -> https://i.imgur.com/NWnrUK6.jpg, but still this should work if you are log in or logout.
The live search is using some ajax query is possible that you server to allow these to be executed only when you are login, also it can be a problem from some plugins, this is quite hard to say from where comes this problem, usually we need access to investigate the problem and we need to test it first only with theme plugins to see if in this way is working, if not we go father to check the settings from cPanel.
If you make a site for test or you provide access the current site via email we’ll log and check the problem.

I am trying to change the logo “UK London News” but I can’t find any way to do it. Having spend a whole 10 hours just trying to change this I can’t afford to waste any more time; please advise!!!!!!
I have changed the text in cloud templates for the footer and header.
I have updated site identity in wordpress.
I have uploaded all logo sizes and configuration in Newspaper Header and Mobile Header.
I have cleared all server caches and even switched caching off completely.
I have cleared all browser caches.
On the desktop all is ok. But on mobile I either get the UK London News Logo or both UK London News and my own logo side by side. WHERE IS THIS TEXT/LOGO COMING FROM?
Any idea why I’m sometimes seeing this?

It is appearing at top of https://jazzjournal.co.uk/2020/06/17/obituary-keith-tippett/ in Firefox, not in Chrome or Safari. I have cleared Firefox cache and restarted it.

The original issue is stemmed from our current header, which is why I thought about using the cloud header to try and clean up the issues we have with the header in general… Our actual header problems can be seen here: https://www.equipmentjournal.com/
Issue we have:
1. when viewing in tablet, the header doesn’t collapse properly. the header ad stays in an awkward position. We would like to fix that.
2. When viewing in mobile, our brand logo is gone from the header, and all that appears is the header ad.

I received an email from you asking to update to the newer version of Newspaper and the link takes me to Themeforest, however if I download the “Install able wordpress files only”, will I loose any of my posts content and pages, and logo design etc.. it would be easier if we could just update from the wordpress dashboard with an automatic update button.

The Main Navigation was created by using the Cloud Template. The logo is in the center with a left menu and a right menu.
When going to the website, there is a delay before the left menu will appear. Please see the screenshots by clicking link below.

Hi, first sign something was wrong was the entire site including WordPress toolbar displaying in Italics.

I noticed an update needed for Newspaper theme in 10.3.5 and completed that. tagdiv composer plugin did not complete and showed as an ajax error. As per recommendation I then loaded the plugin manually.
The site layout settings I slaved over appear to be gone!
-The site logos are all gone
-The colour and font settings have all reverted back to ‘default’ from what I had them set to
-All the fonts were in italics
-Blocks that did fit four articles in a row are now pushing one article over to form a new line
In addition:

This is just the issues I’ve found so far ….
What is the best next step for me now. Do I roll back to a backup and hope the update doesn’t break the site again?
Most importantly, how do I avoid my site completely breaking again at future updates.

I have a question as to how the best way to handle a certain setup.
1. we have a bunch of companies that we want to list
2. each company would have its own page with logo, contact/social listings, related articles etc.
I was thinking that maybe the best way to do this would be to create a “cloud template” and then apply it to a post, but after realizing this, if I had 30 companies all with different information, then I would technically have to have 30 different post templates that would be applied to each company.
Is there an easier way to do this?

Hi Renu Bakshi,
I think that you where referring to footer logo, there is not a recommended size, you can use the size you like, also you can use as a footer a footer standard template, a cloud template or a page.

ERRATA CORRIGE: the footer isn’t disappeared in hoime page… just header part with logo (that is disappeared in header cloud template)…

Please note that vanishing items is not something normal. You will have to make sure that you are doing the procedure correctly. Please take a look at our video tutorial to see how to replace the logo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo&t=4s
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thanks for letting me know. We created a new header template for the homepage to add text to the h1 tag of our logo. However, I still see a blank h1 on the homepage even with the logo h1 disabled, so when we enable the logo h1, we end up with two h1 tags on the homepage.

Since the Update in May the cumulative layout shift caused by the newspaper theme is a serious problem because all my sites for desktop and mobile are marked as poor in the Google Search Console. I get different informations what is causing the cumulative layout shift when the elements are showing up in the viewport:
– missing container for the header-logo-image (desktop)
– div#td-top-mobile-toggle>i.td-icon-font>::before (mobile)
– <p style=”text-align: justify;”> (div.td-container>article#post-35>div.td-post-content>p (mobile)
– all font-awesome icons (flash because of unstyled content) (mobile, desktop)
and so on. The cumulative layout shift is part of the web core vitals introduced by Google with the last update. If a site fails the web vitals its very critical for the ranking in the google search. I don’t know what I should do anymore – it’s not possible to decrease the cumulative layout shift because the main issues are to find in the layout itself. Maybe you can offer some help.

We have our logo set to be full size across the top, when we look at it we see it normally, but some other people viewing our site see a much smaller version of the logo in the centre. Can you please look into this? http://www.motorsportmemorabilia.com

The responsive logo need to be change using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/rnCB9b3.png also is look that the login is coming from mobile menu, from these files -> https://i.imgur.com/j6cUNKy.png and -> https://i.imgur.com/gKE4RTZ.png removeing the code from there should solve the problem.
