Hi! In the mobile version i can’t see menu and appears latest news, doesn’t appear my home, I need help.

I have bought your Newsletter WordPress theme, for our website: https://ffstars.com/ but have some problems with it. Could you please assist with the following issues:
1. Error message: When I open to edit our homepage with the TD Composer the following error appears all the time: Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Everything seems to work normally but this is really annoying. I even try and delete the whole demo I install it again and started from the beginning but after a few minutes, the error started to show up again. What is the reason for that error and how we could fix it?
2. We have set up a duo language site with a plugin (Polylang) and have made two versions of the home page – one is Bulgarian and one in English. But once I make some changes in the English version (changes in the which menu to use and some texts) but once I save the changes they are saved in the Bulgarian versions as well. How I could fix that? Is there any multilingual plugin that you would recommend to use that would work best with your website? Also how we could filter the post that we show on different sections based on the language they are?
3. In the header of the home page, there are 5 featured posts – is there a way to put a border between the post?

4. Also in the same header from the image above – could we add a link to the background image?
5. Is there a way when a new user registers on the site to set his own password instead of sending him a password on the mail?
6. How we could edit the text of the mail that the theme send when new users are registered?
7. The demo content has set an example logo SPORT [ SP (Icon of a ball) RTS ] on the home page. From the TD Composer, I have removed the icon and the text and added a new Image for the logo. But on the categories pages (any of the first 4 option on the menu) – there are no way to edit them with the TD composer, so at the moment there is both the Logo we upload follow by the SP RTS (without the icon). How I could remove the text and leave just the Logo as it is on the home page.

After clearing the widgets in Footer 3 it shows me the newest articles by clicking in the blank space…

1- How to I move my logo to the left so it aligned with the rest of the site on the left
2- How do I add an html text link to the right of the date in the top header bar. I would like it to say “LISTEN LIVE”
3- How do I make that same top bar appear on mobile?
4- I am having some cache issues with the site. Ex – I change the social icons to just two but it is still showing 5 icons on my end.

Yes, we want our title to have the h1 set instead of logo, and we are using a cloud header.

Right? If yes, then we have already checked “disable h1 on logo”, and it doesn’t solves the problem.
After installing the companies logo, the tagdivComposer doesn’t load anymore.
We tried your options for “when tagDiv composer is not working”; no result.

But now I also recognized that only the symbol is shown but not the link to my profile. It doesn’t work in the desktop-version and also not in the mobile-version. But the link (it’s a counter-pixel) works perfectly in the blogspot-version of my blog. Why not here? It is compatible with wordpress…

Usually the h1 is set on logo, if you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can have a different H1 per page/posts, another way is to using the Page Builder + Page Title on page template, this should set your page title as h1 and remove the h1 from logo.
If you want that your title to have the h1 set instead of logo, then please check if you are using a cloud header, if yes, then you can edit it with tagDiv Composer and disable the h1 -> http://prntscr.com/q1ohji.

Please notice that if you are using cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud library, these will not be affected by the settings from theme panel, you’ll need to make the setting on theme using tagDiv Composer, the theme panel will apply only on standard templates and demos, not on cloud templates and pro demos.

Also if in theme panel the “spinning” square that appears is continue spinning, usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error, if you have these errors, you will have to contact your host and let them know that your admin-ajax.php is blocked either by firewall or the security settings.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

ok idid it but I would like to put the logo near the menu, in order to center them all. Is it possible?
Clarification: Our goal is to get rid of the h1 tag associated with the logo.
I’m using TD Composer. I want to have a header with a logo on the left margin and the menu links centered.
I go into your Manager. When the box opens it says Website Manager at the top. In the box it says Header and below that choose header template. Header Template 15 appears in the drop down menu along with Global Template and No header.
So, I select Header Template 15. And, a header with main menu links appears near the top of the website page. But, there’s no logo. So, I go to the theme panel and try to upload a logo.
After uploading the file and clicking save, it won’t save. A “spinning” square appears. The issue never resolves after several minutes. I have to back out of the screen. I’ve tried uploading and saving various sizes of logos. It doesn’t work.
I’ve tried to make other changes to the theme panel and they don’t save.

Thank you. I wasn’t talking about the titles that are made with the tagdiv composer. If you may notice in my message above, it is showing another h1 heading tag consistently on all of the pages “H1: Photographycourse.netFree Online Photography Courses”.
I looked further into this and was able to resolve the problem partially by going into the theme panel and removing the text from the “TEXT LOGO” and “TEXT LOGO TAGLINE” sections. However, it did not remove the whole thing for us. So looking again into the H1 tags, it now shows “Photographycourse.net” as one of the h1 tags for all the pages.

I’ve recently updated to the Gadgets Pro Demo of Newspaper X and it’s not exactly showing up as the Demo. The title in articles is not wrapping, the menubar isn’t sticky and changing my logo is being very complicated. Please help.
Hi, i’m making an header in which i have the logo (on the left), the menu (center) and search (righ side). if i use the 3 columns division, i noticed that the center menu is not on the same line (i have two columns of menu). id’ like to have a more spaced column for the menu, in order to have all on the same row. Is it possibile?

I’m sorry to say it, but I’m not so happy with this theme at all.
The tagDiv Composer doesn’t save, but only in a few situations. So if I want to change the logo in the menue it works – on the desktop view. But if I changed to mobile – it is just shown the loading icon.
How we can fix it, permanently?

I activated AMP plugin. When I test AMP tester blog page like this (everything alright) http://prntscr.com/rmkfe0 but when I test mobile phones (more than one) http://prntscr.com/rmki9k logo lefted and category backgrounds black.
How can i fix this problems ?

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

1.I deleted the demo logo from homepage in the demo and then uploaded my logo. It worked fine.
2.But the problem remains in all the other pages.
Currently it is showing both the logo everywhere (i.e. my logo and demo logo) . Request you to tell me the way that demo is deleted from everywhere.
I have newspaper + cloud templates and footer has 3 columns and under that row with logo, text and social.
The bottom one i did change from the newspaper-panel settings,
but the upper one that lists aricles different ways I cannot edit.

And like it says in the newspaper theme panel footer settings that i should edit footer columns content with widgets, bit they are empty in the widget section even if still i see the footer now in the live site almost with right content and titles..
