First of all, please try to use the Header Style 10 which uses the logo in full width and check the results. Maybe you will bring your desired results. Also, if you want to add an image to your header section, notice that you should use a bit of CSS code to achieve this. If you did not set the logo in the footer and it is displaying with no reason in that section, you could try a theme re-install. Maybe something has not installed properly

Then deactivate all plugins except the ones provided with the theme, and clear any installed caching. Check if the footer still displays the logo despite being disabled in the theme panel.

3)Sorry for this, but notice that our theme does not have any such n option that allows you to place your logo in the middle section, sorry! If you want to achieve this you should implement it yourself because we cannot provide custom services, sorry!

Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it. Then we will be able to pinpoint where exactly the image is coming from.
It seems to be in the page content, so try editing the page with the tagDiv composer and check the elements on the page.
Also you could try removing the header logo and see if it removes the second one as well.

If you want the logo like that it would require to change the height of the logo image, as well as the whole header probably. Simply stretching the current logo image will not produce the best results.
You can use the browser inspector to identify the elements and classes used, and create custom code for modifying the logo, if it is absolutely necesarry

The Header style that you choose and the logo, will be displayed on the whole website. There cannot be two headers or more, only one is possible.
You could use the single image element on pages. This has the option to enter the image you want and control the height
