For example, if you are using the Header Style 7 and if you want that your logo to be permanently aligned to the left, you should use a bit of CSS code to do that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

1. There are no options to modify the theme width, this could only be achieved through custom code or modifications to the theme files. It is not recommended to do this however because there is a risk you will damage the theme, as all the elements on the page depend on the fixed width.

If you would like to have a bigger logo, please note that Header style 9,10 and 11 do not have a limit for the image used in the logo – https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/ and you can set as logo a full image for example.
