Hello,
I have a problem with my logo and advertisement.
The advertisement needs to be smaller and it doesn’t take the custom sizes but it takes always the auto.My site is :http://185.38.193.58/rd/
Logo also seems to be a little to the right:with some custom css iI put it to the left and when it loads it goes to the right and back to its place.any suggestion?
Hi, when using header style 7 and top bar is enabled, there is a thin line under the top bar.
I think, that it is not stylish this thin line above tho logo.
Is it possible to hide or cut short this line?

BUG (Tested in Chrome latest, 1366×768, Example page: http://inserbia.info/today/2016/01/serbian-police-vs-arab-refugee-children/):
– Header Style 8 (Hybrid menu 2) – When sticky menu is turned on, when user scrolls down and sticky menu appears, the mega menu is floated left instead center. Also, default logo space size (i think it was 250px) goes over first menu item and prohibits hovering/opening of associated submenu.
– After upgrading (Newspaper 3 to Newspaper 6) and turning on Ajax for page view counter, all page views reset to 0 views (30K+ posts). It is not big deal for me, but still … Example page had 50K+ views.
IMPROVEMENT:
– There should be a notice (maybe there is a one but I didn’t saw it) that users cannot start video in video post if default post template (site wide) is set to Style 7. Currently, only featured image (video grab) is present but there is no video file to watch (upgrade from Newspaper 3 to latest). Check example page.
– Changing default post template for all posts and single post is great, but how about changing default post template category based? I.e. I really like Style 7, but it is not good for my Video category, so I want to change ONLY in category “Video” to be default post Style 1.
– There should be 1 more field added for posts (where source, via, … is) and that is Photo credits.
– It would be nice to have (on frontend) for each post: Date and time published, date and time updated, click to get shortlink (if shortlinks are enabled).
– Add AMP support for mobile resolutions.
PERVERSION:
– Add HTML5-based Text-To-Speech library so we can have “Read me!” button on front.

You can achieve that result but it will need a few customizations. First, you will need to remove the header ad container like so: http://screencast.com/t/3MXoVpsx , then you can use this css for positioning:

}
You can change the values in the code to your preference.

Hi, I’m attempting to lay an image with my company’s emblem logo over my navigation. The image is the same height and width as the navigation and fully transparent. The only thing on the image is my logo on the far right side and my goal is to make it so my emblem logo is on the navigation.

If you want to use a full size logo, please use header styles 9 – 11 These headers do not re-size the logo and use it in it’s default size. If you want to use header style 1, and have a bigger l;ogo you need customization. You can follow this topic to see how to do it:

Thank you for the truly great theme. I would like to have a larger logo hopefully using Header style 1. I have read through the posts regarding this and am still having some issues.
This is what I have tried so far based on forum posts.
I have removed the container for the ad spot from the header-style-1 theme file so I can increase the size of the logo: http://screencast.com/t/BUYmlAB9I6v. From there I created a larger logo and uploaded it to adjust css positioning. However the larger logo continues to be resized to 300x95px retina and 300x75px standard.
I have also tired different header styles 10 and style 11 which use the full logo but it still resizes my logo to the previously mentioned dimensions.
Ideally i would like to use header style 1 with a larger logo and do away with or re-position the ad box. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Also, I saw that you have strange characters on your side. This issue is known when using CDN or loading fonts from a different source.

You do not need to use a child theme as you can specify widfth and height with custom css you can use in the theme panel:
.td-header-style-12 .td-main-menu-logo img {
max-height: 120px!important;
width: 220px;
height: 120px;
}
Please edit these values to your logo size.

I have added some lines in custom CSS and it now seems to be working fine.
i believe that the td-module-thumb height was same for td_module_mx1 as well as td_module_mx2.
td_module_mx1 is the class for the first image in the block, which is bigger than the other images in the block.
That’s why the video logo was not appearing to be proper in the smaller images, because it was aligned to be in center of the overall image placeholder height, which was same as the height of the big image.
So i added a css to set the height of images in td_module_mx2 and it seems to be working fine now.

I cannot find any option to change the logo in the footer for the mobile version. I see that your theme supports it as your demo site shows http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/. The result is that the footer (mobile version) uses the “black” logo from the header (desktop version)

Different header styles use different logo sizes. Unfortunately the theme has no settings for image dimensions. If you want to control the logo dimensions, you need to use a header style that displays the full logo. This way the image you upload will be displayed full size without re-sizing.

any way to Specify image dimensions from the panel – for the logo in the next update. The default size has also no height and with attribute – im using a different size for the header style 12 – 181×60 pixel

If you want to increase the size of the logo, then you need to remove the ad container, yes as it will fall under the logo and display a big empty space.

If you still cannot get it to work, please disable all plugins except visual composer and clear cache as there might be a conflicting plugin.
