Thanks for the amazing theme. I’d like to hide logo completely on Mobile.
My theme is News Mag and Header style is Default.

Could you please guide me?

Hi,

why are there 3 Logos in the source code? Maybe I understand the need of two Logos (1x Desktop + 1x Mobile), but is the third one really necessary?

I am currently using Header Style 8 for my project and was wondering if it’s possible to have just the logo clickable to get to the homepage rather than the whole full-width header.

Great theme – I really like what I am seeing.

I am interested in customizing the Header and Footer.

Header adjustments (for standard computer screens):
– Full width of screen for traditional computer screens;
– Add custom buttons/menu to the right of the logo;
– Add custom text in place of the sub menu in the top bar;
– Remove the coloured lines that appear when hovering over the top level menu items; and
– Adding a coloured banner, screen wide under the header.

Footer (for standard computer screens):
– Add custom full width sections

Can you give me a little guidance as to how I should go about it?

Images are not loading when I try to view links from my site through the facebook smartphone app.

As you can see in this shot, the logo has been replaced with another image and the featured images doesn’t show: http://brandinginasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/screen.jpg

And in these you can see that no images are appearing at all. This is in all posts viewed through the facebook app.

This is even after waiting an extended period of time. Videos are viewable, adsnse is viewable but not images.

I am using Header Style 1 for a website and was wondering if it is possible to stretch the background of the header to full width rather than between the margins…without moving the other elements (logo, main menu, ad, etc.). I am aware there are other Header Styles that are stretched (Style 8), however, I don’t like that the Main Menu is above the logo in that style. If I could change that then I would use that Header Style.

I’d love a feature that allows sponsored content/advertorials to blend with the regular content while it is still very clear to the reader that it is indeed sponsored content. The feature request would be suitable for both Newspaper and Newsmag (which are both great themes).

The feature could include:

• One or several areas of the content page shows that it is sponsored content (example from The Atlantic and another from The New York Times)
• A visual difference when viewed in a content feed (example from Buzzfeed)
• A custom field for the content which contains an image/logo (for the sponsor), a description and a link.
• Content feed priority: A set priority area within the content feed. Alternatively it could work as a content box in the visual plugin.
• Visibility timer: A setting which automatically unpublishes content after a set amount of time

1) Is there a way to get more precise cropping?

I have logos that need to be precisely cropped. So If I use a larger photo, to produce a higher res output, the photos get cropped.

EX: So on a desktop the logo reads “Google,” while on the mobile, the cropped version reads “oogl,” which isn’t going to work. lol 😉

2) Also, M10 and M11 doesn’t show any excerpt on mobile but does on desktop. Is this normal function?

Hi,
I want to use an animated gif file for my logo, but the theme appears to only allow “png” or “jpg” files to be uploaded.

Can this be done ?

(Current workaround is having the gif file display where the header ad is, but it’s not really what I am looking for).
