You can change header style to “Blog style – full text logo + menu” and I think that there wont be issues on moblie view. Any if you want to use Style 3 you can use this custom css:

Please also note that the main menu hasn’t been designed to be used on mobile screens so you might need additional customization to it.
Regarding the second questions, in the customization above I have removed the mobile menu button as I believe you don’t need it anymore.

The logo issue you have is because you use a large logo img and which on mobile screens id set to a 180px width and behaves as in your case.
You can adjust it and make it look better via css, like this: http://screencast.com/t/vrjChmttUD67
You also need to remove or change the header color, use the css below and set the color as you like. It will have to be different form blue because the logo is also blue and different from white because the menu icon and search icon are also white.

You can use header styles 3 or 6, upload your logo at the size you want it as it’s set to be displayed and fill the whole containers width(max 1074px).

Hi,

I’m not sure to which icons from VC you refer too so please provide more details about them. Either way the theme doesn’t have an option to set other icons to menu items besides the default ones so you would need additional customization for this or try to find a plugin.
For logo and menu margins you need custom css so please provide more details about how you would want them and also provide your site’s URL.

I have also tested the issues you’ve reported and haven’t found any issue with the transparent background. Set a background image from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/0cOR1Iya8KH8 then set the header to transparent: http://screencast.com/t/CXvxGRze to test this.
Regarding the use of custom html instead of posts into the big slider I’m afraid that the theme doesn’t have an option for that and you would need to customize it yourself for it.
I’m not sure about what type of menu you refer to, if you want you can send me your site URL and I can take a look at this.
We recommend to use the logo at 300x100: http://screencast.com/t/2z2hcKeB and the theme doesn’t have an option to resize the logo so you would have to do it via css if you need it. Send your site’s URL so I can tale a look if you want.

I have also tested this using the latest theme version and haven’t had any issue of this type so you shouldn’t experience this also.
Please make sure that you use the latest theme version which is 4.6.1
Please try this without any plugins active and also make sure you empty cache as well and make sure the theme actually saves settings. The issue with saving settings usually appears because the server security module blocks the access to admin-ajax.php file. Try to verify if this happens when you save settings in other cases in theme panel and also verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
Contact your server administrator and explain the situation, as it’s requested many times during the a save the file it’s treated as threat so it’s banned. You can report false positives to your server administrator to remove it from the banned list.
