I increase the PHP limit to 256MB. And it work for me. Ask your hosting provider on how to increase the PHP memory limit.
Hello,
Usually, this error appears when the requirements aren’t set like in our guide, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
please increase all lower requirements and follow all steps; make sure that the theme is activated and use an SSL plugin for HTTPS.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
First, make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) check this: https://www.screencast.com/t/88pK5QXpC –> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non-theme/tested plugins, also if you are using a child theme, clear all cache and try again.
The footer templates do not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
The footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF
Thank you!
I made all the Add-ons passive.
I cleared the Cache memory.
WP_Memory_limit: set to 512MB.
The system requirements are correct.
SSL is active. All links https.
But the problem is, the breakdown continues.
chrome also sees errors in this way. But your theme also has problems. It doesn’t open when I click on the posts. I can’t edit. Can you help?

Hello!
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, it should work -> https://i.imgur.com/Hjpd1Qk.png
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also, make sure that you are using https not http, you can do this using a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
Thank you!
I use different plugins to check for PHP Memory Limit, the result is 512 MB, only Newspaper is warning with 40 MB:
– Plugin “WP System Info”: https://imgur.com/RjKpjMZ
– Plugin “All In One WP Security”: https://imgur.com/jxl2gQc
– “Newspaper”: https://imgur.com/IFONDVA
I changed PHP Memory Limit but Newspaper still displays 40MB
Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I tried reinstalling wordpress via cpanel, and then installed the theme via FTP.
I updated the wp-config.php file so that the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT was at the correct value. After configuring all of the settings, the “system status” reads all green ticks again.
I then installed the CLASSIC BLOG PRO pre-build website. However, the same error occurred, stating “tagDiv Importer detects that your server is not properly configured.”
If you visit the webpage now, you can see what it looks like:
konomaru.com
It’s blank, with a few elements around the top.
Any advice/help would be much appreciated. (I’ve gotta head to head, so if you happen to reply I’ll be able to read it in the morning!)
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
Please make sure that the theme install was done correctly
Install via WordPress -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Install via FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps; make sure that the theme is activated and you use an SSL plugin for HTTPS.
Also, if you have other plugins activate, please disable them and see if the problem persists.
If there is still a problem, please let me know, also provide some screenshots and some more details.
Thank you!
I purchased the theme and installed it on a fresh version of wordpress.
System status reads as:
PHP Version 7.4.11
PHP Memory Limit 256 MB
PHP Execution Time 300
PHP Max Input Vars 3000
All green ticks supposedly. However, if I install a pre-build page, I get an error stating:
tagDiv Importer detects that your server is not properly configured.
After the install completes, no page shows up. It’s completely blank, and I have no idea how to fix this. Any help?
Hi, I think I have solved the problem. Analyzing calmly I have come to the conclusion that the problem could be the cache memory of the hosting.
I have installed a specific plugin for my hosting and I have managed to update the information on the mobile.
It’s been a tough few days. Thank you very much for the help.
Yes,my WP_MEMORY_LIMIT is 256 MB
I gonna send you wp-admin URL and credentials and I don’t use a cPanel.
Should I give you my FileZilla?

I don’t know if that has a link. After the transfer of a new domain name. I cannot edit files in CLoud Template. I have an Error 520? I sharpened the memory to see if that was the problem … but no. it changed nothing. Can you help me? 🙂 Thanks !
Hi,
creating or modifying a category, it seems that the background image is loaded correctly but on the relative page it doesn’t appear, returning to the admin area, the relative field returns empty every time.
The published article, in addition to not having the image of the related category, appears to be partially compromised in terms of rendering.

Thanks for the support

Hello Bettina,
thanks, the thumbnails have been solved.
Regarding 5. – is it possible to delete the comments only under each article? Or is there a common setting – this is only visible on a mobile phone: https://www.manzelskyslub.sk/manzelstvo-ako-sa-vyvarovat-apokalypse-vo-vztahu-s-tvojim-manzelom/
6.7.8 I was writing about the mobile version (desktop works well), please see e.g.:https://www.manzelskyslub.sk/manzelstvo-ako-sa-vyvarovat-apokalypse-vo-vztahu-s-tvojim-manzelom/
9. Very below on a mobile version there is word ABOUT US (under the articles) and please, could you let me know where I can delete it? e.g.:https://www.manzelskyslub.sk/manzelstvo-ako-sa-vyvarovat-apokalypse-vo-vztahu-s-tvojim-manzelom/
And one other thing if I want to create a new page there is an error code:
“The Link You Followed Has Expired”. This happens only if I want to create a new page. If I want update a page this will let me do it. Also I can create and update articles. The only issue are creating new pages. My PhP is 7.4 Apache 2.4, my execution time is 600, memory limit 512 MB, upload max filesize 256 MB, post max size 256 MB. I already tried to follow the steps written on the page: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-link-you-followed-has-expired-error-in-wordpress/ and this didn’t help. Please, do you have any idea what can be the issue? This happens only after installing this News x Paper Theme.
Thanks!

Hello,
We haven’t made any changes to the theme lately and it should work fine.
To increase memory space please follow this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) => https://www.screencast.com/t/88pK5QXpC and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello?
Furthermore, my server’s wp memory limit is set to 512M, but under “System status”, the theme claims the limit is only 40M. But the phpinfo.php page says the limit is 512M.
This fixed all my problem. I created a file called .user.ini in the root folder of the wordpress installation.
I then added this to it:
memory_limit = 256M
You can also add:
max_input_vars = 5000
Create a file called myphpinfo.php and upload it to root folder:
Add
phpinfo to it.
Then you can see exactly how much memory you have available.
There seems to be a bug in the Newspaper them so check your wp-config.php file in your root folder.
Observe that even if you change this limit you might not have that memory from your hosting company anyway. That is why you need to check this with phpinfo.

Hello,
Can anyone help me with this problem please? How can I increase memory space?
https://www.total-design.ro/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/2021-03-12.png
Is there also someone to help me for a fee with optimizing the Newspaper theme to improve the speed of opening our site?
Thank you and we look forward to your reply
It also does not reflect the php memory limit correctly..alloted 512…still shows 40mb..
site migrated to better hosting but error persists
