You could test that by disabling it if possible and checking again. Also very important to have the theme system status configured as mentioned in the guide. The WP memory should be higher if possible.

Could be that there is insufficient WordPress memory
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
In quite a few cases increasing the WP memory to the recommended value or higher if possible it fixed the 500 errors. Let us know.

Hi,

Please check your System Status and make sure you increase all the php.ini directives at least to the recommended values – https://www.screencast.com/t/XoPL6skcZuhttps://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
I recommend a bigger value for wp memory if you use more plugins.
Let us know how it goes and if the issue persist pleas make a full backup and provide wp-admin and CPanel access via email at contact@tagdiv.com. Also paste a link to this topic so we can identify you.

Thanks!

Pleas make sure you use the latest version (8.7.2) as there was an issue addressed in the latest version regarding slow back-end response when using the tagdiv composer.

Hi,

Try uninstalling the composer plugin and reinstall it after. Also check if there is sufficient memory allocated to WordPress
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the memory to the recommended value or higher if possible. Let us know the results.

Thanks

Hi,

Please check the theme system status, especially the allocated memory
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase it to the recommended value, higher would be better if possible.

If there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, FTP and cPanel access as well if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email. We will take a look.

Thanks

Hi,
Yes i disabled the child theme and then installed everything cleanly but it did nothing. I then increased the memory limit to 256M in wp-config, it started listing ‘all posts’ but very slowly that means it is taking too much resources which was not the case earlier. I have emailed you the credentials for your review.

Hi,
I did put installed the theme cleanly and also went through the tutorial you mentioned. I increased the memory limit to 256M in the wp-config file and it started working but ‘all posts’ in the admin loaded very slowly that means it is taking much of resources. I am also sending you credentials via email as you mentioned

Hello epic830,

Check your PHP memory to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Most likely, this parameter has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.

Thanks for the message!

Maybe there is insufficient memory allocated. Check the theme system status
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Insufficient resources can cause issues with plugins. Some hosting providers have limits, you could contact them if needed and ask them to increase the parameters mentioned in that guide to the recommended values. Then check the results.
Let us know if there is still a problem.

HI,
First read this ___> https://www.screencast.com/t/8di6TIL6u

For years I have this template, I already know these two slide. but most of the templates have the possibility of having different slide and with automatic movement.

Like this http://demo.betterstudio.com/publisher/clean-sport/ utm_source=landing&utm_medium=demo&utm_campaign=Publisher&utm_content=clean-sport

or this … https://www.screencast.com/t/8vLrXUiX

https://www.screencast.com/t/nn72ezl6Y

all with automatic movement and without using revolution slider, which for example now I can not install revolution slider because it consumes my memory.

so my idea is to make a flex block with several sliders and that the user configure it as he wants and can configure the same way that now you are doing with the font, colors without having to install revolution slider.

Hello,

This error is caused by the memory allocation in most cases. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If the issue is still there, please try without any plugins.
As an alternative you can install the theme via ftp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Thank you!

Thanks.I have one more question.

Mysql frequently shut down.

Surely,I already removed unnecessary plugin.

and my WP memory has 256MB.

Customer center said,I consumed 75000 query per hour.

This is the cause of this problem.

I quote part of error message.

Please advise.

I’m using news paper theme.

I hope, this problem will never happen.

Please increase your memory allocation as newspaper is bigger in size and possibly exceeds your memory allocation. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hello Bogdan,

Are you sure we need more than 128MB memory to render a page with this update of the theme? Usually it is enough.
I don’t remember to set more memory than default in none of many WordPress websites we maintain.

Thank you!

Hello,

If you encounter an error importing demos it could be the memory allocation. Please use this guide to increase the memory allocated to your WordPress and php. https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If the error is still there, please check your file permissions and blocked files from your host or htaccess. Most of the times a file is being blocked by the security module as the demos need to be grabbed from our servers.

Thank you!

Hi,

After update to the last version of the theme I receive this error on WP front page:
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 40961 bytes)
in /home/cavit/public_html/redactiacavit/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/templates/shortcodes/vc_wp_custommenu.php on line 32”

What can I do?

Thank you,
Bogdan

Source: changelog included in update_log.txt

[ Version 8.7.2 ]
– improvement: improved tagDiv composer selection mask. New colors and better ui, now the controls are outside of the selection mask, this allows better selection for small items.
– improvement: wp-admin performance issue. We optimized the composer to load only what’s needed and where is needed. Wp-admin speed should greatly improve.
– improvement: huge speed improvemnts in tagDiv composer editor. We did a full memory consumption audit for tagDiv Composer and we fixed a few memory leaks.
– improvement: we removed unneded confirmations from tagDiv composer. For example when the content of the page was not changed and a user wanted to close the composer.
– improvement: when closing tagDiv Composer you will be redirected to the previeous page instead of the default edit page. We found that this provides a better user experience
– improvement: tagDiv composer now has a new color picker script that is a lot faster then the old one. The same color picker is used on the widgets.
– improvement: we added a couple of new social icons that are available on the top bar and footer of the site

Glad you could solve the issue. Plugin number is not limited by theme. Having sufficient WP memory would be required when using many plugins
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
As a general advice, installing only necessary plugins is always recomended
