I having big troubles with the users of my website, especially those who are trying to get my webiste with their android devices. Every time they try to open a post from my website they get a fullscreen colored image that do not let them view the content of my web. I assume that image comes from the mobile menu because it has the same colors that the menu. I am looking a way to solve this because i am losing a lot of users because of this. HOW DO I SOLVE THIS? CAN I DELETE DE MOBILE HEADER WITH THE MENU? CAN I ADD OTHER KIND OF PLUGIN AND DELETE DE NEWSMAG HEADER? I would prefer you guys to solve this problem and work with the things that i already paid for. Thanks in advaced

as we replaced our registration process with a woocommerce register page, we want to replace the “register” URL in the mobile menu (normal webpage, not the mobile theme plugin)
Additionally we replaced the standard wordpress search with the Plugin “WPSOLR”. We want to change the code in the mobile menu for the search page, because the search plugin (WPSOLR) works with an own search page and call, not the wordpress standard.
We already changed the search magnifier on the normal page (which is located in /parts/header/header-menu.php). Could you tell me, where we can find/replace the search code for the mobile menu + the “register” URL?

All my website is good except the mobile theme
I have some page on “Header Menu Mobile”.
With Chrome when i select a page in my mobile menu, all my page is empty. I’ve only the logo, header and backend of my website.
I’ve not the text of my page.
When I select “see the desktop view” in chrome option, the page load correctly so the link in my menu is good
When i select a direct URL on my mobile, the page load the mobile version and i’ve the same problem. All is empty.
I’ve no problem with article, only with the pages.

Solved it! The problem was that the there was a dead link to the mobile background image in the theme settings. Apparently the script for the menu was not active until the page has loaded completely.
I followed your above guide:
– edit td_menu.php

But now my desktop main menu has lost its styles.
It seems as if I activate the mobile theme, I am able to get the mobile menu to work. I can change menu option from mobile theme-settings in the admin panel (and from the checkbox in the menu settings).
I want to use sliders and some other plugin features on the mobile version site, so it would be best if I could have an identical version as the desktop version. But what seems really strange is that when I deactivate the mobile theme the menu doesn’t slide out. The page just zooms out as before. All plugins except visual composer is deactivated. I have a problem with the mobile menu. When I press the hamburger icon it doesn’t open the menu list, 99% of the time. The page just zooms out. But sometimes after a reload or changed setting it works.
I’ve been going through the settings, deactivated plugins, changing from child theme and back, removing custom css, activated and deactivated mobile theme, clearing cache an so on.
What would be the best solution to solve this problem?

I use the mobile theme and it functions very well for 90% of the posts.
But some odd posts are displayed differently than the others when opened on mobile. They look like regular mobile theme posts on top, but below the post itself they get the sidebar and the 4-part footer from the regular PC-theme. Also, when opening the mobile menu on these odd pages, the menu from the regular pages is displayed instead of the mobile menu.
Ideas?

Optimization was made overall but it depends on your install and speed optimization as well as the image you add to your mobile menu (larger images result in slower loading). Another known issue on the menu is firefox. It loads slow over firefox. It is the way firefox handles this type of animations that makes it slower loading.

You are not adding the custom css in the correct code box however. You use the mobile theme. the code must go into the mobile theme custom css not the main theme custom css: https://www.screencast.com/t/DXOlO1JlekK5

The td-js-loaded class is defined when the page loaded. So it cause the mobile menu not show when current page is not load completely.
Sometimes, google ads script or some plugin have problems, they will keep loading for long long time and it will break the site.
Do you have any solutions for this?

Most appreciated. It actually looks pretty easy and is similar to what I did on my old coding, but for some reason it’s breaking the theme. Here are screen shots of the coding I did:

Furthermore investigations, I noticed that the above solution works as expected. I have tested on my side and the menu for mobile works like a charm. Thanks for reply. I am using the mobile plugin. On mobile menu there is an option that shows login and a small gravatar on the menu.
This items are not part of the navigation menu they stand on their own.
How can i edit the link?

I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with your mobile menu on the desktop version. This type of errors happens due to your memory cache or server cache. Try to clear all of this and also, if you are using some untested plugins, disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

It depends on how you implemented the custom link. If you added it as a menu item then simply use the wordpress menus section. If you use the mobile theme you also have to add it to the mobile menu. If you do not use the mobile theme plugin, the menu is the same one on all devices.

Thanks for your response. I’m able to do my own custom coding but would just need to know from you which files and code I would need to modify. Clearly there are more files in play now than just the menu-mobile.php and td_menu.php. Would welcome any info you can provide.
The mobile theme doesn’t really help me since I’m not just displaying articles on the front page.
According to your theme information:
“Homepage – the “Mobile Theme” comes with a single predefined page template that includes two section:
top grid – displays 3 featured posts (posts included in the Featured category)
latest articles – displays the latest articles
If you want to display the same elements on both mobile and desktop, don’t use the mobile theme, the main theme is already capable of this with it’s responsive design for mobiles.”
The latter is what I’m currently doing, so unfortunately the mobile would not meet my needs.

Those are visual composer shortcodes you are seeing. I cannot see the error on your site though. I do see a plugin conflict as your mega menu will not open due to a js error. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Unfortunately I do not see the shortcodes on your page not in desktop and not in mobile.

Please notice that the theme has a very complex code and this is not a simple task for adding a new custom menu for mobile, sorry! one of our users reported problem with mobile menu displaying on desktop version. This menu appeared constantly after visiting page and disappeared (could be turned off) only when java script was disabled.

Here is a few questions.
1. I use m11 module, and on mobile all looks fine, but on desctop – too “square”. I mean the image preview (324×235) Can i change height of image, and maybe height of module?
It is very important to me, because i very need button, and image what was looks same on mobile and desctop. At this moment, on mobile image is cuted, and it looks fine. Need change the size of module on desctop 🙂
2. I use tagdiv mobile plugin. And when i open category i see this:
It is items from main menu (categories)…, and i cant understand how to hide it on mobile view. Can you help me with it?
