Hi worldinsport,

The infinite scrolling will be apply only on responsive version and desktop, if you are using mobile theme plugin then you’ll use a different layout and there is no option for infinite scrolling in mobile theme, you can check more about mobile theme here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you for your understanding!

How and where I can increase the spacing between Post-Title, Breadcrumps and Post-Content in the mobile theme? I want to have between this elements more blank space.

Thanks for your help.

Greetings Kathrin

Dear Tagdiv-Team,

in the mobile-version and the amp-version of the blog there are the breadcrumps followed by the title, the featured image and a line that includes author-name, date, view-count and comments-count. The featured image I have already moved to the bottom of the post and I already want to move the author-name, date, view-count and comments-count to the bottom of the post.

I think thats that code: <div class=”td-module-meta-info”>
<?php echo $td_mod_single->get_author();?>
<?php echo $td_mod_single->get_date(false,false);?>
<?php echo $td_mod_single->get_comments();?>
<?php
if ( ! td_util::is_amp() )
echo $td_mod_single->get_views();
?>
</div>

But when I move it to another position, I get a serious mistake and the mobile page isn’t available. What should I do that it works?

Thank you very much!
Greetings Kathrin

Hi,

To show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.

Thank you!

Hi,

Most probably that is a page not a category page, also mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png

Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.

Thank you!

Sometimes my article on a mobile phone is opening in a lite version, which I don’t want because when it’s loaded in the lite version all images from the post got disappeared.
How can I fix this issue?

I haven’t installed any mobile theme plugin provided by tagDiv

So our issue is we are not using Gutenburgh editor, only classic. But is there a piece of code we can use that will default all Pages to not use the mobile theme?

Hi Calin,

Please help me with this issue!!! I need to fix it.
I use the Classic Editor so I don’t have the Mobile editor on post pages.

Regardless, you said: ‘you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)’. What about all the pages that I have on the site? I can’t create new pages for all the pages we have on the site.

How do I fix it? where?

About the homepage – I simply copied the code into the Mobile Editor but it didn’t work as you can see. https://ibb.co/pRMpPj5

I just want to export the previous setting of the mobile or find the setting to the mobile homepage template. Right now, the mobile homepage looks like that – https://ibb.co/frw9nLL

Where do I change it? How?

Calin, please help me! No more guides, just tell me how to fix it. Shouldn’t be that complicated.

Thanks a lot,

Calin

Hi,

That is because you need to set the products in mobile editor in homepage, in this way the products will be display on mobile them and amp version -> https://i.imgur.com/zd1klLD.png for more details please check our documentation for mobile theme and amp :

Hi,

1. If you are referring to “Latest articles” then you can not edit it with tagDiv Composer, this section is set from page template using Page builder + latest articles + pagination
The category can be enable on modules from theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/

2. According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)
https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular

Thank you!

2. I checked, but what would be the correct setup?

I disabled all the plugins (except TagDiv and Yoast) and purged the cache (W3 Total Cache and Cloudflare, I also bypassed it) and I have not solved anything.
I also noticed that I cannot change anything in the Cloud Templates because my regularly bought and active key does not work and gives me an error.

I could edit all the templates except the footer (and I don’t know why), and I can’t even import it since I get a key error.

Any changes I make are not saved, they are stalled and it also happens in another site that I manage on another hosting, different uses, different plugins.

WP Editor doesn’t work when I try to edit in TD Editor (title with text), results in a blank page on both sites.

Hi,

By default our theme will generate thumbs for modules inside the blocks and grids, in this way the image will adapt and look well on all elements and viewporst you are using.

If you are using mobile theme, then you’ll use only two thumbs -> https://imgur.com/vwVIXUg here the mobile grid will display the largest image and the other one is the block for the smallest one.

Hope this will help you!

Hi,

1. I’m assuming that this problem appear on posts that have set infinite loading, you’ll need to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and disable the infinite loading.
-> https://tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-for-single-posts/ from post -> https://i.imgur.com/yIf6fA3.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/KeclHLS.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/4jHIHFY.png

Hi,

As I know the mobile-theme.woff?9 is in only one place and is a font face -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/style.css -> https://i.imgur.com/6NNiXR4.png if you want you can set “font-display: swap” clear all cache, purge CDN and check the results to see if this message is still displaying or not in google page speed/
Normal it doesn’t affect the performance much and even has some side effects, like font flashes. But if you’re hunting for a 100 PageSpeed score, you should probably do it.

Thank you!
