We have purge the whole cache 2-3 times since then.
Its weird that the slow query log reporting the logo fetch as slow query:
SELECT post_id FROM wp_postmeta WHERE meta_key = '_wp_attached_file' AND meta_value = 'logo.svg';
Any idea where is this called from so to hardcode it?
Kind Regards
Hello Codywoodworth,
If you want to increase the font size to give a larger body text on mobile you should try using a media queries rules to target only the mobile devices or simply add your custom code directly in that section from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/d5HeXUql4O10
Thanks.
We used some css to make the body font in all of our posts (on mobile) a couple sizes larger, and with doing that we feel all the headers throughout the posts need to be a little larger too. We use the H1, H2, and H3 throughout all of our posts, and we would just like to increase the font sizes (globally) of those to look better with the larger body text on mobile.
Hi, I have 2 questions:
– How can I turn off AMP and tell Google to switch back to mobile layout of my pages instead of AMP layout ?
– If I switch in future from Newspaper to another WP Theme but I will keep tagdiv AMP plugin activated, will it still keep AMP pages active in Google ? Or is this AMP Plugin only linked to Newspaper and they both must be activate together ?
Thx
It is working now with disabled jetpack mobile theme
Thanks very much
Actually that bigger space would be normal. Please check the image info boxes on mobile emulator, while editing the page with the composer. There will be a margin of 2px set there
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hQeAgt4T
If you want the same for all your image boxes on mobile, set the same margin bottom for the image boxes.
Hello,
This is because you use the mobile theme plugin. The shortcodes on your posts are not rendered by the mobile theme plugin. You can simply disable the mobile theme from the plugins section if you need the shortcodes. The mobile theme cannot show content created by a page builder.
Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Salutare,
Am testat site-ul si pe mac si pe telefon in Safari dar imaginile se vad fara probleme. Putea fi o problema de cache, dar se pare ca problema s-a remediat.

We have tested on both mobile devices as well as our mac but the images appear fine. It could have been a caching issue and it has been cleared since.
Multumesc.
Hello, What CSS do I need to change the H1, H2, and H3 headers to be a fews sizes larger in the mobile theme? Thanks

Desktop is good but when on the mobile, it’s very different.
Something happened that I had never seen before using the theme. When browsing the pages, the mobile menu appears as a transition. It looks like a bug. I was quick and managed to capture the moment.
Hello,
why by updating the version of my theme there is a 2nd menu that is only displayed on computer (not on mobile)

Hello.
Thanks for you response.
Here is a link: https://www.tilegrafima.gr/nea/sakellariou-ste-poioi-ton-odigisan-se-paraitisi/
Sometimes is shown sometimes it won’t.
This actually happens only on actual mobile device and NOT developer tools in desktop.
Kind regards
Hi have a grid of 4 images using the TD MP elements, all good – but when viewing on a mobile size canvas my nice rows 8 images in columns is changed into 8 images on top of each other – I just want them to get smaller.
I have a row split into 2 coloumns, and then an inner row in each column which is split into 4 columns to give me a total of 8 spaces across to put in sponsor logos along the bottom of my pages. When viewing on a mobile, I get all the 8 images, really big on top of each other – doesn’t make any sense. I can’t find a way to tailor the responsiveness so that on a mobile I’d see 2 rows of 4 images, i.e. the main row’s 2 columns on top of each other. Is this possible? grandprixscreenings.com is the domain.
Hi,
You could try to add this line of code in the mobile latest articles loop
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tt3yK8lKS67
'post__not_in' => array(),
Try entering post IDs there and check if they are removed.
Thanks
Hi Catalin
After adding this code to custom CSS area like below
https://cyberthana.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/custom-css.png

Please help
Hi, dear developers,
how can I exclude any post (or posts) via them IDs from the mobile theme?
I mean exclude them from the latest articles section.
Probably I should edit some of PHP files or hide with CSS.
In my case the title of the password protected post is visible for everyone but I don’t want this.
Thanks.
Hi,
The mobile theme does not have filtering settings, it’s options are kept as few as possible. The plugin is optional, you can choose not to enable it.
Regarding that layout problem, it could be solved by a simple force page refresh (usually Ctrl+Shift+R). Clear the browser cache if this is not working, or try with a different browser.
Thanks
Hello Bao,
The theme does not have any such an option for this but you can try using a bit of CSS code to hide this section on mobile.
You can use the following code and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area to give a display none to Main Menu button for mobile.
.td-icon-mobile{
display:none!important;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zz3GuNQBmpit
Thanks.
Hi,
It seems you are using the Jetpack mobile theme, that will probably not interpret the page builder shortcodes and display the elements.
Deactivate the Jetpack mobile theme and the problem is solved
– https://jetpack.com/support/mobile-theme/
There is a mobile theme provided in the theme package if you want to use one
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
For the aspect ratio there is no requirement, try a few videos and check the results. The construction demo uses this video for example
– https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hiOS06plNYY
All the theme elements are responsive. The issue with the video not playing on mobile will be fixed.
There is also a mobile theme provided, designed specially for mobile
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Note that with the tagDiv composer you can also for example not display the same elements per device, more about that in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-moduleblock-12/
Hello.
We just got live with Newspaper theme switching from another one.
Everythings ok except than the feature images are not displayed in mobile.
Not all mobile. We observed that on iPhone X and Android with 1920(height on portrait) resolutions.
This only occurs with template 8. All other templates work just fine on any mobile device.
I think it has to to something with JS, z-index or opacity.

Please advise!
