A small Mobile image is already set, try looking at it in a smaller window or on a phone. So this problem only appears when on larger-than-mobile screens, but still on everything on iPad and upwards. I haven’t made any modifications to any of the code and I have disabled all the add-ins.

Hi,

I don’t see anything wrong with the page on desktop or mobile. Some more exact details would be very helpful. Note that you can edit the page with the composer and preview the mobile state

and which aspect ratio does it have ? (e.g. 1:2)
It’s zooming in the video form youtube.

Also, what kind of solution can I have for the mobile version ?
It needs to be responsive right, I already asked if content could be changed there but that wasn’t possible.

Should be a solution right, just the play button you can’t present it.
Even not to my teacher for a responsive website.

Hi,

We could take a look at the website, please provide a link to your website.

In most cases when the mobile theme is displaying on desktop or devices where it should not, the problem is caching. We recommend the WP Super cache, this will work with the mobile theme properly. Other plugins can cause issues with the mobile theme.

Thanks

Hello kaoba01,

Sorry, but I cannot access your setup page because your credentials seem to be incorrect. Also, I have inspected your website on mobile and everything seems to work as expected, without any problems. where is the problem? Provide some useful screens so I can identify the problem.

Thanks.

Hi,

You can use any YouTube videos as row background. Indeed it seems that the video background on mobile does not start automatically. It should be the same as on desktop. I will add this on our list and it will be fixed as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey guys,

I’m trying to find the solution but don’t really get why the screens are so different between web and mobile.
And I mean especially the spacing between certain blocks when there are no custom paddings or margins added.

Maybe can you have a look ?

Hi,

Sorry if I misunderstood. Please try and provide all the details about the issue so we can investigate.
You published a post and then you did not see it on mobile. Are you using the mobile theme? if not are the grids/blocks set to display latest posts? Is that post a custom post type (mobile theme does not display custom post types)?

Let us know.
Thanks

Hi,

The logo seems to not be limited when in sticky mode. Tried to reproduce this using same header style and big logo, and it is limited in my case.
In your case the max-width limit is not applying for some reason, it should be like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/Yit2JQDTqVko
Try setting a mobile logo and use it for the affix

which aspect ratio does the video have for the background of the homepage ?

Also, on the desktop it is playing automatically but on the mobile version you see a big youtube play button in the background.
How to change this ?

The attached screen shot of nysubway.com home page shows how the logo overwrites the menu if you scroll down the page and then back up again. Seems to be a problem on every browser, desktop and mobile. Thanks in advance for the help

Hi,

Thank you for your appreciation of the theme, there are many more new features to come in future updates.

So you want to remove the mobile menu icon and search icon. If that is the case, then this could be done with some CSS. Try a code like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/WPADQpj9
This code can be entered in Theme panel->Custom code->Advanced CSS in the phones section

#td-top-mobile-toggle,
.header-search-wrap {
display: none!important;
}

If this is not what you wanted, some additional details would be helpful.

Thanks

Hi,

If you are not using the mobile theme, the same content you have on desktop will be shown on mobile as well.
Depending on your filtering and sorting the new posts once published will be shown in block/grids etc in pages. The actual post and post content will be shown in both desktop and mobile theme.

The post page you have provided seems to be broken. The mobile theme is displaying on desktop when it should not. That is in most cases caused by caching plugins. We recommend the WP Super cache, this will work with the mobile theme properly.
So please try to deactivate the cache plugin you are using and clear the cache, Check if this solves the problem.

I will remove the login details you provided, note that this is a public topic. Everyone can see them. If we should require them at some point we will ask that you provide them by email.

Thanks

Hello odysseylandscapes,

If you want to have two different layout style for mobile and desktop you should use the Mobile Theme plugin for that. Please check the documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thanks.

Hi Simion C.,

Yes, and if you remove the mobile support this option, the site fails to display the version mobile everywhere, this update is ridiculous, no site known uses mobile website on ipad.

A solution would be nice, or I have to use another plugin to cache.

Thanks,

Hello,

Sorry but the mobile menu will use the main menu, not the top menu. If you need separate menus for your mobile version, you can use the mobile theme plugin which offers a separate menu for mobiles.

Thank you!

Hi,
Sorry but the mobile theme was never tested in a child theme. It is a plugin and plugins cannot be changed from the child theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please press the read more button. It was intentionally removed because people installed the mobile theme without knowing what it does and what changes it makes. Please read the guide first.

Thank you!
