Hello cyberfyber,
Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I can test it on mobile. Also, you can provide some useful screenshots so I can identify the problem.
Thanks for the message!
Hello team tagDiv,
Google AdSense doing a great job by providing various ad units to boost earning. But unfortunately, Newspaper’s ad panel does not support most of them.
For Google AdSense, theme adds its own conditions to the code like this:
<script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script><div class="td-g-rec td-g-rec-id-content_top ">
<script>
var td_screen_width = window.innerWidth;
if ( td_screen_width >= 1140 ) {
/* large monitors */
document.write('<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display:inline-block;width:728px;height:90px" data-ad-client="ca-pub-XXXXXXXXXX" data-ad-slot="XXXXXXXXXX"></ins>');
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
}
if ( td_screen_width >= 1019 && td_screen_width < 1140 ) {
/* landscape tablets */
document.write('<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display:inline-block;width:468px;height:60px" data-ad-client="ca-pub-XXXXXXXXXX" data-ad-slot="9450419862"></ins>');
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
}
if ( td_screen_width >= 768 && td_screen_width < 1019 ) {
/* portrait tablets */
document.write('<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display:inline-block;width:468px;height:60px" data-ad-client="ca-pub-XXXXXXXXXX" data-ad-slot="9450419862"></ins>');
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
}
if ( td_screen_width < 768 ) {
/* Phones */
document.write('<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display:inline-block;width:320px;height:100px" data-ad-client="ca-pub-XXXXXXXXXX" data-ad-slot="9450419862"></ins>');
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
}
</script>
</div>
and that’s the reason, matched contents ad, In-feed ads, in-article ads do not work correctly.

Some of them work correctly on a mobile theme (using td-mobile plugin).
This is how ad looks after using theme panel for ads:

Ads by adding direct code or using 3rd party plugin, for example, Simplest Adsense Ads Manager – By Crunchify

I tried adding matched ads and working fine but activating td-speed-booster plugin breaks the ads.
If possible add condition to disable those conditions. Talking about the responsiveness, almost all the ad units are responsive by default so they will work correctly on the all screen size.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, this does not have any options to modify the font in the theme panel, at the moment
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If the mobile theme plugin is not active, the same content from desktop will be displayed all all devices. Fonts can be changed normally in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
If you need further help, please provide more details about what exactly you want to change, and I will try to help you. A link to your website where you want to make these changes or a useful screenshot, may be of help.
Thanks
Hi,
You could try a code like this, to modify how the mobile menu displays
– https://www.screencast.com/t/W5biIPBy5C
There might be more modifications needed, but this will give you a starting point if you want to make further customization. You can test the code and see if it is working properly.
Enter it in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS section (you can test with other values by modifying the code)
.td-menu-background,
.td-mobile-container {
width:50%;
height: 50%;
}
.td-mobile-container .td-menu-socials {
height: 120px;
}
.td-mobile-main-menu li a {
border-bottom: 1px solid black;
padding: 15px 45px 15px 15px;
}
Here is a link to a tutorial about using the browser inspector to identify the elements on the page and their classes, in order to create custom code
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
The code can then be used in the theme panel custom code sections.
Thanks

Hi, I had tried out the tagDiv Mobile Theme.
Only discovered this problem because I’ve this one page with lots of soft returns…something which doesn’t work out well using the mobile theme. The separated lines appeared together and jumbled.
After deactivating it the page then appeared as it should on my mobile device.
Any thoughts?
The ad system supports multiple image sizes for mobile optimization, just like WordPress srcset.
You can put a simple ad unit in the sidebar widget as a text box, and if WP doesn’t scale in sidebar, just ad the normal CSS for responsive images (e.g., width:100%;max-width:300px;height:auto; ).
That’s what I do with locally hosted ads.
( I don’t work here; so feel free to ignore my input! )
Hello i24gabon,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with your ads on your mobile. It seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ITDrznGDPa Where is the problem?
Thanks for the message!
Hello. I have a problem with this mobile theme blockquote font. I want to change it ti another font and chabge style as normal text (not uppercase).
Please tell me where I can do this.
Thanks.
Hi,
You can try a code like the one provided below. It will make the top menu display on mobile, and be sticky as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/imk5KSLM
The code must be entered in Theme panel->Advanced CSS in then phones section
.td-header-top-menu-full,
.td-header-sp-top-menu {
display: block!important;
}
.body-td-affix .td-header-top-menu-full {
position:fixed;
top:54px;
}
Thanks
Heyy guys. 🙂
I was wondering about the same thing. The menu displayed on mobile covers the whole screen. https://www.screencast.com/t/nt8fYvuvfuSI
It would great if it was possible to customize it so it doesnt cover everything.
as enrique00 said around 45-50% wide would be preferred, which is what i also want if possible 🙂
And adding an horizontal line to separate the categories and some spacing
Something like this would awesome. Its the look im kinda going for, but it shouldnt be like 100% accurate. some changes would be cool. just for inspiration purpose.

ps my site is called: https://www.ciaao.dk
Hi,
This is how the website displays without the “#” you mention
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gP0z5pgr1a
And this is with the symbol added
– https://www.screencast.com/t/61I9pmru
They are the same regardless of the symbol in the URL.
This is the website on mobile
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3N2HXA0LOtXq
The mobile theme does not have any effect on the URL of the website. I believe that symbol is simply added when you use the mobile menu
– https://www.screencast.com/t/s6zfHIsSJf
I don’t see the mobile theme displaying in this case, even if you enter the symbol by mistake. Please correct me if I misunderstand something.
THanks
I have an Ad sis playing in the sidebar. Why is it not being responsive
Tag Div Ad On a tablet landscape https://imgur.com/a/4wnqt
If you type “www.your-url.com/#” which is the mobile web url, into your desktop browser, then the mobile version of the site will show up. Problem is, if you type “www.your-url.com/” without the number symbol it won’t show the desktop version of the site unless you delete Cache.
Please see my domain as a sample.
1) Go to https://crunchy.life/
2) Then go to https://crunchy.life/#
3) And finally try to see if on desktop you’ll see the desktop version instead mobile (again go to https//crunchy.life/)
How can we solve this and have the desktop version show, regardless if a user mistypes /#.
Thanks,
Hello,
Sorry but the mobile theme page is predefined and there are no settings to change the layout or posts shown. Sorry but it can only be done through customization and altering of the theme files.
Thank you!
Hi,
There is no option to create landing pages in the theme. You can only create normal pages, using the tagDiv composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
And set the homepage you want, for your website
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
The mobile theme plugin is optional. If it is not activated, the same content from desktop will be displayed on mobile devices. The theme is fully responsive and will adapt in all cases.
If the mobile plugin is activated, this comes with predefined templates for the homepage, category page, post page etc.
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
The mobile background color can be changed in the theme panel like this if you are not using the mobile plugin
– https://www.screencast.com/t/oG3loRRD
When the mobile theme plugin is active, the changes need to be made in the mobile section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vunWfamxI91m
There is no option to modify the width of the mobile menu. It could only be done with custom code. That is the case for the horizontal line that you mention, between the menu items.
If you could provide a link to your website and more details about what exactly you are t trying to do, I will try to give you a solution.
Thanks
Dear support,
I want to install AMP By Automattic.
What will be the result on my website with out the mobile version, upon activating this plugin which need no extra configuration?
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected your website, and the mobile theme is not displaying at all on your website. Please note that the this might be happening because of a plugin conflict.
You can see if that is that case by deactivating all your plugins except the plugins included in the theme package, and clear any caching installed. Then check if then mobile theme is working.
It could also be the caching plugin that you use. It is recommend to use the WP Super Cache plugin for optimal results
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks
For the first time i activated the mobile theme plugin. The site loads faster on mobile but the first thing that user sees is featured posts. After that the latest posts are shown. Can anyone tell me how can i display the recent posts first ?.
Hi,
I am using responsive site. I have implemented this code in theme panel-> custom code but still unable to get top menu bar on mobile.
.td-header-style-12 .top-header-menu > li, .td-header-style-12 .td-header-sp-top-menu, .td-header-style-12 .td-header-sp-top-widget {
line-height: 37px; !important;
}
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-header-style-6 .td-top-menu-full {
display: block;
height: auto;
padding: 0 16px;
}
.td-header-style-6 .td-top-menu-full .td-header-sp-top-menu {
height: auto;
}
.td-header-sp-top-menu .top-header-menu {
text-align: center;
}
.single_template_6 .td-header-wrap {
height: 450px;
}
.td-post-template-6 .td-post-header {
bottom: -50px;
}
.td-full-screen-header-image-wrap {
top: 50px !important;
}
}
@media (max-width: 497px) {
.td-post-template-6 .td-post-header {
bottom: -100px !important;
}
.td-full-screen-header-image-wrap {
top: 100px !important;
}
}
Hi,
You could try a code like this one, and it will make the top menu visible on mobile as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vLxErQSO6d
.td-header-top-menu-full,
.top-bar-style-2 .td-header-sp-top-menu {
display: block!important;
float:none;
text-align:center;
}
The code must be entered in Theme panel->Custom Css, if you decide to use it.
Unfortunately I cannot test this on your website at the moment, it seems to require login information
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jIKHfwgl5lf9
The top menu will be displayed at the top, it is not part of the main menu container and it cannot be displayed along inside it. Normally the top menu is not displayed on mobile, there is a possibility that this solution may not work properly.
Thanks
I love your theme, but am struggling to make the mobile landing page meaningful.
Is it possible to have a layout similer to your own
tagdiv.com
website mobile landing page, taht has content aboe the posts? whihc looks very cool?
Is this entered in the “mobile ads” area?
this path way does not give me the option to download. can you please send me the zip file for The Mobile Theme. I did what you said and it takes me to the browser and no download option. thank you.
I have the ads placed in the ad section of the theme panel. Please see screen grab. http://imgur.com/a/TTIqd. I even had the “disable on mobile” option checked. What else can I do to fix this?
