I am using block 5, 11 and 20 and the child theme Wedding News.

I have regererated all thumb nails using “Regenerate Thumbnail”, but I do still not see any images when loading the site on mu iPhone. http://test.ladiesabroad.se/

Also on my mobile I only see “Lastest Articles” and not the same blog posts as I have configured to be seen on the web version using the blocks. Is it a seperate place to configure which blog posts to be shown on the handheld devices? Or does the blocks only work on the web?

I’ve been curious to test your plugin for mobile but i’m facing with some problems.

I’m not use third plugins. I use only VC and speed-booster

Right now I’m using the original theme (same for mobile) and I have an average load about 0,6 – 0,7sec. (in my country) with 98 score on Google PageSpeed Insights (pc & mobile) without any plugin of cache because I’m using varnish cache server.

So:

• If I use td-mobile-plugin, in Google PageSpeed Insights I’m down from 98 under to 75 on both devices (I can not explain why dropdown, when it should be the other way).
• If I use td-mobile-plugin, we have the same looks into desktop (I mean, the version for mobile appear on desktop, too).

I know very well that this plugin is different that the theme itself but ¿how is posible to use it in combination with varnish?

P.D.: Of course, I don’t want to use WP Super Cache because we’ll never have actual results.

As the title says, sometimes my website acts really weird. Logo of the site turns into a random post featured image, and images of posts doesn’t show.

This happens when I open the site from mobile, both on Safari and Chrome browser…

When I check back after some hours it gets back to normal without doing anything.

I am a new user of the Newspaper theme. One thing that I’ve been trying to do is check to see how my pages and posts appear on mobile devices as I go through the design process. While the mobile devices display my posts in more or less agreeable ways, the controls in the Mobile Theme don’t work at al. Just as an example, I changed all of the backgrounds and text colors and everything else you can select to bright yellow. When I check on a mobile device, nothing shows up in bright yellow. It just shows up as a variation of the desktop color scheme. Help!

I published my first post on my website today. Everything looked like it was supposed to with the post itself, the feature image, and the layout. However, when I checked on my smart phone to see how the post rendered on the phone, the image was completely grayed out and not displaying. It indicated on top of the grayed out images that the dimension was supposed to be 741 x486. However, that is not the size of the featured image I used. And I definitely want a bigger image than that for display on regular computers. How can I add in this second, smaller image for mobile devices, and how can I assure that all of my pictures appear on both regular computer and mobile browser?

Your mobile theme plugin is not compatible with ninja popups plugin, i can’t make a new page when they are activated together, my other plugins is working fine with ninja popups.

Messeger appers in image box that PLease enable image size in BLock Setting.
i have did the same.but still it’s not working.

Was wondering if there is a shortcode technique for adsense for this theme.

Reason why I ask this is because I would like to manually place ads I feel works instead of using the inline ad while setting up the number of paragraphs.

Also, if I use the shortcode, will it appear for mobile devices ( I use the mobile plugin theme)?

I’ve tried pretty much everything. The desktop theme is superb but some reason when I try and load the website on mobile device the homepage only shows a bunch of shortcode and not the mobile responsive theme, which is obviously not what we want.

I am having some issues when it comes to setting a custom menu for the theme. I have edited td_menu.php in a child theme to include a Mobile Menu location like so:

                'mobile-menu' => 'Mobile Menu'

Then I have added the new mobile-menu to the location inside parts/menu-mobile.php.

The mobile menu works as expected, but the mega menu no longer works. Do you have any idea why this might be? If I change the theme_location on menu-mobile.php then it works as expected. It seems to be that small change that breaks the mega menu functionality.

Hello,

I am experiencing problems with the mobile version of the Newspaper theme. I see that some of the articles load as mobile version even on desktop. I don’t see any patterns, it is just random which article would display normally on desktop and which would load as a mobile version.
