Hi, I do not want my site visitors to see the numbers of views counts on my articles.
How can I do this?
Before you gave me a code to hide the desktop views ( .td-post-views{
display: none!important; ) – on the desktop this code worked properly for a while and after sometime the views count came back (it flashes quickly in and out whenever you on a post).
The mobile theme has always soon the view counts, although I tried using the above code, that didn’t work.
How can I solve this?

Unfortunately the pagebuilder does not work on the mobile theme. That is the entire point of the mobile theme to not use the pagebuilder in order to get faster loading speeds as pagebuyilders are very “heavy” when it comes to speed. https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

1) Please contact your hosting then and let ask if there is any caching set automatically and how to clear it. Make sure you also clear wp super cache.
2) The footer logo on the mobile theme can be removed with this code:

On mobile a black background seems to appear behind my menu when i scroll up and down, and on desktop the menu seems to shift a little (which is noticeable) when scrolled up and down. How can i fix this?

1. That happens because when page is loaded the theme first loads the css from style.css file then it’s the css generated by the theme from theme panel. To avoid that delay you can edit the style.css and paste there all custom css generated by the theme. Note that if you make any changes trough theme’s colors or theme’s fonts the css will be modified and you have to update it again.
2. Checking the page I’ve noticed that the plugin set a 60% width for event’s description, that’s why the page becomes very long. Try this css to make event’s description 100% width: http://screencast.com/t/xLjCVg7PsS

3. Please check your customizations from theme panel and make sure that conditions added are meet, otherwise the code won’t be executed. I am not aware of Events Calendar functionality and I can’t provide an accurate answer in this regard.

Please check our documentation for more detail about how mobile theme plugin works: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Note that the mobile theme won’t display any content made with Visual Composer. Basically only the content inserted in mobile editor will be displayed on the page when mobile theme is enabled. If you want to have the same content on mobile as on desktop just live mobile theme deactivated.

In order to change the size of the avatar, you have to change this value here:

}
This will cause a miss-alignment on mobile phones though so you need to change the css and adapt the widget for responsiveness as well.

Please notice that the only way to translate the theme is from Theme panel->Translations, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/loading-translations/ The theme does not have such a different option for translation for Mobile Theme.
I suppose that you are referring to adding the sidebar for mobile theme, right? So, please notice that the mobile theme dos not support sidebars.
If you refer to something else, please provide more details.

If you do not use the mobile theme, here is no setting for changing the menu for mobile as there is no difference between the mobile and desktop site. It is the same version in responsiveness mode. Our theme has no such option.

The code will only work on that particular page so it will not affect any other part of the site/

Hi,
The mobile theme will not show any content from pages if no content is added in the new mobile editor you can see on pages. You will have to create mobile versions of your pages without the use of visual composer.

I have checked your website and I saw that for that text you are using the <pre>your text</pre> tag. Please notice that this type of option it is not responsive one and it has own default settings and that’s why on the mobile mode the theme has this behaviour. I’m not exactly sure what’s happening, but after the latest update (V3.0) the desktop and tablet versions of our site seem stuck in mobile mode. The navigation menu is expanded and users have to scroll though that menu to get to the main splash page. Any guidance on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciate.

Just purchased the theme which looks fabulous, but on my site beardresource.com, when you look at the menu on mobile (at least this happens on my iPhone 6S Plus on Chrome), the toggle on the left for expanding the menu is not on the menu but just underneath it, and due to being white it barely shows.
How to fix this? I want that toggle back in line with the logo and search icon.
I did the update today and I’m having quite a few issues after the update.
I’ve completely deleted the theme and child theme folders and made sure the upload is a clean upload of the files to the FTP server, but still seeing errors.
1) The top header initially shows as blue and then changes to the correct color, orange. This never happened before and happens every time I refresh any page.
2) The events pages (http://mauimagazine.net/maui-events/) show a style problem where the text is squeezed and shows a big gap on the right side, making the whole page look long and bad. I have tested deactivating all other plugins and can see the problem is not a conflict among plugins.
3) My customizations to my child theme do not see to be showing properly – custom title tags for events pages generated by The Events Calendar Pro.
4) I tried using the mobile template plugin and it causes a whole bunch of errors. On the new mobile template, none of any page content shows. Just the footer content shows. And the events calendar page does not load any listings and gives this error message: nothing loading: wp booster error: td_module: td_module_mob1($post is not WP_Post
If 2 & 3 require me to get support from the premium plugin, I will go there. Since the theme change caused this problem today, I’m pretty sure it’s the theme code, not the plugin itself.
I already emailed support directly with my license code and login info, but I appreciate a reply or response to this and a followup via email.

The first one is MISSING (on a Desktop PC).
the missing sub category is “Architecture” and you can see it on mobile !!!!

My question is a bit more specific–On block 1, Module 4–it’s pulling the thumbnail sized 324×235, and it looks really poor on mobile. Where do I find just that image and tell the site to grab the full size image for only block1, module 4?

I upgraded to version 7.1 and found a bug in the mobile version.
Horizontal banners that are not responsive (728×90 for example) are extending the layout, enabling this way the horizontal scrolling of the page.
Before the banners that are not responsive (non Adsense) not activated the opening to the scrolling, though partially appear on the screen.
I think that a solution would be these banners following configuration Newspapper ADS Panel to reduce its size in the mobile format or then again be as before, not opening the horizontal scrolling.
