#td-top-mobile-toggle i {
background-image: url('');
}

.td-icon-mobile:before {

Hello,

I have tried to find an image associated with the mobile menu white “hamburger” style button to change it to no luck.

Is it actually not an image at all, and part of a Font?

(1)Either way, is it possible to replace the icon with something else?

(2)Is it possible to change the color of the icon? (Also the search icon)

Thanks.

hello, thank you for this beautiful theme.
i have 3 issues
1) after your recent update the megamenu takes a lot of time to load each subcategory, before the update everything was fine, generally wherever ajax is used it takes a lot of time to load
2)the big slider on top of the homepage (i use homepage- bg- no article list template) is not responsive in mobile devices, images are not responsive
3)is there anyway to create a smart list function in posts like the one you use in newsmag, i am going to buy newsmag but i would like to keep newspaper as well.
thank you in advance

Hi @Emil G,

So it is looking Alot better, basically it was some coding I did for my Adrotate, removed the coding and it worked!

Now everything is looking great, with no overlapping!
But their is one thing, for some reason the mobile version is aligned slightly to the Left.

Here is a link to a screenshot I took – Screenshot

That is all I need to fix now, thanks so much for all the help already.

Kind Regards
Tyron Frahm

I’ve change the CSS to show that banner in the mobile view, so I have to hide it in the @media print.

Thanks!

.td_mod8 .thumb-wrap img {
max-height: 100%;

Hi,

The image you set for mobiles seems to be missing – http://screencast.com/t/nQIni74ST0
Replace it and check if the issue is still there.

Thank you, Emil G.

Ask confirmation on your mobile.
The Web site is a normal computer.
But not normal mobile website.
I do not know the cause.

Now I want a very quick process.

Hi, thanks for your answer but you are referring to the last 2 images of all 5 that I attached.

I need an answer how to fix the issues on images 1 2 and 3, as those are some missing elements from the theme and they should be working fine on mobile by default!

What do you mean by server configuration? I have a reliable VPS with the latest PHP and WordPress versions installed. Why is an additional setup even necessary?

Thanks.

Thanks for the response, I have just deactivated all plugins except Visual Composer, and if you go to the website on mobile it still looks exactly the same, All content gone on chrome and content overlapping on Firefox?

What else can I attempt?

Thanks so much for the help

Hmm. I thought the “Latest Posts” being used on the Theme homepage was the same as our “Latest News”? Maybe there is a way to hide the photo on mobile if there isn’t a way to get the photos larger. Thanks Chris!

Two totally different modules being used.

Not sure if you can have one module on desktop and totally different module on mobile.

But Marius or Lucian will have more cogent reply.

Hi,

several issues when I open the page from mobile device – in this case it was Android.

-> it looks like social icons for sharing are not displayed correctly. Also the arrow (bottom right corner) is not being displayed – just the square. Logo at the top seems not correctly aligned.

-> as above the scroll to top icon is not being displayed. This actually is not on only those 2 pages, but everywhere.

-> google adsense ad seems to be cut from above – the top border line of the banner is missing.

-> please recommend WordPress plugins or codes to fix those things. Can you also recommend a Image Optimizer Plugin for WP? Please note that I have installed W3 Cache Plugin, which actually solves some of the issues and score goes up but the site is not functioning properly – javascript problems, the menu stops showing, the search bar is not working and the sliders are broken when that plugin is activated.

-> please recommend how to fix those things on mobile as well

The URL of the site can be seen in the screenshots.

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

On the Phone, in mobile view: How do I get our homepage images to act like the images in the Demo? We are using Block 9. In the Theme Demo on mobile, the images are large and above the text. On ours in mobile the images are tiny thumbs and pushed to the left of the text.

Examples of Demo mobile and our mobile

Thanks for your help!

best,
– Lanell

Hi, after updating, i noticed my site stopped updating on PC. Everything i post on my website doesn’t show up on the PC version but it works fine on mobile. Please help this is getting me really worried. my website is http://www.newsbarber.com

Best bet is to turn off the plugins, except for Visual Composer, and then check page, then switch each back on to find culprit. Often it’s a conflicting social media widget of some kind, or something loading jquery again, or something trying to over-ride the themes’ built in mobile layout.

Okay, I will see.

Another question for ya. I noticed that this prevents the featured image from showing on mobile. Is there a way to fix this so it displays?

Thanks!

Hi,

I am not sure if it is my fault? If it is a plugin, but my website http://senhorcabo.com/ on the mobile phone is looking terrible?

Google Chrome on the mobile doesn’t show anything on the home page?

Please let me know if you could assist me?

Thanks

Hi!
It’s been ok, but now i’ve got some issues again. Using iphone 4S with Safari and Motorola with Opera, can see only part of header and i have no logo in it, the button Search droped down from the search form on the main page. All pictures in my posts got centered (maybe it’s not a big deal, looks not bad).

Also i wonder if my site should be fill all the screen width and height? Now i have to scroll all the time, when i open a page/post

Hi, it’s Arved007’s site http://www.anim-arte.com/, not mine. BTW, CDN could be a reason, but not in this case I think. I visited his site on the same computer via 4 different browsers( just tested on Opera and failed) plus phone/ipad, results:
IE 10: failed
Desktop Chrome: failed
Opera: failed
Firefox: OK
safari :OK (iPad only)
Mobile Chrome: OK

Please advice.

Hi,

I have checked your site and seems that this image appears to be set as logo image: http://screencast.com/t/lsuh4xa7fxs that is why the same image appears on mobile also as when using header style 3 or 6 the same logo used on desktop is also used on mobiles.
Please make sure you add the logo right and check again and let me know!

Thanks

Lucian

maybe a simple text link for mobile centered below the sub footer menu element ?

[ back to top ]

since that would work with the simple #ttop jump?

I do agree it’s a super pain to scroll back up an article on some mobile devices like iPhone (etc.)

Hi,

The move to top arrow was disabled on mobiles as we have noticed that it affects the site’s speed but if you want to enabled it you can use this css: http://screencast.com/t/QQsp9rEEzCw

@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-scroll-up-visible {
display: block;
}
}

Thanks
