Setting header menu and mobile menu from fixed top to default solved the problem. Thanks.
Hi all,
So basically I created a fine version on my desktop and didnt really look into the mobile version. So I thought it would be a decent copy of my version on the desk, However it is totally different on the phone. How can I fix this issue?
Hello!
Make sure the redirect mobile visitors to amp option is disabled and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
I managed to correct the error by adding 1px padding to the left side of the elements that don’t display in the centre but now it looks out in the Tag Div composer but looks ok on mobile. Visually on mobile it seems to have moved more than 1px.
Feels like a quick fix to something that isn’t behaving as it’s supposed too but thanks for the advice.
Great that works. Another issue is some icons only show for admins. From this image => https://i.imgur.com/LVo1N0P.png
There are two icons on the navigation menu but it shows blank. The two icons are android and ios icons linking to our mobile app stores. But it didn’t show but shows for me as an admin after logged in.
Code I use to display icons are: <i class=”fa fa-apple” aria-hidden=”true”></i> and <i class=”fa fa-android” aria-hidden=”true”></i>

Hi!
I configure AMP Settings Template Mode. When i choose Transitional option on mobile (iPhone 13 pro, Safari) my site constantly refreshes … I recorded this problem. https://youtube.com/shorts/yx7j-nONvMo
During the continuous refreshing, I will switch on the laptop option to standard – the page loads immediately (you can see it in the video).
Hello,
Please edit the Single Post Template with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, and after select the element Single Post Featured Image -> https://i.imgur.com/7vIddsf.png and check if the element is set margin or padding in the tab CSS.
Also, please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-template-spacing/
Thank you!
Latest version of Newspaper installed.
I have an issue when using a Cloud template for the single post view on mobile devices. When using a Cloud template the content beneath the featured image isn’t centred correctly and appears to have padding added to the right side of the screen. The footer appears correctly.
If I remove the Cloud template the issue is resolved.
No cache on and I’ve removed plug inns to see if it’s a conflict but no success.
Any ideas ?
Hello,
“I’m wondering why some shortcodes work, and others do not?” – Some shortcodes may be ignored by the system. The file that contains the code is this one -> wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/td-mobile-plugin.php I believe that you can add there some exceptions.
The new version has several options, but is restricted to shortcodes in builders. To disable the mobile theme from a post or page you need to use the Gutenberg editor, in this will be display the mobile icon -> https://i.imgur.com/CXF0g3N.png you can find more details in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Thank you!
Hi,
Each one was a different problem, from what you saw in the video, the menu works well, and you have no errors in the console. You said that it works well on some browsers.
Also, please check the date of the topics, those are old.
An example related to the same problem but different solution

Thank you!
Hi Bettina!
Thanks for answer 🙂
I tested now on Google Chrome and Safari on MacBook Air and this same problem. When I update template, I must all the time hide share text.
I use only this plugins: AMP, Contact Form7, Disqus for WordPress, Font Awesome, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Mobile Theme, tagDiv Newsletter, tagDiv Opt-In Builder, tagDiv Social Counter.
Where clean all cache?
Hello Nagib!
There is a sticky header. Please follow the video to see where you can find and build your sticky header on mobile and desktop too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt
You should add all the elements and the menu element to your sticky header too.
Thank you!
Problem still occurring, other users also experience this problem : https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/hamburger-or-menu-loading-or-not-in-mobile-view/
I sent an e-mail to support.
Hi,
Please check if you have activated the mobile theme plugin, if yes, please disable it.
Also, please provide the link to your website and screenshots.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
I have created mobile template for a page. But the template is not showing in mobile device
My Theme version – 11.5.1
Well hello, I indeed managed to put a second menu bar right below the first one. It seems though that it’s not part of the header section. The category menu is not visible in the mobile version of the website and it also doesn’t turn into sticky menu when I enable it through the Website Manager. So the question is how can that second menu bar behave like the first one and/or how can I make it part of the header section?
My website is conflicting with the siteground optimizer plugin’s caching feature which is causing the mobile view displaying on desktop. The plugin provider has recommended me to consult with the theme developers since the they were able to narrow down the issue to specifically the header styles compiled by the theme. They said this:
‘And what happens is that the Dynamic Cache caches this page, where no dynamic styling is generated and from that point on the server continues to serve the cached page that has no styling.
I would recommend consulting with the theme’s developer on what might be preventing the theme from reliably compiling its stylings.’
Should you need more details to help you investigate the matter, please let me know.
Hi,
Changing and saving the gradiant colors works fine, but changing the background image for the mobile menu does not.
I did this: To change/remove the background image for the menu on mobile, please access Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Background -> Mobile menu/search background and change/remove the image from here https://www.screencast.com/t/ATV1Jr7s. This did not work. Even though an image was selected and saved, it is not displayed on mobile devices.
Hello Anamaria,
I disabled the mobile theme plugin, it should not be activated.
I checked, and the problem still occurs, specifically on the chrome webbrowser : https://www.youtube.com/shorts/BVmTDG0EJik
But other browser it seems to work as should.
I’ve been trying to find a way to disable mobile on certain pages as you mentioned, but I can’t find a setting. If I leave the mobile editor blank, the page does not render at all.
Yes, I’m aware of how many changes there have been. Shortcodes are very common part of any website’s architecture.
I’m wondering why some shortcodes work, and others do not?
It seems to me the new version has less functionality than before. Correct me if I’m wrong. Is there anyway to escalate the matter, as the the inability to use shortcodes represents a very clear loss of function for your end-users.
Also, are you saying there’s a way I can exclude the mobile theme from pages or posts?
Thanks for the help.

Hello,
I just checked now the website and the mobile menu works well -> https://we.tl/t-ltuUqpBAPJ
I saw you use mobile theme plugin, for this, you need to set the menu in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Header -> https://imgur.com/vJIYKI5
Thank you!
Hello,
If you don’t want the header to be sticky, then this is the same way to go to Manager -> Header disable the mobile sticky menu -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Thank you!
Hello.
Once you go to my website on mobile, and you click the hamburger menu, it doesn’t work, and the website is frozen. When I check this on desktop but mobile view, it works just fine.
I tested following things:
Disable plugins.
Delete cache.

Hi,
I have reached out several times today and I have not heard back. I just sent another e-mail with all the information you mentioned. At this point, Everything is almost working except my mobile menu only works on the home page of my website. On all other pages, when I hit the hamburger menu, it only displays my social icons. Can you please advise. Also, how long does it take to get support? My site has barely been working for a day and a half. I need to get it up as my traffic has almost completely dropped off.
