Hello @manjeet036 !

You should enter a name, then create the page: https://prnt.sc/20vn4ju
In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information about what you need to achieve (where is the evening?), screenshots or a video.

A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.

Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ ; https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/

If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin. Better uninstall the Mobile theme and see the changes.

Hello!

This section from the theme panel is for the Mobile Theme plugin.
I can see that you change the ad banner and they are appearing to your mobile version which is a responsive one. So, every ad you’ll add in the theme panel for desktop version it will apply on your mobile version.

Thank you!

Hi,
all testing resources show that my website with your template has issues with loading speed based on the weight of CSS in first. For example only one of .css files weight about 750KB.. bet here is planty of others.
null
The structure itself of the page has more than 6000 lines, where most of them is css files and other template things.
Is your template optimized for search engines? Or how to do it?
There is also a lot of unused CSS which is loading together with website:
https://googlechrome.github.io/lighthouse/treemap/?gzip=1#H4sIAAAAAAAAE61W24obORD9FdN

Do you have like a specialist, who can make a sweet from a raw template with tons of unnecessary css files and low-quality optimized mobile version of the website? at least for some price

Hello!

You can not resize that banner ad. If you have the Mobile theme plugin installed and active, then you can display ads, you should add the ads in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile ads in order to display on that mobile layout.
If you have AMP too, then you have an option for the AMP ads also.

Thank you!

Greetings,

We are trying to display a banner ad on mobile for photographycourse.net, but it is not showing – https://ibb.co/zZ39nSN.

The ad that we want to show is the same as the one appearing in the header of desktop view – https://ibb.co/XJ4BdXY.

How can we do this?

Please let us know as soon as possible. Thanks!

Hello!

For Woocommerce & TagDiv Shop plugins, the best option is to use the responsive version or mobile pages.

Thank you for understanding!

Hi again If we part the problem in two, the errormessage one get on mobile usually dissappears after updates so this is far from the first time but I dont know what trigs it.
The second problem is my guess something to do with templates and computer in combination since that problem only appaears on computer and not on mobile neither on ipads and such. So I guess its probably a settings issue

Hello!

One is from your mobile logo (you can disable it from Composer as the desktop one) and the other one is from this title here: https://www.screencast.com/t/cR9xaYgOqddH

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

1. Many of us have our sites published in Google news: https://news.google.com/publications/CAAqBwgKMILyrAswj_3EAw?hl=el&gl=GR&ceid=GR%3Ael
It will be great to have an icon for Google News in the social icons menu. I had to place the RSS symbol in the header in order to indicate the feed. https://pathologia.eu/
2. Covid counters. Great work here but we need one more feature. The daily counts (difference from yesterday). The total numbers since the beginning of the pandemic can be overwhelming for editors to approve their permanent presence. But if we also had the variation from yesterdays numbers it will be great.
3. Clearer instructions on how to set up a site that is AMP compatible, but servers your custom mobile templates where you create them and the responsive’s layout pages where you don’t create specific templates.
4. A control so that we can create a link/button to the amp version from the rich version and vice-versa.

If you do not need Mobile Theme layout, then you can uninstall it and use other mobile version.

Hope that helps you!

Hi Bettina, Here are 2 links

1. Desktop link – https://www.electronicsforu.com/electronics-projects/power-bank-linear-regulated-dc-power-supply

2. Mobile Link – https://www.electronicsforu.com/electronics-projects/power-bank-linear-regulated-dc-power-supply/amp

Try to load 1st link on desktop and 2nd link on mobile.

Now, there is a link within the article, which says “Download PCB and Component Layout PDFs: Click Here”.

If you will click “Click Here” from desktop page “1” you will be able to download the file. But when clicking the same link from the mobile page, a page not found error shows up on the website.

Diving deeper, it looks like Google is not pulling the CSS file from our site.

Hi,

My website https://www.rockzonemag.com/ has been looking disjointed for the last days. A picture that’s used as background on the Search Menu on the mobile version now appears on one side on the desktop version. Also the fonts on the tag look bigger… Quite a mess.

I got the message below, but I don’t know what I have to do. So it would be great if I could get a step by step on how to solve it. Thanks a lot.

Warning: require_once(/usr/home/rockzonemag.com/web/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/main.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/home/rockzonemag.com/web/wp-includes/template.php on line 770 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/usr/home/rockzonemag.com/web/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/main.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/home/sys/phpfarm/inst/php74/pear/php/’) in /usr/home/rockzonemag.com/web/wp-includes/template.php on line 770

Hello!

However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
For the page speed, I can recommend you some solutions in order to increase the score.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update.
Also, to increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:

Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.

Hello!

This situation from the menu appears when your pages are not loading so fast. For example, I’ve checked your website @chabotjeff and the menu appears when the page is fully loaded. So, the problem there could be the time of loading. Please make a test also, wait some minutes and try to open your menu on desktop and mobile too.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!
