Hello,
The mobile theme could have problems in a multisite. Recently we modified the mobile theme plugin to try and fix the problem, but it seems that it does not work in all cases unfortunately and further modifications may be needed.
Also, if you want, we can investigate the issue by email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin login and cPanel or FTP access.
Also, please make a full backup to all files and the database.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please use for AMP, the mobile theme with the option Mobile theme+ AMP or AMP => https://i.imgur.com/3GLFWuS.png and set the add in Mobile ads for header => https://i.imgur.com/N36th6v.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/

Hello!
If you need a mobile version different than desktop version, then I recommend to use mobile pages. Build and assign them to your desktop version: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hello,
On mobile you can enlarge the site as a picture, which is not ok.

Hello!
Please let me know which kind of mobile version you use, so I can help you efficiently.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello!
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, if you need first option (responsive version), then please make sure you have the Mobile theme plugin uninstalled and you do not build any mobile pages.
If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten (disappear) by the plugin layout.
If you use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.
Thank you!

Hello,
You have the mobile theme plugin installed and activated, so please deactivate it if you want to use the mobile responsive version.
Also, please check the link provided above to that topic with information about each mobile version and how they work -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!
Hi,
I have updated to the latest version from Version 10.3.2
After the update, when I activate the mobile theme it’s showing “There has been a critical error on this website.”
The desktop theme is working fine, if I deactivate the mobile theme then it’s working fine as well.
My website is news based website, which has huge traffic. I must need the mobile theme to make it more speed and flexible.
Please help.
PS: My website is using WordPress Multisite
Thanks
Hi again
I have a remaining issue re setting my global mobile post template.
When I open any post on my desktop, from the Admin Bar these are the template settings/options in my drop down menu >> https://www.screencast.com/t/8uA1R4iT9c
I have allocated a global template for my desktop post pages (the original default “single_template_1”).
Using Cloud Templates, I have customised a “Single Post Template 1” (as an alternative option) and also customised a corresponding “Single Post Template 1 – mobile” page which has been set to Global (for mobile). It shows as green when I hover over the mobile template icons.
However, this global mobile template is not being displayed on mobile posts. Also the wrong header displays. Instead mobile view is retaining the default “single_template_1” settings from desktop. FYI all my other mobile templates for pages, header and footer are working fine. It is just the mobile post template that is not working.
Q: What step am I missing?
Q: Will the mobile template (when correctly acting global) display for all new posts by default?
Q: For all existing posts, will they convert to the global mobile template automatically? Or do I have to do something to them manually?
FYI the main reason I have not made “Single Post Template 1” my global template for desktop posts is because I can’t seem to customise “Centre Align Image” in “Single Post Content” shortcode, to appear as a left aligned image similar to “Style 1” of Theme Panel default post template. This is my preference for desktop.
Thanks for your help.

What screen do I use to edit the mobile site?
There is quite a difference between the computer screen and the mobile site screen.
I’m looking at my homepage on my Desktop. But,Some pages are showing the mobile version.
why?
I installed a cache plugin. When I deleted the cache, the PC version is displayed correctly.
I don’t want to repeat the same thing. Is there a good way?
I installed AMP + tagDiv Mobile Theme + WP Super Cache something like that.
This is my website https://komeda.shop/
This is the photo that showing mobile version even though I check it on my Desktop

How to disabled pinch and zoom on a mobile? I tried user-scalable=”no” and dont work. I tried even custom CSS from tagdiv forum, and didn t work. I hope it can be disabled.
I don’t know why the layout of the page is the way it is. It’s the mobile layout. I edited it now, so the layout should be normal.
The red button is not an ad, it’s a donation button by “Buy me a Coffee”.
Your screenshot is from the homepage, where sidebar is not active. Sidebar is shown only in the posts.
Thanks!
tagDiv Support via email:
The option from the theme panel is used only for default headers https://i.imgur.com/BpI1Tss.png and for the mobile menu from responsive, because you have a cloud header that is editable with tagDiv Composer. Also if you are using the mobile theme plugin the option needs to be disabled from theme panel> mobile theme settings.
Hello, I’ve bought your theme and use the Pulses Pro demo for my website https://www.newsvoice.gr but I’ve experienced some problems customizing it.
1. How can I replicate the Podcast section of the first page to my website?
2. How can I remove the top bar?
3. How can I change the background of the mobile menu?
Hi guys,
I have a problem: in my AMP version of the website, I no longer see the images if I have the Siteground Optimizer Cache Plugin Activated.
It seems as this:
If I activate the cache, the website load a desktop version without images.
If I deactivate the cache, the wbsite correctly load the AMP version of the post.
I am NOT using tagDiv Mobile Theme, because (for years now) I noticed it create huge problems between desktop and mobile versions of the website. (Meaning I see the mobile versions when I am in the desktop mode).
This version of one of my post in AMP. You can just add /amp to any URL and you will see a image problem.
Any suggestion?

Hello,
Please let me know what you want to change for the mobile header. Also, please provide some screenshots.
Thank you!
Hello!
I’m glad that you could solve the issue.
I saw you have the theme version 10.4, and there was a problem with unassigning the mobile page, but in the latest updates, it was fixed.
Have a nice weekend!
hi – I’m editing the Cloud Templates for Magazine PRO and the mobile header/menu will not change, particularly for the homepage on mobile. For nearly all other pages the edits take effect, but not the homepage.
ok, the case was solved by creating a new mobile page and then deactivating it.
Hello Anamaria,
the issue is that although I have disabled the mobile page & the mobile template, on the responsive site I get two different views depending on the device specifically on mobile I can’t see the submenu and the logout button https://imgur.com/9r4jEfG and I get a different footer https://imgur.com/l5coHH9.
