I manage to disable the mobile BUT I get the wrong footer.
Hello, I want the mobile page to be just a responsive version of the homepage, how can I delete/disable the mobile page from being active?
Hello,
Please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/why-is-my-websites-mobile-google-test-slow/ and I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello @andreabarbieri,
Unfortunately, please try to disable the SG Optimizer or please check if the plugin has the option for mobile to enable the cache.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please provide a link to your website to inspect it and some screenshots.
Also, did you activate mobile theme plugin?
Thank you!
I am using mobile pages. It’s slightly different from the mobile version of the theme. I randomly see both versions on my iPhone when clicking around.
Hi, I installed the Kid’s store theme. However, the mobile PageSpeed (27/100) of the theme is much lower than that of newspaper_pro (94/100). How to increase the mobile PageSpeed score?
I just installed the Newspaper theme, but when I want to go to a post on my mobile I just get a blank screen with a message that there is a critical error.
When I disable the Mobile plugin, the page is shown correct.
Any idea what the problem can be?
Hi Carlos, I use Sieteground and SG Optimizer and I have the same problem. Mobile version of random post on desktop. Ugly. I worked on it for many days, but never solved.

I have an issue, for each page and post I didn’t create a mobile page and now I have a few hundred pages that go to an odd version of the template. This template has the wrong logo along with wrong color scheme and so on. Is there any way to fix this without manually going and adding hundreds of mobile pages?
Hello!
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, if you need first option (responsive version), then please make sure you have the Mobile theme plugin uninstalled and you do not build any mobile pages.
Thank you!
but with that plugin my mobile view is totally different I want my mobile view the same as my desktop view so when I inactive this is look proper:- https://prnt.sc/1y9cdeq
but due to that, I have a code parsing problem occurs and if I activate this plugin this leat to a different view in mobile so can you please help me out to fix this.
Hello!
If you will use AMP, then the headers won’t appear on your amp version.
If you need AMP, you should have amp and mobile theme plugin installed and active.
We have 3 options here:
a. Mobile – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on small screen devices (no AMP)
b. Mobile + Amp – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on both mobiles and AMP
c. AMP – Uses the responsive version of the theme on small screen devices and Mobile Theme only on AMP.
For more information about those plugins, you can find in our documentation:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
– https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit from AMP.
Thank you!

Hi, I switched to mobile theme. Now my score for mobile is also 90.
Hello Bettina,
Thank you. Just please share this thread with the devs so they can see the specific issues for my use case.
Basically,
1. Apple Pay button didn’t show up on my checkout page (in Safari on desktop) due to td-woo-front css.
2. Check boxes were missing on my checkout page (for all Apple devices), also related to css in td-woo-front file.
3. Log in prompt for saved passwords on iOS devices/safari continued to pop up even after being logged in. I changed the mobile-menu.php in the legacy Newspaper folder of the td-composer plugin.
Thank you and have a great day.
I disabled WP super cache and now everything is working fine. But now the speed has reduced.Does wp super cache not work properly with mobile theme?
The Mobile AMP is Active and the Tagdiv Mobile is Deactivate.
The posts of https://capitallinkshipping.com are not synced on mobile and desktop.
Please check the INDUSTRY NEWS section and the CAPITAL LINK CHANNEL
Why does this happen?
How can be fixed?
Thank you.

Please make a test also with the default paired url structure (first option from the AMP settings) and let me know the results.
Thank you!
Hmm yeah you could be right that it’s a caching issue.
I made a slight update to the homepage and now it does show the right one again (triggered cache).
Now the desktop version is showing on the mobile though. But that’s less of an issue than vice versa.
Thanks anyways!

2. Please note that if you enable the Mobile Theme plugin on a page which was created with TagDiv Composer will not display the design you built because the Mobile Theme has its own templates design. https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Thank you!
I recently redirected all mobile users to AMP and I am enjoying it except that our pages do not longer load.. We have tried all we could for several days to make it work but to no avail and we are not going back on the mobile theme..
Please help !
Hi!
I’m running into this issue more than I would like to.
Pretty often it goes wrong for my website cannabisindustrie.nl that the wrong homepage is shown.
This happens on both mobile and desktop.
Often when browsing on mobile still the wrong desktop is shown, even though I connected and created a separate homepage mobile as to your documentation.
Today for the first time I went to my homepage and instead of seeing the regular desktop homepage, I see the stretched mobile homepage.
Is this a common issue?
It seems resolved now. Thanks. However, here are two general questions:
1) Do I need AMP activated when I use Mobile Theme, or does Mobile Theme contain all I need?
2) If I use Mobile Theme, is my mobile site limited to the layout of Big Grid + Latest Articles? I can’t have the same content as desktop site?
Thanks
