with last updates, official AMP Plugin stop working (i can’t see on left tab).
I disable “tagDiv Mobile Theme” plugin and so fix the problem.
how can i fix?
It only happens in big screens, not in mobile.
What was the resolution in your case? Because the mobile footer isnt working for me!
I cant edit the footer either, incredibly frustrating. Doesn’t matter if I select the romanianews template or add a custom template, it keeps showing the default mobile footer.
Ive created a mobile footer template and selected it in the mobile settings, it shows on my desktop but it’s not working on mobile in several browsers..
Im using mobile settings but the footer aint working out at the moment.
In the mobile section I’ve set footer text color to white, yet it shows up as black.
My language is in Dutch, on the desktop version follow us is translated however on mobile it stays in English. Also where can I delete “about us”?
And why can’t you select a menu for that section and do you have to type it all in html?

I do not see the reason or difference of the blocking of the slider in the theme, neither in the wp there is a choice for that, nor in the configuration of the revolution, in terms of permissions. I need guidance to know where to look, I have not installed any plugin, and I have checked removing them and nothing.
I have tried on mobile devices and with different browsers and nothing.
I am using Newspaper theme. My website doesn’t show up the logo on my mobile. All of the settings seem to be correct and the mobile logo is uploaded in the Theme Panel but it still doesn’t show up.

Newspaper theme has tools that allow you to optimize the performance like – Mobile theme, CSS Analyzer tool, the possibility to create mobile pages, Cloud Library templates and more. You can see and test the pre-built designs (Demos) and see how they are optimized. We do not falsely advertise.
However, the website performance depends on a variety of factors like server speed, caching service, used plugins, fonts, scripts, ads, external resources and, of course, the theme. I’m sure you can understand that under the theme support we can’t fix server related issues, plugin configurations or external ads. From this point of view, each website is unique and must be treated as such. We’ve created the tools to optimize the website from the theme and we can only guide you on how to use them.
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your website and we’ll analyze it and provide guidance on how to optimize it. Unfortunately, the theme support doesn’t include page speed optimizations as we can’t perform the actual optimization for you (this is what our documentation states).

And it’s very irresponsible to say you don’t cover page speed for support when the mobile theme is having an issue out of the box.

Are you kidding me? You advertise the theme in BIG, BOLD SHINY FONTS as “Core Web Vitals Ready for BLAZING FAST WEBSITES” and yet your policy is to “not support” page speed?
We aren’t asking for support because it’s unrelated to service/product you provide. We’re asking because it’s simply NOT WORKING AS YOU ADVERTISED.
Clearly many people are having this issue (including me) and you’re simply ignoring the fact that there IS a problem with mobile version of the theme.
You’re claiming to provide “fast page speed” and “Core Web Vitals ready” the result is the exact opposite. That’s a false advertisement!

The mobile page template can be created in a few way, for pages it can be done like this -> https://i.imgur.com/XMmuiXu.png and for cloud templates like this -> https://i.imgur.com/AoF0mUg.png but you can also create a mobile page template from composer -> https://i.imgur.com/GLbGUDF.png this can be done for both cloud and page.

Hi manojnegi1984, you can use both Google Tag Manager code and Google Analytic code, and you can set as many codes you need in the theme panel.
Also this footer https://i.imgur.com/x5AXZSO.png it is from the mobile theme plugin, the follow us can be remove using this option -> https://i.imgur.com/r5Ks458.png the about us can be removed only with custom css, like this one

I noticed on iOS (iPhone and iPad) in Chrome, Firefox and Safari first click on link is not working in mobile theme.
I found that issue is probably related to this “iOS has a platform specific behavior with CSS :hover rules”

Yeah I have watched this video a hundred times. Is there not a way that I can assign and create a mobile template and page from within tag div composer as I. No able to do it using the WordPress bar on the top of the page?
