Hello,
Please let me know how you upload the logo and what template you use. I recommend using a header template.
If you have a header template from Cloud Library, then you need to edit with tagDiv Composer https://www.screencast.com/t/Y5j6ArY8Ug, select the logo and set there the image, make sure that is set to show and delete the logo text or SVG code-> https://imgur.com/ve11Fwt -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/ For mobile please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png
Thank you!
Hello,
I recommend disabling the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, as any changes made for mobile won’t be reflected while it’s active. You can create mobile pages and templates.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use; for this , you need to convert the header and footer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd to edit with tagdiv Composer.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hi there,
I have the mobile theme plugin installed for my site madinnorway.org. The trouble I’m having is that the design of the site on desktop is affected by the design choices I make when working in the mobile tab on TagDiv. I imagined that the designs could be independent of one another. Is there a setting I am missing to make that possible? Thanks so much,
Karin

its possible to make another Home Page and do only for mobile users? i see this guide and is very helpfull.https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ Can i do ?
Hello!
Edit the homepage or a cloud template with the header applied, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there. Click on those elements and you can delete them. There is a recycle bin basket for every element: https://www.screencast.com/t/wFYdqgpo6pT
Thank you!
Hello Vunt!
I see that you have installed the Mobile theme plugin.
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello Bettina,
Here is the link https://beta.dutoan.com.vn to my website. I would appreciate it if you could help me check how it looks on both PC and mobile devices.

Hello,
I analyzed the website and the only remaining AJAX requests are from the mobile search and the pagination in the tag template -> https://prnt.sc/2fmsr5tFbG28 -> https://prnt.sc/fzWyhfdBj6ij If you want, you can also disable the live search on mobile. Other than these two, I haven’t seen any others.
I also noticed that you have multiple blocks in these two sections —> https://i.imgur.com/Q8HvFIo.jpeg -> https://i.imgur.com/vT33C1X.jpeg their number be reduced, or do you have custom filtering for each block?
Thank you!
Hello Vunt!
Please check the mobile version on Composer and see if that is the correct version you want to display on your mobile version.
Thank you!
Thank you very much.
Another question I have is on our homepage: https://build.com.au
We’re using Grid Style 1 – Default. It’s working well on Desktop, however, on Mobile device, it’s causing the huge blank space after the first banner. If you can load the page on mobile phone, you’ll see what I meant. Is there anyway to fix that?
Thanks very much for your support.
Hi,
Sorry for waiting for my reply.
This is a list of the issues and it’s very tricky.
—Newspaper Version 12.6.9 and TagDiv composer 5.3–
1. Ghost element
This element is not visible in TagDiv editor, this element is a RawHTML element (banner inside it is an image). Sometimes, if I’m using incognito, I can see on the desktop version but normally, no!. This is very confusing stuff!
From mobile screenshot, option is “desktop version”
https://ibb.co/0k4X8SW
This is from desktop version
https://ibb.co/wXpjWcp
2.Empty page on mobile device, but on the preview is fine!
Preview : https://ibb.co/93fmBRtc
On mobile device is null – empty

Hi,
I’ve implemented a modal popup on my website to display menu items, and it works perfectly across the entire site. However, I’m facing an issue specifically on pages created using the Google Web Stories plugin. When I open the web story page in the desktop or mobile instead of showing menu items in the Modal Popup it start showing Web stories.
Fixed it finally. The conflict was due to deactivated Mobile Theme and AMP plugins, while I had mobile templates which I actually didn’t need.
Hi,
I’m having trouble setting up the sticky menu in the mobile template. In PC browser it works fine, but on mobile browser it doesn’t show up, although it works in TagDiv Composer. I suppose there’s some conflict, so I kindy ask you for the right place to set it.
Thanks,
Dzevad
Hello Support,

Hello!
The settings for that menu page are located in the theme panel. The mobile page can not be edited with the tagDiv Composer or add whatever element you want. The social icons from the mobile menu come from the Theme Panel -> Social/Apis -> Social Networks -> https://i.imgur.com/kKYIECB.png. Remove/edit them as needed.
There are only a few settings for it in the theme panel. For example, you can change the color of the text in the mobile menu from the Theme panel -> Theme colors -> Mobile menu -> Text/icons color.
However, you can change the shortcode with a modal popup shortcode triggered by a button that can look like the current mobile menu. That page can also be edited with the tagDiv Composer https://app.screencast.com/d00epUU2ygyXk?conversation=sLox9iaB82db2YHmnEOrFF and customized with more than just some options from the theme panel settings.
More info about modal popup here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/
Thank you!
Hi,
A few years ago I created a mobile header for my website devenirbilingue.com where I inserted the Mobile Menu shortcode on the top left. I designed the mobile page that opens when someone clicks on the Mobile Menu, with a background image, social media icons, etc.
Now I need to change that page and I cannot find how to do it. When I use TagDiv Composer to design the Mobile Header, it’s OK, I can modify every elements of the header. But when I click on the Mobile Menu shortcode, the page with a kid as the image background opens as if I wasn’t in the Composer (I’m still in TagDiv Composer but I cannot select any zone or element).
Could you help me understand how to access the content of that Mobile Menu page ?
Thank you.
Hello!
If you use cloud templates, you can add the ads using the ad box. You can build a mobile page https://app.screencast.com/Mt1xNQhTMDfHV (check the option copy content) and change the code in the ad box.
So, the ads will be different on mobile.
Another workaround could be to add two ad boxes with different ad codes and hide the ad box with mobile ads on the desktop from the CSS tab of the Ad box shortcode and reverse.
Thank you!
Hey there!
How can I display different ads for mobile and desktop? I started reading this but it says it is deprecated so I stopped – https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-template-ads/
Best regards!
Plugins disabled automatically
The following plugins were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper:
tagDiv Cloud Library
My theme is: “Tech News” from many years ago (Version: 12.7)
AJAX Live Search already works on Mobile, but I want to enable it for Desktop
Removed the changes and restored original footer.php.
I’m using the Cloud template, but when I get to mobile size in TagDiv the standard page footer I believe shows up. Instead of my footer (and no mobile theme usage so all responsive) it shows the menu choice I made, and the copyright notice shows at the bottom. Attached is the screen cap, similar to dkorinchak, it shows one menu and that copyright notice which I found in the footer, and is elsewhere in includes.
I’ve installed Standard Pack, but not seeing where to turn off copyright or anything.
MY page is https://remember.org, scroll to the bottom and you can see the footer (i made it one column to accomodate Mobile from 3 columns, and it shows in all browsers except the mobile one, which I can’t change.
LMK where in Theme Panel, with Standard Pack installed, I can turn this off? Thanks!

Hey there!
I think there is something wrong – I wrote that I am using a Flex Block but I was wrong – I use a Flex Block for Desktop and a Posts Loop for mobile.
What you suggest works for Flex Block but when I try to do the same thing for Posts Loop it doesn’t work. I recorded this video for you – https://www.loom.com/share/dadc8b127e5548c596817458224c3594?sid=ccebb966-fd58-42da-8c76-4dd0ef171572
You can see that I use the exact same settings for both elements but one of them doesn’t look right.
Is this a bug or?
