Hi, I changed my logo in the theme panel but its not refreshing in the website, also some other changes in the ad sections I have to refresh several times to see it.

The logo in the mobile view its aligned to the left but I can’t find in the tagdiv composer how to view the mobile view so I can center the logo (and also change it if needed)

Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the mobile version is working then you must activate the plugins one by one until you find the one that is responsible for this problem.

Let me know the results!
Thank you!

I selected the menu from the theme panel> mobile> header> main menu
You still can’t select the menu on mobile
(If you press the menu button, the menu list is displayed, but it doesn’t respond to anything)

I’m not a developer. What does mage menu mean?
What should I do?
My site is: blog.sinsiway.com

Hi gumball44, the amp version should be access only from mobile devices, therefore I do not think that it should be implement for desktop version.
I think that you can use a css something like this one -> https://i.imgur.com/HsYMaiU.png -> https://i.imgur.com/wvSLxcP.png
.td-header-wrap, .td-mobile-footer-wrap, .td-mobile-sub-footer-wrap {
width: 670px;
margin: 0 auto;
}

Normal this code should be set only for amp version.

Hope this will help you!

Hi,

To fix these problems you can use the amp plugin with this option -> https://i.imgur.com/lbe43pJ.png or you can use the mobile theme plugin and amp plugin , use one of these options -> https://i.imgur.com/v0UfKCJ.png

Hope this will help you!

I have set the ad-sense ads in auto and it works well with some padding as of column in desktop view but in mobile devices, it overrides the column width and displays full width without any padding to right and left even as other elements in the same column has padding in them.
How can I fix this?

Hi,
Please note that when you are using the mobile theme plugin this will be a little different from responsive version.
Please provide me a link where I can check this problem.
Thank you!

The page https://capitallinkshipping.com/insights/weekly-shipping/ use functions that make conflicts with the tagDiv Mobile Theme. Do you know how can I debug in mobiles so to find where is the issue?
Or how can I found the functions that you use?

Thank you!

Hello !

By simply adding your ads into Theme panel – Mobile Theme – Mobile ADS they should render on AMP too.

Thank you !

Yes that is the crux of the issue. Ads within all articles using amp + mobile theme are not displayed and working at all. https://imgur.com/a/qoNjG78

Attached settings for reference. Note I have not made any changes to settings, setting has been as shown for the past week.

Hi

I would like my Desktop viewers to have the possibility to go on AMP version, so I will add a link to my AMP version. The amp version is nice on mobile, but I would like to know if there is a way to reduce row header/footer/sub footer(not stretch) at the same size as page content on desktop ?

Thank you

Hello !

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC

Thank you !

Hi, I have already installed the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, tested and configured it in Mobile + AMP.
I notice that all my pages look good, except the Home (attached photo- HOME) https://www.radiomarcabarcelona.com/goodnews-design/home.png
The Home looks like in Mobile format, and I don’t know why, now while I wait for your answer I have deactivated it.
I have also done a PageSpeed test and attached the 2 screenshots where you can see how my website looks with tagDiv Mobile Theme activated.

I hope to know why the Home looks like this with the plugin activated. Thank you

Hi,

This option with a normal search on mobile theme plugin is still on our list, for the moment these updates were made only to fix the Instagram widget and for WordPress 5.5 compatibility, there are no new elements added. Also I spoke with a developer and he said that they are working on mobile theme plugin to make it better, unfortunately I do not know what new options will be add or when this will be released, but it should be in the coming updates.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,

When I activate ‘mobile mode’, pages (apart from home and category pages) are blank. I’m guessing it’s because they’re built with the drag and drop editor, but that’s no use to me! I need to be able to see the pages as they are in the drag and drop editor. The site is thecountryvictorian.news and the page that’s disappearing is ‘members’. Are you able to advise what the workaround is?

To be honest, I’m finding your ‘mobile mode’ EXTREMELY hard to manage 🙁 I have very little control over what it looks like and which elements are included in mobile mode.

The only alternative is to rebuild the pages, but the drag and drop editor doesn’t work for that!

Hope to hear from you soon, it’s getting really frustrating. 🙁

Hi itgrcapitallink, yes, using mobile theme plugin you can use a different mobile menu https://i.imgur.com/vLQw1Ip.png you can check more in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hi,

The option is apply on entire page/post, therefore this can not be achieve, on pages where you use the mobile theme you’ll use that header and footer and for these that hase the responsive version will be display the responsive header and footer.

Thank you for your understanding!
