Take care of our menu problem mentioned in our first ticket.Still the menus come differently. It’s been 11 days since we created the first ticket.Mobile view continues to look different on the home page and other pages. Sometimes 2 different menu icons appear in the menu area. The menu icon of both the newspaper menu and the mega menu plugin menu appears at the same time. But that doesn’t always happen. We didn’t know exactly what happened when this happened.

Unfortunately, WP Rocket plugin, has not been tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

The problem with the search in categories of posts is only on mobile with WP Rocket enable or it’s persist with out these settings?

I have already disabled the Mobile theme, but as my website was loading very slowly, so I have to enable the theme again. Now the Unused CSS is less as compared before.
But Still I am getting some un-used CCS in google speedpage insight.

Before, I had 3 versions, normal, for mobile (it’s like a regular one but much simpler) and the AMP, that was different from the 2 previous ones.
This is confusing, let’s make it simple, I want to have the AMP version displayed on mobiles, what do I select? Because the current mobile version it’s slow.

The mobile theme plugin was build to can achieve a better speed on mobile device, but in order to do that you need to use for pages the mobile editor ( create the content for mobile without using builders ).

The whatsapp share button should be display only on mobile device, on desktop this is hidden using custom css.

Please make sure that you are using only the mobile theme plugin that is coming with the theme package.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins ( let only tagDiv plugin), also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

The mobile theme plugin can display the CPT posts, unfortunately for the moment there is no option to display it in mobile grid or latest articles.

Hello. I have created a new “Single Post Template”. Unfortunately, with WP Rocket with the “load JS files by defer method” option enabled – only on pages with content the main menu and the “search” button do not work properly.
In addition, I have one more problem. I can’t correctly register the image size for “search live mobile”. It works on computers, for mobile – 80x80px is still missing.
I have one more question and attention. Why don’t you prepare much better documentation for the template? Your documentation is not detailed enough – it could be much better! You also combine all these styles into three or four “CSS” files instead – separate them into each module, block, etc. Here it is extremely difficult to remove unnecessary “CSS” code!
