1. You should check to see if speedbooster is indeed active and running. is it moving any other render blocking js and css? ius it doing nothing? check the system status and make sure you clear all caches after you change the plugin code. Disable any untested plugin as if you use our workaround for speedbooster to make it work with other plugins, it is not guaranteed it will move the plugins css and js.
2. If wp super cache is installed and runnign properly the system status should detect it as so. Please clear the hosting cache and purge cdn files and test again.
3. You should follow those instructions, yes as they are requirements for the installation of the plugin. After you install it, use this guide to set it properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

My site is http://www.animal-welfare.org and I have noticed A small bug I have found so far is that only in Firefox ads are not displayed!
I don’t use adblocks.
I have checked Firefox on Ubuntu, Windows and Android.
No problem with all other browsers : Chrome, edge, Vivaldi.
You can check the attached pictures.
Under youtube, red stripe on the right of the website, chrome displays the ads, firefox just has a white box instead of an ad.
Any ideas please?

Before you start advising me to read tutorials ( https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/) about correct method to upload new updates or saying to disable other plugins except for VC, Let me tell you that I am not new to this and have successfully done this before ( also while patching 7.3 to 7.4)
So, I used the given patch to upgrade from 7.4 to 7.5 via FTP ( I have been suing Filezilla for this from very ling time) as the upgrade completed. My website stopped working and gave this error

So, I tried to re-upload each modified files ( one by one manually) with old ( 7.4) versions and every time I checked if any particular file is causing this. But I couldn’t find the issue.
I also tried disabling the plugin, putting default .htaccess file, and functions.php but nothing worked.
Finally, I had to restore the whole site with my old backups and only then my web site started working.
I have also gone through various threads today, and many other users are facing this issue. Please tell me what should I do to patch the newest version/

For my site http://velikotarnovo.com, I have created a logo for when the site is displayed on a mobile device (phone). Its size is 230 x 90 pixels as recommended on you CMS. The file is here: http://velikotarnovo.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/logo-m.png
Why is it that the logo is distorted when the site is accessed via mobile devices?
I do not have the same problem with the mobile logo for my other site http://pavlikeni.com.

Hello Catalin, ok, I will try to be clearer.
The CSS code you gave me to adjust the margins of ads that appear at the bottom of the page, worked perfectly, however this code affect the rest of margins taboola ads. the other ads margins doubled.

As you can see, the ads you pointed in the image have double margin. Apparently the CSS code you gave me, affected all taboola codes.
What I want is that all ads have the right margin. Because right now only those who are at the bottom of the page has a correct margin, but the others were loosened.
I came up the possibility of inserting a text block rather than ad code directly, so that it contains ads and margin automatically without affecting the rest. I do not know if this is possible. But I would like you to help me with that.

Uninstall w3, install wp super cache, install tagdiv speed booster 🙂 you can get fast load times.
Btw, there are many factors involving website speed and GTmetrix isnt GOD. Example If your page size its 2MB, and you are conected wifi over 10mb ADSL conection you can reach a máximum of 700kb/s . 2MB = 2048kb , 2048kb/700kb= 2.92. 🙂 and you need another 1 or 3 seconds to render the page = 5 to 6 seconds to preview the page content.

Please keep in mind that if you are using the on/off button regarding on Ads from Theme panel, it will be two different cases. So, if you are using AdSense code when you turn off that ad, the source of the code will be blocked from backend but if you are using other ads and if you disable the ads from Theme panel, all of them will be hidden from the front end (with display:none).

I’m saying that small amount of text doesn’t slow down the mobile load — not all the ads are loading just the TEXT for the code. Once compressed and gzipped by server/browser and cached, not an issue.
If you’re showing (3) ads on mobile then only those 3 ads are loaded, not six.
Same way one menu is hidden for mobile in responsive design but different menu would load on mobile; part of the code works on one but not the other, but both are there so page doesn’t have to ‘reload’ when changing from landscape to portrait.
Again, however, simplest way is to load only a responsive ad unit and load that in the actual templates where you want, like a sidebar widget, and Google would then resize on the fly to the viewport.
Just food for thought. I don’t work here 🙂

Note some php code needs to run either inside or outside of WP loop, or might conflict with WP, or whatever.
In those cases, better to actually put the code directly in the template where you want it.
But TagDiv might have better answer. And probably would like to see example of “what” type of PHP code you’re trying to use exactly. [shortcode] won’t work, I believe.

For your second request, please notice that if you want to make your main container being wider, also you will have to change the width of the theme and please notice that our product does not have such an option for dynamic width and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results.
If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

It is a little weired, because at adsense i have created a responsive add.
Also, i had problems with adsense ads not redering at the website theme (not the mobile theme), and it was needed to specify for every ads possition in the theme and for every screen the right dimensions and was worked corectly.
At mobile ads i don’t see something like that. There are no other options which maybe i don’t have in mind?

I found out, that for German cities (even the bigger ones) there is no Max/Min data availabel (or shown?); see picture.
Is it possible to switch off the Max/Min display in a similar way?

Maybe your ads fed by google are not responsive and they will not show up if the screen size is smaller than your ad size. You should really ask google about it as if other ads work and google ads don;t, that means the theme does it;s job rendering the ads. It;s google;s job to actually provide them so the theme has ads to show. You can try to use the adrotate plugin and place the adrotate shortcode in the theme panel .That way you bypass the theme ad system so you will know for sure if it’s the theme’s fault or not.

i new about the Mobile Ads. There i put the code from adsense. But at my mobile i cannot see the google ads, instead i can see ads from other affiliate program.
Yesterday i observed at another mobile that the google ads are shown correct.
I don’t understand why at my mobile phone they are not showing. I don’t have ad block, and i think so that if i had, i couldn’t see the affiliate ads too.

Please notice that our theme only handle and display the ad which is added by you to the ad spot zone and it does not handle the structure of your ad. You will have to consult the Ad provider and request them to change this element (if you are using the Adsense Code). Otherwise, if you are using other ads, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/ As you can see the HTML structure of this kind of ads and there you can add a CSS inline style rule, with your desired background.

Is there anyway to have the article image thumbnails in the footer with the “even more news” article links without using a featured image in the posts? We like using adsense square ads in the posts instead of featured images, but would like to have the small square article image thumbnails in the footer with each link. To put another way, can we disable the post featured images but have them in the footer.

I have server with 2x Intel Xeon E5 2620 v3, 128 GB DDR4 RAM, 3×500 GB SSD HARDWARE RAID 5. It’s a cPanel server with Cloudlinux and Memcached installed. This server should be able to handle at least 5000 users online at the same time… I also had this problem on 2 other server that i tried last 5 days, so this is not the server related problem.
Most of the time i have more than 1000 user online and it’s working without any problems, average server load is 1.5. But sometimes i have problems when i have only 200 user online, server load goes to high and my website goes offline.
What could be causing this problem?
