Firstly congratulations on the theme, it’s amazing, had long been looking for something similar. I write for several doubts or problems (sorry for my english):

1. When I load the page appears to me as the web in text mode (better to see the pictures). I have enabled the Speed Boster (I have not installed the W3 Total Cache plugin or another similar, and most plugins have deactivated). Add Boster Speed settings. I simply put the configuration of the demo theme.

2. On the iPhone, in principle, no such thing happens in 1. i configured everything
ads showing in source code but not on page.
account is approved and ads displaying normal on other sites.

I have been working on a clients WebPage.
It is a news portal. They handle a LOT of posts a day. And have some nasty requirements (which force me to run a bit too many plugins like: adrotate, jetpack, redirection, easy responsive tabs, weather plugin, alexa rank widget, and due to security reasons Hide-My-WP from codecanyon).
They’re on a dedicated server, which has a long response time (about 1.4s) Thanks to the guides, here and google pagespeed insights i was able to bring the pagespeed score from 23 up to 64 (enabling gzip among other things). But all the time I have noticed that when I do the check i get an error on the Desktop version.

Anyone have any idea why I’m getting this error, or how I can fix it?

sorry to bother again: I really like the Idea of your Ad-System in general and in special the Content Ads! Ads are very important for refinancing a website! So, this is a great feature!
Of course not every suggestion must make common sense: But I would really think it would make much sense to improve „usability/functionality“ of your Theme, if you implemented a Filter for your Content Ads System.

Problem:
The „Content Ads“ is a great feature! But having Ads inside the Content can also be:
1.) very distrcting for users (=> so you want for shure some pages, WITHOUT any Content Ads!!)
2.) you might have to adjust the ad to the content. For example you want to filter for specific words in the content and then show different ads. Or show no ads at all. Or target the Ad to the advertiser. (For example like content about death and you do not want to put ads at all into this context.)
3.) For a lot of Custom Content Types showing ads might not make sense at all: (for example a custom content type „Jobs-Offer“, that should not be cluttered with ads).
=> But currently you can only disable the Content Ads in general but not on a more finer level… This is very sad, as I really llike the feature but I can only completely disable it.

Solution:
The most easiest solutoin is (though there are other solutions more complicated, even options that might be added to your Admin-Panel) just simply having a filter Hook, that allows a developer to hook into and manipulte the ads (do not show ads at all or alter the AdCode. This is ONE line of code, but improvies your theme by a magnitude! Would be kind if you comment, what you thinkg about this idea!

Benefits (you can use for marketing)
-More Developer friendly
-Helps Newspaper become a real plattform, as it can easyly be extended
-Can really make the Ads System in general much much much better (one can implement filters, intelligent ad logic and so on)

This can of course be improved. I have not looked that much into your code… the above is the minimum to fulfill basic needs)
But with this one line I was able to change the working of your ad system in a lot of ways! This is of course just intended ad proposal, please change/improve it to your liking (I do not know your coding/naming standards …Its just the way I use it currently)

I am a big fan of your theme! And the following is NOT a bug of your theme, but rather WordPress. But with such an absolutely great theme, please please fix this bug for wordpress. As it throws a very bad light also on your theme (I first thought this is an issue with the theme, but now discovered its WP Core logic):

,with any of the form elements missing, you end up on a blank (!!!) page saying:
ERROR: please fill the required fields (name, email).

Uhh, this isnt even year 2000 webstandards but something around 1995. I still cant believe it. It even misses a back-link… As stated, this is not a problem of your theme, but of wordpress. But it also kills the great usability of your theme.

Yes there are JS Validation plugins like:

But this Plugin Ads so much overhead and degrades performance by a lot of Hooks and unnecessary backend functionality ( I looked at the source)
Yes, i could code this on my own. But this problem applies to all users of Newspaper. So coding this on my own and merging this with new uprades of your theme becomes a huge waste of time.

So please, please incorporate a fix in your theme directly (maybe using http://jqueryvalidation.org/ or directly using Jquery). For you this is only 20 Lines of Code. But this would improve so much(!!) the usability, as comments are one of the most important(!!) features of WordPress. If the guys at wordpress do 1995 Website Usability, please fix it fort them.

Note: You can also use this for advertising/feature list, as you have seen, they even provide plugins for this. having this right away in Newspaper is another great usp/benefit of the theme.

hope you are all well. would you be so kind and advise me on the following issues. i would be very grateful.

issues:

1. i would like to list the posts on a few category pages alphabetically [ not all my categorie pages ]. how can i do this?

2. how can i auto enable slide on category pages and set the number of posts to display and set posts to display as random or latest?

3. which page [ i guess which php page ] does the category page use?

4. to get a slide on the category page, let us say that my category is shoes, all the posts that i have in shoes category must also be in featured category. now lets say i have another category of computers and i want a slide on computers category page, all my computers posts must also be in featured category. now on my shoes category page, at the bottom in the similar articles section i get display from shoes category and computers category because they are both in featured category. and if i have 20 more categories for which i want a slide they will also show up as similar articles to shoes because they have to be in featured category. but i do not want similar articles to shoes to have posts from computers because they are not similar articles. what can i do about this?

5. how can i add multiple images in a post to modal window all at once?

6. how can i insert different background advertisement for the different categories? i have different affiliate ads that are specific to each category.

7. how can i create a parallax post?

8. how do i insert button shortcode and add a link to the button exactly? I cannot get the link to work.

I have a problem that only happens on Homepage of the website. I have added a fixed background on my website and every time I scroll, the background moves down leaving a whitespace on top. This doesn’t happen in any other page. Using the Inspect Element, I noticed that on the selected element the JavaScript is adding the transform attribute.

Hello I use the header style 8, and currently there is display error in quick search results, which can be seen in the image

Furthermore the icons of comments and views are not displayed. I’ve tried some basic tricks css but nothing worked very well.

The weirder than another heading style works well but without icons also.

Is that the theme is wonderful, I will not be a big problem for you to fix this small error due to the professionalism of you, thank you.
