Hello,
No, the Elementor is not tested with the theme.
You can use our page builder to customize the templates and pages -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you!
I chose NEWSPAPER theme Shop Audio.
I opened Cloud Templates
I made changes to the posts page and the activities page
I saved the changes
Despite that I saved them, in the online site they do not show up, they remain the default ones.
Can you help me in finding the solution?
I am sending you the screenshots

Hi, I don’t understand the function of the custom sidebar in theme panel > template settings > page template > https://prnt.sc/ZcDYj5gq4P8T. When I have DEFAULT SIDEBAR how can I edit this DEFAULT SIDEBAR?
Hello,
This is not a bug, and also, this will not be done because, as I said, there are different pages with different content, and you can’t apply a global template. You can duplicate the page if you want and change what you want in it.
It depends on how you create it with tagdiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ and import the design.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can disable the mobile theme only for that page to have it as you design with tagdiv Composer.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello,
You have the mobile theme plugin activated, please deactivate it.
When the mobile theme plugin is used you need to set for pages the page content in mobile editor using only the options from that editor – https://i.imgur.com/p8EqE1b.png also there is an option to disable the mobile theme from a page/post – https://i.imgur.com/d3kTBRf.png this option appears in Gutenberg editor.

why my theme maximum time show default theme in Desktop and Mobile even when i update properly. Busyinside.com
Hi,
I customized my theme pages with different blocks and section templates, and now my site https://www.bookwormworlds.com not showing on mobile even though I already created a mobile home page after this issue. Its just shows Newspaper demo data with newspaper header which totally different from my home page layout. Can you please help me out?
Thank You
So what is the use for the page cloud template? For which page will it be used?
It’s not clear that sorry:
if I have like 100 pages and I want to choose 1 same sidebar for all, is there a way to apply globally or should I edit that for all pages? Because it’s a long work and I think a premium theme like Newspaper should have a way to avoid that.
Last chance could be like wordpress traditional templates, I can keep sidebar widgets, same sidebar for all pages and posts, can you tell me how can I enable widgets instead of tagdivs sidebars for pages and posts?
Hi,
You can’t duplicate the single post template to use it for pages. What you have in the screenshot is a template for a page, not a post. You can’t use the page template globally because there are different pages, that do not contain the same information. You can edit the page in the editor, set the editor in code editor -> https://i.imgur.com/FOe7EdU.png -> https://i.imgur.com/hwxxjQt.png copy the code, and paste in a new page in the code editor, to have the same style.
The default sidebar is for standard templates, you can save the row/inner row -> https://i.imgur.com/7wNZT1m.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/ you can create once the sidebar in an inner row after saving, and use it for other templates.
Thank you!
I have selected the custom “Single Post Template – Magazine PRO” template for the single post.
I don’t know how to add a Related Posts section at the end of the page.
It is possible to show related posts, but only if I select other post templates…
What can I do? thanks!
Hi I am still having issues on that.
My need is simple: to have the SAME sidebar for overall pages and posts (I would like to do it with tagdiv elements, but I am not able to do that, can you help?).
– I wanted to duplicate single post template to page template, but I see I can’t apply the page template as GLOBAL? See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/-LruNFsFBuoN
– From Theme Panel I set same layout and same DEFAULT SIDEBAR, but where I set this DEFAULT SIDEBAR? Looks like for posts is overwritten by cloud template and in page there is blank sidebar so I think this DEFAULT SIDEBAR is empty, but where can I edit that? See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/xQHueXdeNEhz
I am bit confused, can you guide me to make same sidebar for pages and posts? If it’s not possible with tagdiv, I want to keep the defauld widget sidebar.
Hello!
Did you add it in your header or footer zone?
For those other issues with Instagram, I replied in your own topics:https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/each-time-i-create-a-new-page-it-has-a-hero-template-on-it-and-i-cant-delete-it-2/ AND https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-media-accounts-not-linking/
Thank you!
How can I save and import template created for posts? Is there a way to save single post and import it for pages or should I copy and paste?
Hello!
I’ve already replied on your own topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/each-time-i-create-a-new-page-it-has-a-hero-template-on-it-and-i-cant-delete-it/
Please do not create the same topic in multiple locations in order to avoid multiple responses!
Thank you so much for understanding!
Hi,
Please tell me where it only appears on one page or the entire site. Did you add any code or elements from another plugin?
Please follow the steps from this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/ if you have a child theme; please use the main theme.
You can try to revert an old revision on a page/template -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/
Thank you!
As it turns out, all my pages have this hero template on it – same problem. I’ve linked to what the code looks like, and what the template looks like at the following link:
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/a94ugregnqblkyystrf4t/h?rlkey=3lc2xysemxc9dytpg7nfeivwu&dl=0
denisecullen.com.au/about – Each time I create a new page on my site, it automatically populates with a hero template that I cannot remove. Unlike other elements that can be trashed with a click, it is all in code and cannot be removed no matter what I do. It also cannot be edited no matter what I do. It is inaccessible. I have had to remove my About page from the menu because of this. Please help.

For your reference, here are screenshots from my WP
As per @Bettina, this issue is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit
You can see no issue like this in my case> https://imgur.com/kp5DuQ9
I`m using https as you can see, my domain
https://www.bookwormworlds.com/
I already Installed Really Simple SSL
I already Installed WP Super Cache
I also followed your instructions for deactivating plugins, but no use at all. For the last 6 hours, I have just been stuck in my page design ( Pre-designed Templates – Cloud Library), but it says Invalid reply from the server endpoint. See yourself in the given screenshot.
