We are using the Newspaper Theme V.11.5.1 with Cloud Templates. We would like some assistance with the feature Page Templates that are included with your WP Theme. These are located in the Cloud Template dashboard with all the other templates which we are using. https://www.screencast.com/t/N5tOWb9GtEhN.
We would like to create a WP Page Template that can be used by our editors to start a webpage from the template.
Please advise how we use the Page Templates feature and if you can share any documentation as well for us to review. We were unable to find any documentation that clearly explains this feature and how to use it.

I am not trying to necessarily remove the subscription itself but make it to where the options arent visible to regular users. They still want those options in order to direct specific users that would more likely choose to re-subscribe if given a discount
It looks like the newspaper theme is making these subscriptions/register pages refer to the blog post template, where post navigation is based on the same category. I definitely dont want to mess up all future articles navigation by editing the existing blog template, just specific to subscription pages. Does that make sense?

The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you use the Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with tagDiv Composer.
There are no settings to customize the pages.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in the Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme

I noticed that by adding a photo gallery to the website I have the option to set the “TagDiv gallery” options. But the options themselves are practically none.
1. Is it possible to style the display of the gallery using, for example, Cloud Templates?
2. I would like to be able to display the gallery as a slideshow, but switching between photos would reload the page (getting more views). Can you guide me to the right solution?
The images are cropped and the crop is not correctly done, that it is way you need to regenerate them, after that you can remove the plugin.
To do this on pages you can use the flex block -> https://i.imgur.com/ApYXD7M.png then from layout tab you can set the image size -> https://i.imgur.com/l1fZ3K2.png this can be done only on pages where tagDiv Composer is used.

Flex Block-1
I’ve got a category page template with the Flexbox-1 component added in, sorting by “latest”. For some reason, it always skips the first 5 most recent items and starts showing the 6th-most-recent post. I’m guessing there’s some offset setting somwhere? I can’t find it. How do I make it show ALL most recent?

I’ve installed Newspaper on a few locally-hosted sites, and every time I have, when I’m logged in and viewing the site, there’s a narrow and handy top-level menu with all sorts of administrative commands, included “edit with TagDiv Composer”….
However, I’ve just launched a site hosted on the official WordPress.com hosting option, and, when using the Newspaper theme, that menu does not appear. Is there some config setting I can make to allow that menu to appear?
So weird, I’m on A2 Hosting, which has a WordPress optimizing program, plus Litespeed cache, and this only happens on a few pages…and the one I referenced is down AGAIN today…crazy.

I am seeing that the last script before the blank page is Litespeed cache, Lazy Loading…that’s my current guess that for some reason the lazy load impacts this.
Did notice I was wrong though about what page shows up: I get the title of the page, but the template doesn’t include my header and footer.
My Newspaper theme does have a Mobile theme, which this might be showing as well…so weird it’s only on these 2 pages, as far as I know….will go through the site again and see if other pages are showing, but tends to be only these two…
Those are two of the most popular though…so might just be getting notified about them and not the others.

I am struggling with mega menu. When I open header editor everything looks fine, mega menu is working. However when I save the header and open live website the mega menu is not displayed.
I am having this issue on my homepage where I was forced to create new header because my global header where mega menu is working fine is not displayed on my homepage. I have no idea why. I also truggle with making the header sticky. Not sure what could be the issue. I upgraded my theme from older version to newer and I am facing many bugs. Old templates are interfacing with new template library, global settings are not applied globally. Any advices?

Sorry for the confusion, I didn’t mean blank page as search result. I meant the pages I get as result are blank pages or templates.
Ideally, when you search for a word, it should return list of posts that has the same word in posts title. Please click on this url https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_crypto_gaming_pro/?s=one and try to click on the posts returned as search results. you will see some white cards and when you click on those they will return blank pages or some other things.
So, if search functionality works fine, it should not return those white cards as search result but the correct posts for the searched words.

If I understand correctly you have some blocks on your homepage and in each of theme you want to display posts from specific categories, for this you can use the filter tab from each block -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Also, if the problem is in the cloud categories too, then lease edit the cloud category template with tagDiv Composer and please check all blocks to be sure that those are set on current category -> https://i.imgur.com/9SKcC4Y.png -> https://i.imgur.com/bHmvQ3v.png, in this way the template will automatically filter only the selected category posts.

Hi, I was trying to edit my content using tagdiv composer but it doesn’t work now. It was good until I use single post template for my blog, now whenever I am trying to edit this message is pop up every time “Errors at columns elements: 4(models) : 3(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”. Its now effecting my all post page including the posts that I didn’t use “single post template”

Can you please let me know the message you get and the article that has this problem?
You can use the mobile cloud template, you can create mobile pages, mobile clouds and those can be edited using tagdiv Composer or converted from desktop version.

I believe that you used cloud header and footer, but right not it looks like you have set to no header footer.
Do you still have the cloud header and footer templates in cloud library -> https://i.imgur.com/0lDz0Xd.png? If yes, then please check there if those are set as global. Also, you can edit the homepage and check in manager if the header is set on no header -> https://i.imgur.com/nUwCTi1.png (check the footer too).

Hi there! My site, https://fitbabu.com/, is working fine. Google also showed that my site and articles and other pages are mobile friendly and viewable on mobile.
But yesterday they detected one article is not viewable on mobile. Though my articles are perfectly viewable on mobile and small screen scenes.
I don’t use mobile theme or AMP because the AMP and mobile theme makes my site look completely different on mobile devices.
I use one mobile template (mobile version of desktop version) for each page or article on my site. Everything was fine, even google never detected any mobile usability issues until yesterday.
I don’t want to use the mobile theme because because it makes my site look completely different on mobile, including header and footer.
Is there any way I can use newspaper mobile theme and make my site look exactly like how it looks on desktop?

To have the same design,n then you need to use the responsive, so please check if you have the mobile theme plugin activated, deactivate it, and if you have a mobile page, then unassign it.
