And if something add to “custom post type template”, it automaticaly add to homepage.

Now I am making custom post type template.
When I install new “custom post type template” or “custom taxonomy template” and edit them somthing, all other template change same. So all templates are same layout everytime. I can not understand why happen this problem. It occured only CPT template section.
And if something add “custom post type template”, it add to homepage. But this template do not need on homepage. So deleting it from homepage. So it deleting on all “custom post type template”. All templates are blank.
Please tell me how to fix them.

I have made mobile page for all pages. I don’t use mobile plugin or AMP. Just make page for mobile using tagdev Composer.
Then in Cloud Templates tab I active mobile template for each global page.
It works fine. I pages work great but only Category template doesn’t work. I assign mobile template but in mobile still Global page load. I have tested different pages and even load template from cloud but non of them work in mobile.
Whats problem?
Do you know where in source file tagDiv override pages?

Hello, I am setting up a new site named trikalatroll.gr (it’s closed for now) and I have a problem with the Blank – Header Template I am using as a header.
In desktop I got no issues but when I am on mobile the header does not show up in home page but does in all others. I tried everything but can’t find the error.

Please randomly select any post from the home page some will have ads and others wont.
Cache was turned off completely, yet it continues, local cache was also cleared.

I made no recent changes to these pages/cloud templates.
I don’t even know since when they started throwing this error (since these are not regularly visited pages). The problem came to light when a few readers pointed it out today morning. [ that was embarrassing]
I looked at the other forum post you referred. That’s not very helpful.
I don’t see any revision post saved at my end.
Restoring backup (I don’t know which date I should pick) will be a big loss. We are a daily news website and have to redo all content again.
Does this error mean I have already lost the content? [ that will be super painful]
Is there a better way to solve this?

We use Newspaper with cloudtemplates (Pulses header). On the page about Us we want to use a different template (Blockchain header), but when creating a menu for that page and template we can not find out how to make it a megamenu. Followed all instructions given, but not the result we are looking for.
In the Display -> Menus section we created a menu for the About Us page. It consists of a few menu items like Compagny, Advertising and Contact. The Compagny section has subitems: Facts and Figures, History and so on. This does not appear however in a megamenu. Even when the page is created for Fact and Figures it does not show as a megamenu. Any idea what we might be doing wrong here?
Category pages not loading mobile version since 11.5 version tried 11.5.1 still not loading mobile page it shows desktop version. Back to the 11.4.3 version again.. can’t you just fix this problem for months?
i am trying to open single page post via cloud template by clicking on edit with td composer but its not opening??
The client that uses this theme stated that he set up an authors template quiet a while ago. I see the template in the Cloud Templates tab; however, whenever you click on each author it just goes straight to the homepage. Whether you click on the author link via a blog post or on the page that has each dedicated author link.
I do not see a page dedicated to authors on the standard wordpress backend, so I am not quite sure where this information would have been inputted.

The “Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persist), this it is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and and it can be fixed using the page revision.

First you need to understand exactly the difference between mobile theme plugin and mobile page template.
The mobile theme plugin will not display the responsive version, when this plugin is enabled the mobile page need to be set using the mobile editor, or you can disable the mobile page template on the page.
If you use a mobile page template, then you can import the responsive version content for page -> https://i.imgur.com/cQgPPTl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/BZa82GT.png, header -> https://i.imgur.com/Yd5eSRt.png, footer.
Our theme offer 3 possibilities for mobile version:
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
3. Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page and responsive version if enabled.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
How to combine them? Yes, this can be possible, for example the mobile page/template will apply only on that page or cloud template that is assigned. But what to do if you want to use a mobile theme plugin too? If you use mobile theme, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in current post/page, if you use the option, then it will be use the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.
So in your case you can disable the mobile theme on the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/NX57q4t.png or if you do not want it at all, disable the plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Grlz5Ee.png.

The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you use the Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with tagDiv Composer.
There are no settings to customize the pages.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in the Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme

Actually the mobile page has been replaced with the desktop page again and seems to keep reverting back that way automatically. I have also noticed that none of the mobile pages on my category page cloud templates display properly either. The only one that seems to work is the mobile page for Single page template.
Hi, I have a strange problem that has occurred after updating to Newspaper version 11.5.1. Every time I edit my homepage with tagdiv composer on desktop version, it saves but also over-rides the mobile version so that it serves the desktop version on mobile as well. I can fix this by editing the mobile version of the homepage, but this then serves the mobile version on both mobile and desktop.
I think I have temporarily fixed this by going into the pages menu on wordpress wp-admin and editing the mobile page that is listed there in addition to the desktop homepage separately. But I am going to have to do this complicated workaround every time I edit the homepage now which is annoying.
The homepage and mobile homepage were created on an older version of the cloud templates system and they are only editable in the wp-admin through the regular Pages menu, they do not appear in the newer Cloud templates menu under Page templates > Homepage templates. Any idea how I can fix this? The website url is https://www.solidarity.net.au/
