I uninstalled the AMP plugin and the TagDiv Mobile theme, but I’m still seeing a banner on my phone that I don’t have on my desktop version. How do I edit it?
https://www.szybkiplik.pl/GXB3wwktPb
I also have a question: is the https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar plugin compatible with your template? After adding an event, I get a message that a critical error has occurred on the website. How can I get around this so the plugin works?
And how can I add a wishlist page?
Hi,
To add the undo, redo button, you need to activate the theme from the Manager panel – https://i.imgur.com/5um4NOE.jpeg – https://i.imgur.com/aT7mAeh.png, enable the settings, and save the settings.
Also, the undo/redo can be used only as long as you are on tagDiv Composer on that page or template, if you exit and open again the page/template, the undo redo will not work until a new history is created.
Thank you!
When scrolling, I want to look for the mobile theme of the page, but it doesn’t go down image https://ibb.co/HvY7mrt
Hi,
Is that a page or a template? If you need the post title, it will not be easier to use a flex block 1 and display only the title and you can filter it after the post id you want or better to have less code, you can create a module only with the title https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/ and this can be displayed using the flex builder https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-builder-flex-loop-builder/
Thank you!
Hi,
TagDiv Composer is a page builder and it can be used on pages and cloud templates to create templates for your website, but not to create posts; those will be created normally using the WordPress editor.
Thank you!
Hi,
The Free News demo is coming only with cloud templates, so you can simply disable the tagDiv Standard Pack. After that, check the website; if you see some shortcodes, then there is an element that is coming from the tagDiv Standard pack and should be replaced. You enabled the standard apack, edited the template/page using tagDiv Composer, and replace the element.
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that a custom css has been removed from the page – https://i.imgur.com/EIaVzaN.png please add a raw css and add in it this css:

}
.td-numbered-post-flex .td_block_inner .td_module_flex_1::before {

Hi,
One solution is to import and export the pages and templates using the wordpress tools, but the main site should have the same plugins https://learn.wordpress.org/tutorial/tools-import-and-export/
Alternatively, you can use the copy-paste method: simply copy the cloud template from one site and paste it into a cloud template on the other site.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are referring to add and edit articles, then you’ll use the default wordpress editor, not the theme https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-a-new-post-in-wordpress-and-utilize-all-the-features/ The above video tutorial is for how to create pages with tagDiv Composer and cloud templates for your website.
Thank you!
My newspaper company has been using the Newspaper theme for several years, FloridaNewsLine.com. Within the .com are posts for 4 monthly newspapers. I have launched a new newspaper that will publish weekly and needs more options and menus. I created a website just for the weekly at NassauNewsLine.net using Newspaper 12. The weekly paper will have daily content vs the monthlies and with the way the home page is setup for FloridaNewsLine.com, the weekly paper will take over the home page. I think I can control this with categories.
You will see the top navigation sends the visitor to each individual newspaper. It’s here that I need to copy the NassauNewsLine.net template for each newspaper within FloridaNewsLine.com.
Is there a way to copy what I’ve done with NassauNewsLine.net into the way we have FloridaNewsLine.com setup? Specifically the way I used the menus in the .net website.
Hello,
Please note that if you install the demo (with or without content) or uninstall the current demo, all content and templates added during the demo installation will be removed – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
If you’d like to keep any of this content, we recommend duplicating the homepage, other relevant pages, and any cloud templates beforehand.
Pages and cloud templates can be duplicated to ensure you have a backup copy https://i.imgur.com/ZrKtkj7.png – https://i.imgur.com/py4E6lh.png

Hi,
Normally in tagDiv Composer, only the ads set as banners will be displayed to ensure that the external ads are not loading to make the builder work slowly. IF those that you see are ads from the theme that are coming with the demo content when you install one, then the ad can be set only in a few places:
– in the theme panel as global – https://i.imgur.com/pyixhqx.png
– on pages and cloud templates using the element ad box – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
– inside on the post content – https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
You need to use a platform to store the image, and here to set the link to that platform. You can use Lightshot, Greenshot (images will be stored on Imgur)
Thank you!
Ok, so just to confirm.. These custom page templates are not saved under the cloud templates. So in this case they will not be affected?
I am using TagDiv cloud library(Single magazinePro template), but I am encountering a layout problem specifically on the single post pages. The post page is structured with two sections: the main content area and a sidebar. While the composer editor shows the layout correctly with both sections side by side, the live website displays the sidebar overlapping the content, and the main content stretches to full width.
Here are the screenshots for reference:
Overlapped sidebar issue: https://prnt.sc/PTyjQ-jsfqYm
Composer view (correct layout): https://prnt.sc/kGkECw7af7Rc
Live view (problem visible): https://prnt.sc/uOor9afvQQj2
I have cleared caches, checked for plugin conflicts, and confirmed that this issue only occurs on the single post pages, not on other pages.
Could you please guide me on how to fix this issue? I would appreciate any advice on CSS adjustments, composer settings, or known conflicts that might cause this problem.
Thankyou
Hi,
The ads on the theme are set using the tagDiv Composer (theme builder) and the ad box element, so what you should do is top edit the pages and cloud templates where you see an ad, select the ad box and check the image tab – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
Thank you!
Hi,
In td_011 are stored all the data from the theme, all the settings, cloud templates, backup for theme panel, pages, and so on. -> https://imgur.com/k7nkIRg
If you have more settings and a big website, then it is possible that the database will grow; there are set data for posts and pages, categories, and authors.
If you want, you can check this article: 7 Tips To Reduce WordPress Database Size -> https://www.webhostingsecretrevealed.net/blog/wordpress-blog/7-tips-to-reduce-wordpress-database-size/, but before making any changes, please make a full backup of your website and database, and only after that make changes to the database.
If you have already used the theme settings to optimize the results, then what I can do further is to suggest some plugins – https://wordpress.org/plugins/aaa-option-optimizer/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoload-optimizer/, but before using them, make sure that you have a complete database backup.
Thank you!
I have several custom page templates build with the composer. Will these be overwritten with an update? Do I need a child theme? The docs say you don’t really need a child theme with the templates but I am not sure about custom templates. Thanks for your help
Hi,
Does the Rank Math plugin also index Cloud Templates?
I mean, does it index header, footer, homepage templates, and other templates?
If yes, doesn’t that cause problems for the website?
Thank you!
Getting this error when I click on a post logged in as admin. On the frontend all posts now use the default template.

Hi,
I can guide you for how to do it.
Our theme provides an element for setting the ad, this is the ad box and can be set using tagDiv Composer on pages and cloud templates and to set the ads on article content, you need to us the above suggestion, using tagDiv Composer and edit the single post template, select the post content and check the ads tab – https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-template-ads/ https://i.imgur.com/VxTgIhh.png
Thank you!
Hi,
1. We have a detailed documentation for how you can use the subscription from our theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/subscriptions/. This can be used to lock articles, pages, sections …
2. You can use the copy-paste style per row and column using the right click on it, also you can check the settings on row – https://tagdiv.com/how-to-add-delete-and-duplicate-row-newspaper-theme/
3. The theme has a responsive version that can be checked using the viewports from composer – https://i.imgur.com/Oc0GRY4.png
4. IF it’s a template for a category, then you need to use the special filters because that template will be used globally for all categories, so in order not to need to go to each category to set the category on filter, you’ll use the special filter namec “Category – Current category” -https://i.imgur.com/E1Ep8oZ.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Most of the time, the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict; therefore, after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/
Thank you!
Hello,
The cloud button will not be visible on pages, it will be visible only in tagDiv Composer, the theme builder, and the cloud button will be displayed only for website sections that allow templates, like articles, categories, archive, authors…. In you screenshot you have set a cloud category as global, so that template should be used on your website categories and the second image is from your homepage
Thank you!
Hi,
1. Edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/VtfDXeh.png after that, select the manager and in header, tab uncheck the sticky option for desktop https://i.imgur.com/8nHMYyn.png you can do it for both, desktop and mobile.
2. Select the mobile viewport in tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/8nHMYyn.png then if the image and mobile element are in the same column, use the layout tab to align them https://i.imgur.com/yg1SbqV.png if are in different columns, but under the same row use the layout tab from the row – https://i.imgur.com/UNv0zTL.png
3. For this, you should set the header you want to use as global, then this will be used on the entire website that is not using an individual header. Right now you are using an individual header on the homepage and a global one on the rest of your website. So when the header is edited as you want just set it as global, this can be done from multiple places, for example, from Composer using the manager – https://i.imgur.com/tBSbwLu.png ot from cloud templates – https://i.imgur.com/ZMHim4S.png or from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/FE5hmWR.png
Thank you!
