Hi, I am having problem with my header menu not appearing consistently on my site. I am currently using the same template in my header manager for the whole site, however there are anomalies for certain pages such as my 404 page.
For example:
https://prnt.sc/n9e8n4 -> Header appears unconsistent.
https://prnt.sc/n9e8vz -> When I click on “Edit Template”. It appears to have no issue. I have no idea where I can fix the problem. Your help would be appreciated.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
As for putting an image for a category, there is no such option. The category template requires a background image, not a featured image. Please add a background image for your category.

The easiest way for both questions is to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library you can edit the template with tagDiv Composer and set the “Related Posts” at the top of post also using cloud the “More from the author” is separate from “Related Posts”.

I use Newspaper version 9.6 on my blog.
Wordpress Media Settings are:
Tumbnail size: 0 x 0
Medium size: 345 x 999
Large size: 696 x 999
I save all my images to 1280 pixels in full size.
I’m adding an image for my article that I’ve edited with the classic editor and I’m keeping it for full size impressions. I’m setting up a Single Post Template 34 template for this article. Although I set the full size (1280px), it appears to be 696 pixels on my page and it doesn’t fit exactly on the page. However, the images on the Single Post Template 34 demo page seem to be exactly what I want. The woman with the umbrella on the demo page looks fit. I want it to look like this.
I couldn’t find out where I was doing wrong or missing.
Can you help me?

This is the message that compares when I try to Edit the template of the article:”Please select tagDiv Builder Template from the theme panel or set a default template. The current page/post uses a template that is not editable”

It is me again, now I can edit the template and change its elements as I wish but I do not find the way to edit “each page author” and fill it with his/her personal data.
When I click on the name of an author in a post, the following link opens

and it gives me two possibilities “edit template” and “edit user”:
If I follow “edit template”

the changes I make are applied in all the different authors and this is not what I want.

it takes me to the wordpress user profile of that author but from here I can do nothing and the data it is not taken from here either.

I couldn’t create a sidebar for homepage. I read the guide, but when I add a sidebar from template options in theme panel, I see it on all pages but homepage.
I couldn’t add it neither by tag div page builder. I couldn’t drop any element on side of the page.

FIRST: This is the second time I’ve updated the theme to latest and twice have had to roll it back out of disappointment with the limitations.
Do I have to use the mobile theme to use the new AMP?
I don’t want to use the Mobile theme on the homepage because I don’t like the way it limits the design
How can I keep my homepage design and still have mobile theme?
When I did upgrade and activated the mobile theme, my single posts still looked like the Cloud template design that I want, but the homepage offers few options for design.
SECOND – When updated to the new version my menus setting didn’t work on Mobile and when I clicked the menu it wanted me to sign in and asked that I “Click here use WP Menu builder”
Very simple. Go to the home page, on your right side look for Page Attributes, click on Template Dropdown and pick one.. You’ll see the one you’re looking to remove. Good luck.

The menus you set should be the same across the whole website, when using predefined header templates. Maybe try and do a force refresh in the browser for the pages where you see the issue (Ctrl+Shift+R), could be browser cache.

How I said using custom css to force the width of website will break the website or part of theme.
Unfortunately our theme do not have an option in order to achieve this, you can use TagDiv Composer and templates from tagDiv Cloud Library were you can stretch and change the row layout.
Using custom css to make the entire website meas to make a custom work and we do not provide custom work.

Auto Ads are still not showing in the cloud template but show in the standard pre-built theme template.
The Auto Ad Code is getting loaded in the page source but Ads are not showing.

Please guide how to either insert more inline ads in the cloud template or how to make the Auto Ads work with it.
Adsense text/display/in-article/in-display ads will not work with the Cloud Template based on my testing.
This is really essential to have either more inline ads or to add auto ads to the template. Kindly help solving this we are losing revenue due to this issue.
I will be even happy to edit the code if required.
By the way, the theme is great for publishers and have tons of features that are not present on many other themes.

The plugin have a problem with saving, I desactive it on pages.
I try to putt this shortcode on a pages manually : [kkratings]
But if I do ‘Edit template’, I add a HTML Row, it’s show in frontend : [kkratings] (not the stars).
Maybe do you know an other plugin who work with your template for stars rich snippets ?
