Dear support,
I just bought & installed the Newspaper theme.
Before we had Porto, not we switched … and although there are not many plugins incolved and the install is pretty new, the there is an error in the layout of posts. They show boxed instead of full width, the wordpress edotor bar is missing although being logged in, and below there is an error message.

The 10.2 update screws up the Post Preview function on our site – in Preview mode the content renders as a narrow central strip, with all text to the right missing. An error message appears at the end of the post (see below). It is impossible to test the post appearance this way. Fortunately the posts render correctly when published, but having to publish before you see the appearance is a bad solution. Can you look at this and fix please? BTW, the 10.1 update did not show this problem.

There has been a critical error on your website.
Drafted posts can not be preview properly and this error is shown at the very bottom of the live preview page. The image cannot be seen and the css designs are also not shown untill the posts are published:

i’m trying to use, on a category template built with the tagdiv composer on Cloud Templates, two post loops: the first one has an offset parameter set to 4, the second set to 7. Unfortunately, the second loop block, no matter which setting i apply, always inherits the first loop values displaying the same posts as the first block. It seems like there is no wp_query_reset() o wp_reset_postdatA() set.

after investigating more, it seems most popular only work if i use only one post loop item. if i use two post loop grids, they both shows automaticly “the latest” posts.

Thanks for the info about the files. If we choose a cloud template for showing single page posts the template file is not found in:
wp-content\plugins\td-standard-pack\Newspaper\parts\single\
But all the others are there, thank you!
Then you can copy loop-single-9.php to your child theme and things should roll.
Anyway, we implemented a custom short-code which can be placed anywhere through the template editor in a column block.

I am using the “Post Loop” Element type on my home page. It does not have a Filter tab like the blocks, just an “exclude post ID” which has the opposite affect of it’s name. It only INCLUDES whatever post ID you add.
Is there no way to filter posts using Post Loop?
Is there an option to have ads slots in loops (eg: Posts Loop component), ideally – show an ad every X item.
Hello – I am trying to EXCLUDE a post from showing on my homepage, by adding the post ID to the field “Exclude Post ID” inside the “Post Loop” Column type.
Doing this INCLUDES only the post ID added, the exact opposite effect. Am I doing this wrong? Is this feature working as intended?

It seems the post loop in our home page is using the “most popular” post instead of latests post despite we have set right all the options in “posts loop settings”. The only option that seems to work fine in “posts loop settings > latest articles” page management is the layout, that can be modified and the changes are correctly shown in the page. But none of the other options seems to make any effect: Category filter, sort order, Limit post number…
You can have a look on “Contenidos recientes” block (down of the page) at “https://agoranews.es/”.
We have tried it with parent theme in local enviroment and works fine but not in our child theme. There’s some kind of dysfunction there.
I can give you access to pre-production enviroment so you can have a look.

Please ignore #4, as I went ahead and switched out the Flex Block 1 to a Posts Loop, which doesn’t have Ajax.
How to Exclude Categories in Posts Loop box
Ok, digging into your theme structure, i’ve just found out that in: plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newspaper\loop-single.php there is no call to the related posts funcion as follows:
echo $td_mod_single->related_posts();?>
If i add those line (already available in plugins\td-composer\mobile) everything works.
Is this a bug?
