Hi msa1070,

1. usually this problem can be solve by setting the theme requirements or in some cases double them -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also you need to have a good host.

2. If I’m right on your homepage you have set an individual header (individual settings will overwrite the lobal settings), for this you need to edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/v8dRil9.png, click on manager and make sure that you have set there the global header -> https://i.imgur.com/UX89FA8.png

Thank you!

Dear tagDIV Support!

This is the 5th round of trying to fix your theme! It is 1.30 in the morning and I have spent pretty much the last 10 days and nights trying to FIX the problems with your theme! And always you keep telling me its not your fault! This will be my last try, this is lifetime you guys are stealing me.

So, again: I will send you a new link and the login to the site to contact@tagdiv.com.
There are ONLY your plugins installed.
If they are activated, NO page shows up in the PAGES section!
If I deactivate YOUR plugins, ALL PAGES SHOW UP!

I have cleared caches, I have installed themes up and down, TRUST ME, all your requirements ARE MET …
THIS NEEDS TO WORK ASAP! I’m LOOSING CLIENTS AND MONEY, SLEEP, LIFETIME AND HEALTH!

Thanks Calin.
The problem is that the host is not cheap!!
By the way, I upgraded the hosting plan and see if it gets a visible change.
As for the requirements, they are all satisfied but the site doesn’t work.
I’ve also been through the deactivation of all plugins, but it didn’t work.
I’ll ask you to take a look only if things don’t get better after the upgrade.

Hi,

From what i see in your screenhost you have an 500 error, 500 errors are internal server errors – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/312292/how-to-stop-a-500-error-on-the-wordpress-theme-folder
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/google-search-console-reporting-a-500-error-on-my-theme-folder/
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-supercache-causes-500-internal-error-and-cannot-deactivate/
Also make sure that all theme settings are as in our guide ->
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi sideways, if you check our requirements https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ then you’ll se that these requirements are not for post an article and is for the theme to work properly for visitors, please make sure that all requirements are like there.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also if there is still a problem we can take a look (send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel), but, if you have a cheap host I do not promise that we can do something to improve the situation.
Thank you for your understating!

Hi,

Usually these can be speed up by increasing the theme requirements and optimize your website.

Hi,

This is a good question, unfortunately I can not say for sure that you can do it, but it should be a way to do it at list for standard templates, but these are more over me and you an get a clear answer only if you make a request to our custom services from here -> https://tagdiv.com/web-development-services/

I think that if this can be done for header and footer it can be done for post too, but how I said above, these need very good skills and only a developer can solved these requirements.

Thank you!

Hi,

If you are using WordPress v5.5 or 5.5.1 make sure that you are using Newspaper v10.3.6.1
If the problem persists, please try the below steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).

A quick fix for this problem with getimagesize is to adding an extra parameter in theme file, the file path is wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 792 set before getimagesize and ‘@’ like this -> https://i.imgur.com/VOWmTCI.png
This problem will be solved in the coming updates!

Make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

Hi, since yesterday I am having the same problems with the PHP not working and getimagesize and so on and me having to deactivate plugin “tagDiv Cloud Library 1.5” ; I added the @ but that doesn’t solve my problem; as this is a testsite on the same server as my actual site, this issue is taking my website down 🙁

This problem suddenly arose and I spend weeks working on my testsite without any issues at all.
As far as I can see I meet all requirements.
Thanks!

Good afternoon. As I said in the previous comment, it had been verified that the system requirements are adequate, all the plugins have been uninstalled except those of the theme and the composer plugin has been deleted, installed and activated again, and it still does not work. It stopped working in a previous update and we haven’t been able to get it to work anymore.

Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Also please note that this is a hosting / server request. Your theme has nothing to do with this.
