Multumim pentru interesul acordat temelor noastre. Mai jos am incercat sa explic in cateva cuvinte cae sunt diferentele majore intre aceste doua teme. Am formulat in Engleza deoarece acest forum este accesat de oameni din intreaga lume si poate fi de ajutor si pentru altii sa inteleaga aceste diferente.
We get often this question regarding the differences between our themes. I can tell you that the both themes share the same core so their functionality and performances are similar. The main differences are in designs/appearances and the content area width which slightly differs from one theme to another. Newspaper’s grid width is 1068px while Newsmag’s width is 1021px and the Newsmag’s theme grid has been designed to support the borders you notice between sections of a page: http://screencast.com/t/pNkgzN1Kn8Y5
Other differences are, also appear regarding features, some of the blocks are present on one and missing on the other, for example, you could check the Features menu items from each theme live demo and see blocks, modules, post templates… are present in each theme and the design differences ->> http://screencast.com/t/p87JJpieJd

The review system is made only for internal use. By this, I mean that only the post’s author can make a review. Also, there is no option to post comments on a review, sorry. The review settings are available for each post individually and you can enable/disable the review for a specific post as you want. Hi,
It is a known fact that google detects hidden content. Unfortunately if you want those changes without css, you will have to add extra conditions in PHP and rewrite the theme code to have it only show elements in certain conditions.
1) You can disable post views from the theme panel but they will not show up anymore in the back-end and also sorting options that depend on the post views will not work anymore.
2) This needs several conditions in php to work. There is no easy solution I can provide.
3) The pulldownj on categories can easily be removed from the code here:

How can we set the block title subcategory filters on the Home page? The posts appear in the correct category section, but the block title either displays all subcategories or no subcategory filter at all.
How can we set the block title sub-category filters so that they display only the subcategories associated with each category, more like the ThemeForest demo.

How can I eliminate “7 Days Popular” and “By review Score” from the dropdown menu that shows up to the right of pages that the Newspaper theme generates? I have these features turned off on my site, but I don’t like how it says “no posts to display” or something like that every time people click on it.
If it’s not easy to eliminate them, is there an easy way to eliminate the dropdown menu completely?

Please keep in mind that is not an issue in our demo preview. So, this is the style of the theme. As you can see in our demo, the mobile bar have to appear after the logo and not inline with your logo. As I noticed on your website, you have some additional customizations that change the original style of the theme.

Right I added this onto my website to try help it out. Had great reviews. When it was on, it breaks the website. When you remove it, it completely breaks it. The link to the Plugin is here https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/remove-query-strings-from-static-resources/
Now I have tried everything. Restore. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the theme. I have edited the individual files to default and still nothing.

Unfortunately we cannot offer any recommendation for a ratings plugin as we have not tested any of them. We have our own reviews settings so we did not need to test any plugins.

I embedded a link from my own site (Newspaper 6) in a page and it looks great, but the logo shows as w-logo-blue.png.
How can I make that show my image, without just overwriting w-logo-blue.png ?
I tried flushing the cache, but it didn’t help. I don’t see a setting anywhere that references this, and the blue wordpress logo is 80×80 px.

Sorry for all the troubles, I just did two updates to my site, the theme update and update to to WordPress 4.6. Now the design pages will not show, everything looks the same but the blocks designs are not opening, it’s funny because the preview shows the designed page. I will provide my username and password if you need it.
And lastly, I want to change the theme fonts.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear.
WordPress allows users to “split” single posts in multiple parts (what I referred to as “pages”, my mistake).
For instance, you can see above the score, that there are two parts of the review. I’d like to show the summary only if the reader is on the last part.

I’m not sure how your reviews are on different pages as reviews are meant for posts.
Unfortunately the theme does not have such an option. You can chose to hide the summary score on specific posts and only have it display on a specific one. You can use css to hide the summary:

you will need the post id for this but i’m not sure this is what you request. Please provide more details se we can better understand how to help.
