I have created a post using type smartlist 1
i have buyed this theme just for smartlist 1 because i like navigation button on my post
i have 2 problemes :
the first probleme is that i don’t have the same content from my backoffice and front office post here the screenshot : backoffice

i have a bug on my post content like this :
i have not the same order like backoffice i choosed to have 1 and 2 and 3
i must have 1. Title 1 , 2 Title 2 , 3 Title 3 etc with the same content of each title

Hello Catalin, shure I try to explain better.
This is my home page.
If you try to scroll from up to down, viewing the ‘right column’ (the right side)
you can see the first block that move perfectly (like sticky/smart sidebar)
to show a perfect alignment. this is screenshot:
if you go down, you find a second block that has ‘td-ss-row’ as well, but this
wont not move/scroll. this is screenshot:
if you go down again, you can find the third block with ‘td-ss-row’, but this
don’t want to move/scroll too. this is screenshot:
Shortly: I can move with sticky/smart effect only first block abowe,
so where I do wrong?

Unfortunately not all smart lists have ad spots. In smartlist 2 for instance you can only place an ad with custom code added to the theme file directly. You can use a do_shortcode function like in this example: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/smart-list-top-ad-bottom-for-featured-image/

Each smart list counts the page views. But only 1 page view will be generated when first accessed. They will not change on each slide.

Hello,
We get this issue a lot with users who try to customize the theme to position properly in RTL mode. The mobile menu is hidden from view in the normal mode but when you switch to rtl, you will also have to change the mobile menu position so it will be outside of the screen on the right. The css for the mobile menu will not change automatically.

Just a quick update on this. I updated the theme in November to themeforest-5489609-newspaper and the 500 error went away within a couple of days.
I will point out that the only changes made at the time were an update to the theme. So it appears that whatever changes you made in that version has fixed the issue.
I’ve yet to update to the latest version but will do so shortly and keep an eye out on webmaster.

Hi, great theme. My problem is that our logo both top and bottom seems to be being covered by a layer so it is not showing as it should (ie, white with the letters showing). The white in the logo is being obscured.

Funnily enough, it was showing okay on a laptop, but not on ipad….now it’s the same as described above on both.

You can disable the lightbox by disabling the general modal image but unfortunately there is no simple way of removing the lightbox accross the whole site. galleries and smart lists will still use it.
If you want to remove it for all elements, then yopu will have to find all instances of the magnific popup functions in the theme js file like so: http://screencast.com/t/iamVcHLE9W8m This is the one for galleries but there is a similar one for articles, for smartlists etc.

Hi, as i told you, we create at least 5 new post/articles everyday. Thumbnails are activated since de first time and it works well before the last update of the theme, so regenerate thumbnails doesnt do anything because is the own theme which doesnt create them when we upload an image and it doesnt show propertly at the grid slide on the home page.

Specifically with Smart Lists that are not enabled by touch. there is text added to the URL, but it continuously reloads page 1 of the pagination. I was having the issue on version 7.5. I just updated to 7.6 today and it’s still happening.

Thanks for your answer, but the info you gave me works only partly:
1. I got the offset to work, but it produces a flaw in the program: my offset was 5 and i have only 5 videos in this particular section. The buttom grid does not show any videos as it should be, BUT: it still shows the headline “More videos about this subject” and nothing is shown underneath. Can you take off the headline when there is no video showing?
2. I entered my ad code according to the manual, but it does not produce the expected result. This is what should show up after inserting my code: http://www.travelclips24.de and scroll to the bottom. You will aee different ads by different providers. When i enter the same code for those in your program all i get is one ad 468 x 60.

As a brief introduction, my name is Pari and I manage a website – http://www.everydaylegal.us – a site that uses your WordPress theme – Newsmag.
We have been on Newsmag for about a year now and have been very satisfied with the quality of your product.
Question:
We are considering updating the theme and WordPress version shortly. Currently, we are on Newsmag 2.3.7 and WordPress 4.5.4; the site is hosted by bluehost.com. Our target state is Newsmag 3.0 and WordPress 4.7. Is this a safe bet at this time? We ask this because we tried a similar update about six months ago (different versions) but had to revert since the site broke. Of course, we have read your update article:

Please keep in mind that our theme do not support the RTL and it is not a simple task to adjust the elements for the entire theme in order to bring best results. You should do it yourself the other customizations because we cannot provide custom work.

Hi, before the uptade it works propertly but after update the same image size as before ar not cropped on big grid slide (on the big image and the three smal on the right). It appear with a grey background because of the not.-cropping.
