Can Newspaper theme add some social networks suitable for Chinese people: Wechat, QQ, Sina Weibo in “post setting—sharing—social networks”?
I took a look and the gallery didnt look for as it did on your first screenshot, on 3 different browsers (desktop).
Disabled the said Plugin (WP Spamshield) and tested, still the same result (nothing changed on desktop, nothing working on mobile).
I deinstalled and deleted the whole Newspaper theme, child-theme and all plugins – downladed the newest version (9.0) from Themeforest.
I then tried the “Safe Option for jQuery” on my caching-plugin (WP-Rocket).
That got the gallery back working on mobile, but im still having the following problem:

This appears to only happen on smaller resolutions tho – as you can see on a higher one (notice the resolution above) it seems to work:

After starting to use the Newspaper theme, Facebook previews started to fail.

Glad you solved it. Indeed, there are a couple of post templates that don’t display the featured images in the post page (templates 5 and 12 I believe).

What image is served when sharing in Facebook would depend on your available OG data. Most SEO plugins will provide the necessary data for sharing. From what I can see this image is used when sharing one of your posts

That seems to be a default image of the all in one SEO plugin, maybe you need to check it’s settings, or try to specify an image for the shared post specifically. Yoast offers this per post for example.
I see many users that have the plugin installed, but no such issues when sharing. So maybe settings from the plugin could cause it. I don’t have experience with the plugin unfortunately, maybe experiment with different settings.
Also if other users that have installed the autooptimize plugin and have more experience in this matter, please share your thoughts.

If I check down below in the debug page, the See exactly what our scraper sees for your URL, seems that none of the Yoast meta is seen by Facebook. In the actual page source the meta is present.

So it seems that Facebook cannot scan the website properly, I can’t say why that happens.

I am using the Newspaper blogger theme, and I can’t figure out how to go in and edit the URL for the social icons that come in the theme. I’ve tried updating the widget, but it hasn’t changed. Where do I go to update links?

I do not see the whatsapp icon when sharing,
Even if you have activated it in the sharing options, the icon does not appear. and when adding any other appears without any problem.

Hi,
The order can be set descending or ascending for the smart list. Descending means that the list will start from the last list item in the post content and descend to the the first. The other is the opposite.

If the jetpack share is a must, try to place the end smart list shortcode at the end of the list if you did not already, then enable the jetpack share and see what happens

I believe you want to configure the grids and blocks to display your own posts now. That would be the next step. Edit the page with the tagDiv composer and configure the grid to display posts from your categories instead of the demo categories

So you don’t change the images, you change the posts. Those are simple demo posts. Your posts, the ones that you write and publish must have featured images or videos set for each post

After you set a featured image, this image will represent the post in the theme blocks, grids, social sharing etc.

I saw this issue in previous cases, the Pin it plugin was the cause. It affects the sharing button of the theme and adds it’s own design for it. The button should look as it is supposed to if you deactivate that plugin.

We are currently trying to insert a woocommerce shop into our website, and are running into trouble configuring the store pages. We know that for inserting a tagdiv layout, you need to edit a page normal with shortcodes before setting it as woocommerce shop page and can make it look quite alright, the product pages themselves also look fine.
